We loved the stay at Anupama’s place. It is walkable to many stores and restaurants and only 1km to benaulim beach. Pro: - Responsive and friendly host. She was kind to leave us fruits, cookies and Christmas cakes - Safe and neat gated society with pool - Good internet and functional kitchen with all basic amenities for a short stay - Attached terrace is great for morning tea and evening drinks Cons: - Second floor without elevator (though host helped us with luggage) - Car Parking is outside the gate though in front of building. Finding a spot could be tricky sometimes - Mattress is bouncy so not comfortable for good sleep - Felt highly overpriced at Christmas-New year rates

We stayed here for 4 days and we had a toddler with us. The apartment just felt like second home, as it had all the amenities and everything had its own place which makes it a zero clutter place to stay. My daughter just felt so comfortable staying here. The host was very approachable and active. Thank you Basu for helping us create Happy Holiday memories.

A very tastefully and aesthetically set up apartment, very comfortable stay, as every amenity was so thoughtfully provided, nothing one wants was missing, hygienic and the staff who cleaned the apartment as well as the attendants of villa very accomodating and well behaved, a lovely pool and not to miss the lovely, warm and caring hosts who were always ready to help. Daily provisions like veggies and groceries available at 100 mts, good restaurants near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there .

My stay at the hotel was fantastic from start to finish. The staff was professional, friendly, and made checkout smooth and easy. The complimentary 1-hour late checkout was a great touch, It gave me time to relax and pack without feeling rushed. Everything from the clean room and great amenities to the helpful concierge and prompt service was top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I had an amazing stay at Sharmila’s Airbnb in Arpora, Goa. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by her exceptional hospitality and the beautifully maintained property. The house is spacious, well-decorated, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The lush surroundings and serene atmosphere added to the charm. The daily housekeeping service, supervised by a friendly and professional team, was outstanding. They kept the place spotless, always respectful of my schedule and attentive to any requests. My best experience in a Airbnb. It felt just like home . What stood out the most were the hosts. Ravi and Priya went out of the way to do things for us . I was travelling with my 64year old father and they readily accomodate a free early check-in for my dad . The house was so amazing that for the first time i felt like staying indoors and not to go out anywhere in Goa. The hosts made sure the house has everything a person would need during a stay , especially their fully loaded pantry in the kitchen . I really wanted to cook during a vacation just by seeing the kitchen, it was so comfortable for me to make meals for my dad and ourselves. By the end of the trip my dad and husband told they feel like they are at home and don't feel like going back. Ravi and Priya are great people, we lost track of time talking to them. I'm surely marking this place as my forever go to option in Goa. Thank you Ravi and Priya for making it a comfortable and amazing stay for us.

Charles was an amazing host who had the perfect team to co ordinate our arrival and things we need at the villa . Bishnu the house keeper was super friendly and most loving to host us and keep us well fed. The entire villa was sooooo beautiful, serene and very clean . The old Portuguese villa had amazing 4 bedrooms that was well equipped with all amenities . The pool and the sit out was the highlight of the stay I wish we could have stayed longer . But for sure we ll come back as a bigger group to chill in the house .

It’s situated in a beautiful, well-maintained complex that felt safe and welcoming, with great amenities and a peaceful atmosphere. The location is excellent—close to everything we needed, from restaurants to the beach, making it easy to explore the area. Communication with our host was smooth and friendly from start to finish. When we had a brief issue with the electricity, they responded immediately and had it resolved in no time. It really made us feel taken care of. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

This is one of the best villas I've stayed in. The location is a bit difficult to find as the map location is incorrect, but the you get awed after reaching here. The Mapusa river provides a picturesque background. The villa is pristine with a top notch interior. All the rooms are aesthetically decorated. There are 2 care takers who were polite and attentive. The food quality was good. A suggestion for cook to prepare just enough food to avoid wastage. The V are family team was proactive in all the communication to make it a smooth experience. Very much appreciated. It was a wonderful experience and would love to recommend for people who want to rest away from the Goa hustle.

It was a great place to be, the place had a right vibe, and peaceful surroundings

The thing I miss the most after coming back from Goa is the stay! It was perfect for my friends and me. We were impressed with all the pintresty things done in the house like the little stickers on the switches that identifies exactly what the switch is for. We love Bob & Kevin (outdoor plants) who had plenty of drinks thanks to the rain. The place was peaceful and not to mention Nimish as a host was extremely sweet, welcoming and did an absolute fantastic job at maintaining the place, from cleaning it every alternate day to changing the sheets himself. We loved the stay and the host to such an extent that we don't have to look elsewhere when visiting Goa again! Thank you Nimish ❤️

Place was kept extremely clean. Everything that I needed and hoped for was there at the apartment. A wonderful Jain cuisine vegetarian restaurant Veggie Delight is located about 100 meters away provided excellent food. If I visit this part of Goa in future I would be inclined to stay here again. It was an amazing stay. We stayed for 7 days, and the stay was really comfortable. There are few shops nearby so you can get basic stuff you want from there. Also, no problem ordering food and stuff through online apps. It felt as if we were at home. The host herself is great. She responses to your msgs on time and always helpful if you need anything. Great stay. I would definately book it again if i visit goa again. Thank you so much for a great week stay.
