We loved our stay. So quit and peaceful. The cabin was awesome with amazing views. We always feel right at home. Joe and Linda are wonderful and so welcoming. Our girls love staying there and playing in the wide open space. We will be back.

The house is clean, comfortable and warm. Betsy is very friendly and kind. I feel the warmth of being welcomed. Thank you so much. I think I will come back one day.

This was a fantastic and comfortable spot! Welcoming atmosphere with a nice vibe; artsy and peaceful. Host had great communication. Would most definitely return!

A perfect place to stay for a big group. Everyone was comfortable, kids were always in the pool or hot tub or playing in the tree houses!! Kitchens were amazing, well stocked. Refrigerators were huge- plenty of space available. Beds were so comfortable!!!

Great place for our group, we loved the bunks and having a full kitchen. The previous renters didn’t wipe anything down after their stay, so we spent a little time cleaning up when we first got there, but for what we needed it for, it worked out well! There are a few minor maintenance issues, and we would have loved to have working screens on all the windows because it got rather hot at night. Overall, having the open area in front of the bunk houses was perfect, and we have a great stay! It was so peaceful and quiet all week. There was one other group that came in to the property on our last day, but it didn’t impact us too much.

Beautiful house! Pool was great as well! Close in town and the lake, definitely would stay there again!

I wish I would’ve been able to stay longer because everything was incredible! From the beautiful surroundings to the comfortability of the bed. I slept so well and wish I could’ve enjoyed the space more. Great location! Great host and super helpful even with our late check in. Every detail was considered and was well thought out! I can’t wait to return for a longer stay next time 🥹

This place was perfect. Only a 25-30 minute drive to the beautiful Zion. The place was cozy and had all the amenities (the washer & drier were such a highlight). For future trips to Zion I plan to stay here again. Thank you to our wonderful hosts!

My husband and I enjoyed our recent stay at Zion on the 9! From booking through check out Jen and Shaila were very friendly and responsive to all communications. The location was convenient to access Zion National Park and other surrounding towns. The environment was so beautiful and peaceful, and the facilities were exactly as described. Jen and Shaila thought of the little extras that made the stay more comfortable, from an AC unit and heated blankets in the outdoor tent to providing our own personal refrigerator space. I also loved interacting with their horses. I would stay here again if the opportunity arose!

My son and I stayed at Linda’s beautiful home! She welcomed us at the door and showed us to our room on the 2nd level. Everything was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a movie on the third level in the theatre room. Sunday morning, she provided a delicious breakfast! We loved our stay here in this quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

We ( 2 adults + 1 German shepherd) stayed here during the Red Rocks fly-in, and had a lovely week watching the sun rise over Monroe Peak reflected in the water in the pond. Great wifi speed for working from home, beautiful property, and very pet friendly. Spent some nights painting the sunset from the picnic tables by the water. Would stay here again!

Amazing place in a quiet town. Stephanie was very sweet and welcomed us with some homemade muffins upon arrival. Space was very comfortable and peaceful!

We've stayed here last year for a tournament and this year for the same tournament. The room is private and has everything we need. Linda coordinates with us and makes us fabulous breakfasts each morning we stay. You are welcomed in as family and it is worth it's price!
