Siyah kuğuya bayıldık. Her şey en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüştü. Misafirlerin kendilerini değerli hissedeceği her türlü ayrıntıya önem verilmişti. İhtiyaç duyabileceğimiz her malzeme mevcuttu. Evin dizaynı ve seçilen aksesuarlar çok zevkliydi.. Yerden tavana camla donatılmış olması, doğal hayatla iç içe olması, göl içinde olması huzur vericiydi. Bu güzelliğin Amsterdam’a yakın mesafede olması da kesinlikle tercih edilir hale getiriyor. %100 olarak puanlıyoruz, gönülden tavsiyemizdir. Leonora ve Erwin çiftine teşekkürlerimizle 🙏

Kay was very accommodating to myself and my friends needs. He have great recommendations for brunch and a few walkable activities. The Airbnb itself was clean and unique. The entente door was a bit difficult to open and closed, however once you learn the tick it because easy. Overall we enjoyed our stay on the boat house.

Great houseboat, very spacious and has all you need, easy to catch the train into central Amsterdam in 15 minutes, nice to then be out of the busy areas and back to the peaceful boathouse, highly recommend

Incroyable! Dormir sur une maison flottante est une très bonne expérience, surtout lorsque celle-ci est aussi chaleureuse, belle, confortable, avec un goût pour la décoration exquis ! Le réveil au bord de l'eau avec les poules d'eau et les canards est vraiment chouette ! Les enfants ont vraiment beaucoup apprécié ! Et le prix est imbattable comparé à la qualité du logement ! Et nous sommes en pleine campagne, au calme, tout en étant très proche de la ville. Nous recommandons à 200%!!!

Uma boa estadia, conforto, tranquilidade e uma conexão única com a natureza. Pela manhã, o sol nasce refletindo no espelho d’água, criando um espetáculo dourado que pode ser apreciado com uma xícara de café na varanda flutuante. Adorei!

evdeki herkes huzur, keyif, mutluluk ve sohbet dolu bir tatil geçirdiler. Çok param olsa o evi isterdim Amsterdam'da. Bir daha umarım geldiğimizde yine Hanco'nun evinde kalabiliriz. Sevgiler.

Das Hausboot ist super für 2 Personen und klasse um Arnhem zu erkunden. Momentan gibt es eine Baustelle am Parkplatz, war dennoch nicht schwierig einen zu finden. Wer schnell seekrank wird, sollte es sich 2x überlegen, ob er/sie hier einkehrt, da einschlagende Wellen ziemlich merkbare Bewegung ins Boot bringen. Wer das ab kann hat Spaß daran! :D Wir hatten viele tierische Nachbarn und die Schiffskapitänin hat uns ebenfalls begrüßt (Katze der Vermieter :D) Wer ein super tolles Frühstück in entspannter Atmosphäre genießen möchte, dem wollen wir "Koek van Nouk" ans Herz legen, ein super schönes Eckchen!

We were so lucky to be able to stay in such a beautiful place! The beds were comfy, the surroundings were peaceful and beautiful... it was a lovely escape from the busy, city-center. We LOVED the use of the kitchen and the deck just off the kitchen. Hein was so good to have bikes available for us. There is little available directly near the home but a 10 minute bike ride along the lovely road and over the bridge gets you to all you could want. We were sad to leave our Amsterdam home and will hope Hein's home is available when we return.

Wir haben zwischen Weihnachten und Silvester einen Familienurlaub mit unseren zwei erwachenen Kindern in Justin´s schwimmenden Haus verbracht. Es war ideal um in Ruhe Zeit miteinander zu haben. Das Haus ist sauber und modern eingerichtet, die Heizung ist auch im Winter wunderbar warm und man hat alles was man braucht. Meistens haben wir am Tag einen Ausflug nach Rotterdam, Amsterdam oder ans Meer gemacht, was nur 30-45 min. entfernt liegt. Abends haben wir im Haus gekocht, gespielt, gelesen oder auch mal einen Film geschaut. Alles war prima, und sehr zu empfehlen.

Einfach zu finden. Gastgeberin spricht zwar nur Niederländisch, hat sich aber gut vorbereitet mit einer Übersetzungapp. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man kann den Bus nach Amsterdam zu Fuß erreichen

- [ ] This was truly the perfect place for our Amsterdam visit! The houseboat is serene, spacious, and cozy—we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Our party of three adults had plenty of space for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is lovely, with charming bars and coffee shops, yet still so close to all the main sights. The canal is peaceful at night, which made for incredibly restful sleep. Fern is an outstanding host—welcoming, gracious, and always quick to respond. We’d book again in a heartbeat and can’t recommend this houseboat enough!

