Anyone that lets you use a private hot tub for your entire stay gets a 5 star in my book! Lisa was great to work with & very accommodating. The house is in a gorgeous corner of Utah County & was well equipped. The only 2 quirks about this location (which weren’t deterrents for us but good to know) is that the thermostat for the basement location is actually controlled upstairs in the main home. Lisa is very willing to adjust as needed but it’s a slight inconvenience. Plus it doesn’t have any fans in the bathrooms. Other than that, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen & laundry were convenient, the entrance is private & separate, & the hot tub was awesome! Beyond that it has pretty much the most amazing views of the mountains right there! Thank you Lisa!

This place was super comfortable. Exactly as described. Easy to get to, etc. We only stayed a couple days but we would definitely go back in the future and recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

Great place to stay. Very clean and well stocked. We also appreciated the quick response when our car wouldn't start. The location was good for our skiing venture. Thanks for having us in your home.

We stayed at Audrey's home for our girl's trip and had such a great time! It was spacious and clean and we really enjoyed the hot tub and theater room! Audrey was quick to respond to any questions we had and we would definitely stay there again!

One of the nicest air bnbs we have ever rented. Kind and responsive owners, impeccably clean and well-equipped space. Hoping to stay there again in the future if our travels bring us back to Layton.

This is our fourth or fifth time staying here. What a wonderful place! We are always pleased with the location, secluded location, peaceful surroundings, and amenities. The host is responsive and helpful.

We loved our stay here. Kathryn's place is very beautiful. It was very clean, well-organized, and well-decorated. We had everything needed for the stay, including a pack n play crib and high chair for the baby. The views from the house are great, and it's a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Kathryn was quick to respond to our questions. Overall we loved our stay here, and if we visit the Salt Lake City region again, this will be the first place we try to book.

Ahmi and Jason were fantastic! They were super attentive, helpful and fun to talk to! The space was cozy and perfect! My pup felt right at home and loved the neighborhood. I’d love to come back!

I had the pleasure of staying at Glenn and April's Airbnb, and I can't express how grateful I am for their incredible hospitality! The location was perfect for all the attractions in the area- especially close to Zion National Park and Sand Hollow- where we watched Matt's Offroad Games! The space was comfortable and beautifully designed... with thoughtful touches that showcased local art as well as local plants and wildlife. They even provided information about them, as well as nearby attractions and activities. It made exploring the area so much easier. The outdoor area was a true oasis, complete with a hot tub and a stunningly landscaped backyard that was perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. Glenn and April genuinely care about their guests went above and beyond to create a memorable experience. The gift they provided was such a thoughtful touch, and it showed how much they value their guests. I recommend this gem to anyone visiting the area and look forward to my next stay

Heidi’s place was one of the best air b n bs I’ve ever stayed in! It was easy to find, easy to get checked in, and it was conveniently located to parks, restaurants and shopping. I found it well stocked from pots, pans and utensils, to books, games, toys, towels, and dining suggestions. They thought of everything! Despite being a basement we found it comfortable, warm, and fun! My kids especially loved the wall that was a full length mirror and all the toys. This was a fabulous and memorable trip. 10/10 would stay here again. Be sure and check out their Vintage game selection! You won’t find these anywhere else- they don’t even make some of them anymore! Thank you Heidi- I can’t wait to stay with you again!

Gina's home was great! It was very clean and well-appointed. The theater, billiard table, and dart board were very fun. The bed was comfy and the linens were soft and clean. We were very comfortable during our trip! I think we wished the hot tub were a bit closer to the basement entrance, but it was very nice once in it. Gina was great to respond to and very accommodating! I highly recommend staying here!

Dennis and June’s Airbnb was fantastic! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly, responsive, and made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Basically ski in & ski out if you are willing to walk down the street & on to a hiking trail for 20 yards. Compared to other spots in the same area this place was an absolute GEM when evaluating cost.

Comfy, cozy spot! Perfect space for 2 for a weekend getaway or quick stay. Has a full kitchen and bathroom. Love that the location was easy to find and close to our fave ski lifts. Only con is you could hear loud footsteps/stomping from the 2nd floor but that was only temporary. Would definitely come back!

Very easy to get to. The basement apartment is roomy. Check in and check out was very easy. The beds were very comfortable. It is very hard to control the temperature. There is an electric fireplace in the kitchen and a portable heater in the main bedroom. We had to leave the fireplace on most of the time just to stay comfortable. Sometimes the heat would kick on from the family renting the upstairs but then it got too warm. There was a fun arcade with multiple games that the kids enjoyed. The small family room was cozy. None of the TVs worked in the bedrooms. We tried changing batteries between controllers but no luck. The appliances are very old and it was difficult to control the heat on the stove. There is only one bathroom and that was difficult with the kids needing the bathroom if someone was showering. The water pressure is low but we seemed to have enough hot water. It just seemed a little run down.

Sara’s property was perfect for a small get away for me and my mother! It was a great location if you’re looking to go to Zion or the Pink Sand Dunes (there were so many other activities to do in the area) ! Sara was a delightful host and super communicative when it came to concerns I had about my mother. Would definitely recommend Sara’s place to everyone!

Cozy, homey, eclectic and convenient. It was a great location for me as it was central and convenient to downtown, other restaurants, plus the trails and river path.

This is a great choice if you’re looking for a home base for a Zion hiking trip. It’s a ~30 min (beautiful) drive to reach the park. Clean, no frills, and a great deal!

Both Teresa and Ron were phenomenal hosts. Super kind and flexible. Their suite was super clean and nice with all of the amenities you could want or need. Recommend to anyone wanting a beautiful and affordable stay out in Erda!
