Ich kann die Unterkunft und vor allem Gökhan zu 100 % empfehlen. Die Wohnung war schön, geräumig und in einem super Zustand! Man war sehr gut an den ÖPNV angebunden und der Stadtteil mit seinen tollen Cafes, Restaurants usw. hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Gökhan reagiert zudem auch sehr schnell auf Nachrichten und war ein toller Gastgeber!

Hard to add anything to the other positive reviews below ... Gokhan answered promptly all our requests, was polite, and very professional. The place looked just like the pictures, perfectly located a couple of blocks away from the main street yet close to all amenities and the ferry terminal and bus stop from the airport. Quiet street yet within minutes of the hustle and bustle of Kadikoy. We would have stayed longer but unfortunately the place was booked after our stay ended. It was also very clean and when two small problems appeared with appliances, Gokhan replied to our query within minutes and got things fixed or replaced within the hour. impressive. Will definitely stay again next time and recommend. Thank you Mr Gokhan.

Ottimo soggiorno in un quartiere tranquillo a Kadikoy. Casa pulita e calda. La cucina aveva tutto il necessario. Acqua calda con pressione. Posizione ottima per spostarsi a piedi, tanti posti nei dintorni per mangiare e bere. Il host è stato sempre molto disponibile e gentile. Ha risposto a tutte le nostre richieste e oltre questo ci ha permesso anche di fare il check In anticipato. Grazie! Piccole cose da migliorare: La posizione del letto solo da un lato è un problema quando vuoi spostarti. Il frigorifero fa troppo rumore ogni tanto. La posizione della lavatrice vicino alla WC non è comoda, soprattutto per persone grandi e alte.

Tevfik Bey! Harika bir ev sahibi. Kendilerine ve yardımcısı Dursun Bey’e teşekkürler. Dairenin temizliği kusursuzdu. Temizlikçi hanımefendinin ellerine sağlık. Konum harika. Birçok olanağa sahip. Boğaza ve Ortaköy meydanına yürüyerek 10 dakika uzaklıkta. Tek eksiklik olarak mutfak ekipmanları diyebilirim. Uzun süreki konaklamalarda ve evde sağlıklı besin üretebilmek için temel birkaç eşyaya ihtiyacı var. Onun haricinde her şey şahaneydi!

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.

Daire fotoğraflarda gösterildiği gibiydi. Temiz ve konforluydu. Güvenlik ve mahremiyetle alakalı bir sorun yoktu. Son zamanlarda tutmamıza rağmen Deniz bey yardımcı oldu. Konumda mağazalar, restoranlar yakın. Ulaşım kolay. Anadolu yakasında kalmak isteyen herkesin bir şans vermesini tavsiye ederim.

今回の滞在は本当に素晴らしく、Aaronさんはとても親切で丁寧なホストでした。滞在中に妻が足を痛めてしまったのですが、ちょうど「砂糖祭」の影響で薬局が閉まっていたにもかかわらず、彼は医療用テープやサポート用の包帯、冷却パックをわざわざ用意してくれました。そのおかげで妻の回復がとてもスムーズに進みました。また、到着前にはタクシーで使えるトルコ語の案内文まで送ってくれるなど、配慮が行き届いていて本当に助かりました。 建物は歴史ある雰囲気を残しつつも、見事にリノベーションされており、古さと新しさが程よく調和しています。ベッドルームが3つ以上あってとても広く、家族3人でも十分ゆったりと過ごせました。寝室だけでなくシャワールームも快適で清潔。さらにテラスからは素敵な教会が望め、その奥にはボスポラス海峡やアジア側の景色まで見渡せるという贅沢さです。観光地へのアクセスも便利で、公共交通機関が近いのに周囲は静かで落ち着いています。スーパーも複数あり、日々の買い物にも不自由しません。キッチンもフルキッチンで、いろいろな料理ができました。 さらに、近所にはかわいいネコちゃんたちがたくさんいて、散歩するだけでも楽しい気分になりました。 総合的に大満足の滞在でした。もしイスタンブールを再訪する機会があれば、ぜひまたここに宿泊したいと思います。Aaronさん、本当にありがとうございました！

We had a wonderful one-week stay at Kondominium Emperium No1 Residence, hosted by the kind and attentive Nilüfer Elmas. The accommodation was extremely comfortable, well-maintained, and felt just like home. Nilüfer was a thoughtful and caring host, always responsive and ready to assist whenever needed. The surrounding area was peaceful and not too busy, which made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The apartment was fully equipped with complete household amenities, making it easy for us to cook, relax, and take care of our family’s needs without any hassle. If we return to Istanbul in the future, we would definitely choose to stay here again. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul — whether you're a family, a couple, or a solo traveler looking for a calm, cozy, and convenient place to stay. This apartment has everything that you need for a stay in Istanbul with the added bonus of a roof terrace. The area is vibrant without being noisy. It has bars, restaurants and shops on its doorstep. The tram is about five minutes walk downhill which will take you to all the sights. If you want to walk there is plenty in close proximity. We could not fault the apartment or our host. We would come back in a heartbeat.

The apartment was great. It’s located in the perfect place. Taksim square is about a 15 min walk away and the old Istanbul is a 15 minute drive away. Our stay was wonderful and we would recommend this stay to others. If I ever come back to Istanbul, I will reach out to Adam.

The place is as described, clean. Internet is just fine to scroll and watch movies, so if you work remotely, you might need to visit cafes, which are in 200m range. Perfect communication from host. Place is 1km from Taksim, but you have to go thru a mountain.

This apartment was delivered spotless, with simple but elegant modern furnishings and appointments. Everything was in brand new condition and very high quality all of which showed how well the host took care of everything. The Host and Hostess were extremely attentive, caring, helpful, generous, gracious and professional during my entire stay. From the start at check-in, they attended in person and took the time to walk me through both the apartment and the most important areas of the building. At the end of my stay, again they personally met me in the lobby and not only thanked me for my stay but asked what they did do to improve and even though I have been a vacation rental host in Miami, Florida, U.S.A. for over 20 years, I honestly couldn’t think of anything! Thank you or everything Ksenia!! 🙏

Very good location, staff are very nice and anything you need just ask reception they are very helpful. Communication may be a little difficult but bear with them , it’s worth it…

Amazing apartment. Exactly as described and within 10 minutes walk to Taksim square. Hosts were very caring, helpful and available at any point to help. Including offering to help get to/from airport. Will be staying again

Very clean and comfortable apartment! The host was also extremely friendly, with great communication. The location was perfect ( restaurants, shops). we had a great stay and would highly recommend this place! :)