This houseboat is a true magical dream paradise. It’s cozy, does not seem small at all, and has all the touches to make it feel TRULY like your home in Amsterdam… the hammock and outdoor patio, the big couch and pull-down projector screen, the fully equipped kitchen, the incredibly comfortable bed. Unlike some places that feel like soulless hotels, this is a beautiful, warm, welcoming home. I absolutely will be coming back here when I visit Amsterdam in the future.

Our stay at Claire’s place was nothing short of magical. The location is hard to beat in the heart of Jordaan, steps away from great Dutch cafes, every restaurant we ate at was within a ten minute walk, every one was fantastic. As well as minutes walk from transit. Somehow though being in the middle of everything, being on the water in this houseboat makes you feel like you’re in your own private oasis. Claire has great taste, her home is designed impeccably, with one of the major highlights being the record player, listening to classics like the Beatles, Bowie, The Doors while sitting on the back porch taking in the incredible view of the canal. Bonus was the most efficient washer dryer I used during my 3 week stay in Europe and the large dishwasher. Had we stayed longer, we would have cooked, there was a fully stocked Chefs kitchen. Thanks for the perfect end to our adventure!

Wunderschönes und gemütliches Hausboot in einer traumhafte Umgebung, mit allen was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen. Immer gerne wieder.

We returned for a second long stay and it is still wonderful! Great location just far enough out of Centrum to be missing all the tourists but still close enough to easily get in there every day. Liz is a terrific communicator and it is super easy to get in and out. The house boat is very comfortable and well maintained. I hope to return next year!

We enjoyed the stay at the boat house a lot! The location is beautiful and we loved the views as well as accessibility to the places around. There are assigned co-hosts who are very responsive if you have any questions or issues, big thanks to Philo for helping us with everything and Nina for calling us to check up if everything is great. The boat has everything needed for a stay - comfy beds and sofa, toaster and coffee machine, bean bags to sit and cozy living room. The kitchen might not have enough pans, but overall is good if you prefer to cook on your own. It's not a 100inch TV as it was marked in the description due to typo, but it's pretty good if you want to watch some netflix or youtube at night. There is street parking nearby, which is quite pricey, but hosts can advise on the parking house nearby. We had a lovely stay and would love to come back again!

Wir waren zu viert auf dem Hausboot von Jan. Das Boot liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, nah vom Olympiazentrum. Etwas außerhalb, bis ins Zentrum von Amsterdam mit der Metro ca. 20 Minuten. Das Hausboot war gemütlich und sauber, Jan hat uns am ersten Tag persönlich begrüßt und der Kontakt war sehr nett. Es stehen 4 Fahrräder zur Verfügung, die wir aber nicht genutzt haben, da die Niederländer eine zu rasante Fahrweise haben...🫣 wir hatten 4 tolle Tage in Amsterdam und am Hausboot.

Klein aber Fine - waren sehr zufrieden. Alles nötige war vorhanden und wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt. Super Lage und super Airbnb. Kann ich jedem empfehlen der mal was „anderes“ ausprobieren möchte

Un buen lugar muy cómodo de verdad a pesar de la distancia como alojamiento vale la pena volvería sin duda, me hubiera gustado quedarme más pero un lugar perfecto para pasar vacaciones

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Hausboot. Man kann von dort direkt zu SUP Touren starten oder mit dem Motorboot nach Leiden fahren. Annemiek ist sehr nett und hat uns zum Hausboot gebracht und uns alles gezeigt. Vielen lieben Dank für einen schönen Aufenthalt!

I had an amazing stay at Ray's houseboat in Amsterdam! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the train station and Amsterdam Central, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Staying on a houseboat was such a unique and cool experience, offering a cozy and memorable vibe you just can't get in a traditional hotel. While it's a boat and not the most accessible, it had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I loved waking up on the canal, feeling right in the heart of Amsterdam's charm. Highly recommend for anyone looking for something a little different and unforgettable!

Very nice, large and super clean houseboat south of Amsterdam with good connections to the city and Schiphol airport. Nice to be close to the water with ducks simming by and nice views especially in the mornings with sunshine and a bit of fog over the water. The place is really large and with two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom surely great for four people. Francisco gave us very good instructions on how to find the place and the checkin was super easy. A supermarket it just three minutes by car and one passes it by when arriving from the motorway. Driving into Amsterdam takes about 20 minutes by car which makes the place a good location for people visiting Amsterdam but also the area south of the city. We enjoyed our stay very much.
