Der Aufenthalt war ab der 1. Sekunde wirklich fantastisch. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Auch die Kommunikation war einfach, schnell und freundlich. Die Kontaktaufnahme, z.B bei Fragen oder Hilfe war unglaublich schnell und hilfreich. Wir können die Unterkunft herzlichst empfehlen. Alles in allem war wirklich wunderbar. 😊

Looks exactly like the pictures! Great space, super clean and in Aug '24 it's brand new, so it's quiet. You need to be able to climb a ladder, because the bed (queen) is in a loft. You could sleep on the sofa, because it turns into a bed. The place has a washer- I didn't use the dryer, hung my clothes up because Prague was hot. Pro-tip: pull down the shutters at night to keep out the sun the next day, otherwise it's an oven. Winter, that might be a good thing! There's an iMac and good wifi. I liked the location -but you're not in the hustle and bustle of Prague. Holesovice is going through a development phase, so there's lots to explore and discover. Tram stop and supermarket are literally on the corner. The owner is a super nice person and easily accessible by text. Two cons: there is no air conditioning (fan in the loft helps), the cooktop range hood is not connected, so the smoke from cooking sets off the smoke alarm a lot. (there's no such thing a smoke filter Hana) not lyin' :)

Really peaceful and quiet place, just outside the city center, but also very easy to get into the city center and other parts of Prague to do things. The apartment has beautiful windows and huge terrace looking out on trees and a hillside.

We had a great time at Stephen’s place. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The apartment was incredibly clean and the plants did add to the coziness and charm of his place. The bathroom had heated floors which was so nice. There is only a large tub with shower hose on tub. The huge tv screen had Netflix and Disney. There are walking and biking paths all around as well as access to public transportation. There were two grocery stores and restaurants within minutes of the apartment. All in all was a perfect stay.

Pavel is superhost! Very responsive and helpful, all instructions were detailed and clear. Pavel's place is cozy and quiet, even during New Year celebrations. We felt like at home with well equipped kitchen and spacious rooms. Pavel, thank you once again for your supreme hospitality!

Wunderschöne Wohnung in einer wunderschönen Gegend. Kaufland direkt neben an und öffentliche sind auch direkt um die Ecke. Empfehlend

This was our third stay in Prague, and by far our best. The surrounding community is alive but not busy. There is a gorgeous riverwalk that takes you towards the city. Heading out of the building takes you to the Holešovice neighborhood, with many restaurants, grocery stores and the tram to take to other areas of the city. We loved the views, having a full kitchen, and the comfortable sleeping arrangements.

Sehr schnelle und klare Kommunikation. Die Wohnung war gepflegt und hatte eine außerordentlich moderne Ausstattung.

Michael's place was a great base in Prague. It's a short walk from both the train station and to the heart of Old Town. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and quiet. I appreciated the full kitchen and washer, plus all of the natural light. Wifi worked great, elevator was nice, and staff at the desk was friendly and helpful.

Veramente molto ospitale, nell’appartamento non mancava nulla di prima necessità, ambiente molto rilassante, adatto alle nostre necessità. Il cane Rex è un valore aggiunto nella nostra vacanza.🤗

Clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped apartment. The location is close to central Prague by easy public transit yet has a small town feel with a variety of nice coffee shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again if ever in the area.

Great spot near the centre of Prague within a walkable distance, and with great travel links when necessary. The space itself was comfortable, cosy and clean - ideal for a large group with plans to explore and enjoy this beautiful historical city. Filip was incredibly responsive to all our needs and requests, which was deeply appreciated. Would book again!

Vratislav is maximum thoughtfulness. His garden is incredible. With breathtaking and limitless view of rolling farms and distant hills. Completely quiet at night for the lightest sleepers to be able to rest. Easiest parking, obviously. Fruit trees abound the garden - plums, peaches, blueberry, tomato. Fresh eggs from his own chicken. Barbecue in the lawn by the swimming pool and a small pond with lotus and running stream. A swing to read in. Quite incredible. One hour from Saxon Switzerland and walking distance to a castle next door, as well as a few more ancient castles nearby. Probably more fun than staying in Dresden if you are nearby. Heavily recommended.

Alles war super. Die Kommuikation lief problemlos. Das Haus war sauber und perfekt für große Gruppen geeignet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Der Aufenthalt bei Hana war wundervoll. Wir hatten eine super Zeit. Die Unterkunft und die Umgebung war beeindruckend. Der kleine Teich lädt zum Verweilen ein. Besonders schön war der Kuchen als Willkommensgruß.
