We very much enjoyed our stay at Bill's place. This is our second time we rented the apartment. The place is spacious, without any clutter. The kitchen is very well equipped (a lot of knifes, cookware, even grinder and electric mixer, spices, tea, coffee, creamer,....), clean, very functional and homy. We appreciated that the temperature in the apartment can be easily adjusted to suit guest's preferences. A bonus is a covered parking place next to the apartment. The description and the photos match exactly the real experience in this place. I would add that there is a great view of the mountains from the dining table or the balcony. The neighborhood is very quite. Internet is fast and it is very comfortable to work here. The access to Alta/Snowbird ski resort is straightforward. Bill is a great host, not intrusive but he responds very fast to any guest's needs or questions. We had a great experience and we are planning to return next year.

We have family in Lehi and this new construction home was perfect for us! Wonderful parks right outside, right next to any store you may need and easy to get to. We’d definitely love to stay again! The basement play area (w extra beds we didn’t need to pull out, but could have with more in our party) was such a fun surprise!

Everything was fantastic. Close to downtown Midway and Heber, only 30 minutes to Park City Mountain area. Only downside was that WiFi would be an added fee and not included in the rental price. Staff was helpful and courteous, nice indoor pool and hot tub. Would stay here again!

Beautiful property with a fantastic view! Very much enjoyed our stay and the host was super nice. Easy checkin. And the two little dogs were adorable!

Beautiful spot and nice space. I wouldn’t recommend it if you have kids but it’s a great little getaway spot.

Great 5 Star experience on every level. All of the communication was was quick and to the point. The home was more than we could have asked for. Tons to do for the kids and adults. Pool table and the basketball game was a big hit with our family. I was really appreciative that everything worked like it was supposed to and wasn’t broken. The kitchens were both equally stocked and had everything we could have ever needed. The location was a private setting so we didn’t have to worry about the kids being too loud and we all enjoyed the Hot tub. While it felt very private we still felt close to all of the restaurants and activities we wanted to do in and around Heber/Park city area. Two of our favorite places were the Midway Crater to swim in the natural hot-spring and loved our meal we ate that evening at The Lakehouse Restaurant just down the road. With two teenage drivers we never had any issues getting on or off the highway at the house.We loved our stay and will be back! Thanks

I stayed at Ammie's place the night before my wedding with a few of my closest friends- it was PERFECT!! Even though there was a slight issue with the AC, Ammie was there and actively seeking for solutions. and she even make us (very yummy) apple cobbler :). I would absolutely recommend, and would stay here again! (also,for anyone worried about the AC, it was fixed very soon after :)) stay here!!

Home worked great for our family. It was clean and functional. I The host was responsive when we reported to him that the home was short on a few supplies and he brought them by quickly. The walking paths behind the home were nice.

Beautiful spacious home with amazing hosts. So many things to do in this home alone and it’s conveniently located in town. Great location. It’s a perfect retreat for you family as it has a river in the back yard.

Great spot! We skied at Alta and Snowbird and it's about a 15 minute drive... super close. Each bedroom has its own private or shared bathroom which was really great. The hot tub worked really well and was super clean. All in all, an awesome place. Thanks Alexander :-)
