Beautiful apartment, very well taken care of. Apartment is spotless, beautiful and very functional. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. Peter and Hana are very friendly and helpful and cat Tom is a sweetheart and loves to be petted. We enjoy our stay and definitely be back. Thank you so much.

Lilia’s place was excellent! My girlfriend and I loved how peaceful the location was. The inside was very cosy, and the outdoor stovetop area was really beautiful to use in the mornings. The cat that wandered around was also a great touch :) We’ll be back soon!

Mein Sohn und ich waren nun schon das zweite Mal bei Ilona und Václav. Wir haben uns wieder super wohl gefühlt. Sehr gern wieder.

Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. Die Hosts sind einfach super freundlich und da sie im gleichen Haus wohnen auch gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber! Auch der Empfang war toll und im Vorfeld mit allen Infos versorgt, sodass die Anreise problemlos funktionierte. Vom fünf Kilometer entfernten Deçin starten großartige Wanderungen. Auch wenn die Hütte relativ abgelegen ist und mitten im Grünen liegt, gehen die Fenster auf einer zu einer großen Straße raus. Ab dem späten Abend fahren allerdings kaum noch Autos.

Lokalizacja jest doskonałą, miejscowość jest wyjątkowo urokliwa. Kontakt z Moniką był bardzo dobry, bardzo szybko odpowiadała n wiadomości. Bardzo czytelny i dokładny opis apartamentu plus zdjęcia spowodowały, że na miejscu nic nas nie zaskoczyło - było dokładnie tak, jak oczekiwaliśmy. Salon z dużą kanapą, aneks kuchenny, czysta łazienka tylko do naszego użytku - idealnie. Polecamy:)

Le logement est tout à fait conforme à la description et aux photos - facile d'accès en voiture, calme, au vert, avec tous les équipements annoncés. Il ne bénéficie pas de tout le luxe recherché par certains, mais il est parfait pour des congés tranquilles loin du brouhaha inutile des capitales... Prendre cependant en considération que l'escalier en colimaçon est vraiment étroit et ne permet le passage simultané que d'une seule personne. Monter une valise large à l'étage peut s'avérer problématique (déballer au RdC sera plus aisé !). Les montées et descentes de l'escalier pourraient aussi poser problème à ceux qui ont des problèmes pour se déplacer - il pourrait s'avérer trop raide. Ludmila est sympathique, disponible et réactive. Je recommande vivement le logement / la localisation.

Bardzo polecam tę lokalizację, jeśli komuś zależy na bliskości dworca kolejowego i Starego Miasta, a niekoniecznie w ścisłym turystycznym centrum. Bardzo blisko znajduje się przystanek tramwajowy. Dookoła supermarkety i różne miejsca typu restauracja/kawiarnia. Gospodarz jest bardzo miłą i pomocną osobą pod każdym względem, odpowiada bardzo szybko. Zameldowanie o porze zależnej od możliwości, jeśli poda się godzinę przyjazdu, gospodarz najwcześniej jak może pozwala na zameldowanie. W mieszkaniu udostępnione jest żelazko, w pokojach są ręczniki i suszarki, lodówka, sztućce i szklanki. Bardzo spokojna okolica.

Dobrá dopravní dostupnost, nic mi nechybělo, vše čisté, funkční, klid. Ano vybavení je starší, ale mně to nevadilo.

Wir haben uns in der freundlichen, hellen Wohnung zu fünft sehr wohl gefühlt. In Rumburk gibt es alles für den tägliche Bedarf. Die Umgebung bietet tolle Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen. Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub verbracht, Danke!

Nous avons passé une super dernière nuit avant de rentrer en France, c’etait rapide mais parfait !

We stayed here one week in winter. Communication with Jaroslav was at every time easy and uncomplicated. The room is cosy and very bright with its four windows. The house is very good situated, the forest is near and a nice restaurant right over the street. Doubice is a very calm village, at least in the winter. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon.

We've had a very nice stay at this Airbnb. The accommodation was easy to access and even in January cozy and warm. The beds were okay and the kitchen has everything you need. Milan was a great host and I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Děčín, Bohemian switserland or the Saksishes Schweiz.

We stayed here for 3 weeks during Christmas and had a wonderful stay in the apartment. It was cozy and warm, providing a comfortable atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped, everything was clean and the overall space was well-maintained and inviting. Marketa was very flexible with our varied needs and gave us some good tips about where to walk our dog in the neighborhood. There was also a lot of information of how to get to the city center. It took us about 40 minutes by bus+underground to reach the city center. I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

דירה מדהימה מאובזרת נוחה ויפה! מאוד מרווחת! באיזור הכי מרכז של המרכז של פראג! המארח מקסים ותקשר בקלות ומהירות! במקלחות צריך לדעת: יש מקלחות רק בחדר האמבטיה הקטן, זה צפוף אבל עושה את העבודה… במקלחת השנייה יש רק אמבטיה. מומלץ מאוד!!!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden als Familie dort untergebracht. Die Ausstattung modern und alles da was wir bräuchten. Eine ruhige Lage mit schöne Terrasse, jeden Tag hatt uns die Katze besucht auf der Terrasse das uns gefreut hat, hat sich wie zuhause angefühlt. Gastgeberin war immer gut erreichbar und freundlich. Wir würden wieder kommen.

The location of the apartment has a lovely garden, pool and a nice view. We enjoyed the stay with a group of 5 people.

Miris&Vierka harika ev sahipleri! Eve dair iletişimimizde inanılmaz yardımcı oldular ve her türli ihtiyaç anında ulaşılabilirlerdi. Ev oldukça düzenli ve temizdi. Şehre gidip gelmek biraz uzun sürse de (geç saatlere kadar gidiş dönüş araçları mevcut) evde geçirdiğim vakitten çok keyif aldım. Her şey için teşekkürler!

Útulný a velmi dobře vybavený apartmán, výborný jako výchozí místo do Českého středohoří. U dětí měla největší úspěch vláčková stavebnice (koleje vedly z kuchyně až do ložnice).

Очень советую всем эти апартаменты. Мы быстро получили ответ от хозяина. Всё было точно так, как описывалось. Апартаменты, полотенца, постельное бельё всё чистое. Есть вся необходимая посуда. Удобная мебель, кровати- что очень важно. Спали крепко. Парковка отличная. Само место очень располагает на отдых. Что хотелось там задержаться подольше. Мы остались очень довольны.
