Utrecht : locations de vacances dans des maisons de ville

We visited Loosdrecht in December 2014. It is in a beautiful location. It was fairly central to Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Utrecht. Some of the roads were a bit difficult to navigate but we managed with our 9 passenger van. The apartment was clean but smaller than I anticipated. We only had one bathroom which was difficult with 8 people. Caroline was very friendly and helpful. She had hoped to upgrade us to a two bathroom apartment. Unfortunately, they were all unavailable. The lake was beautiful and would probably be lovely in the summer months. The ducks and geese were gorgeous to watch. We had a lovely visit and had everything we needed. It's nice to have a kitchen and washer/dryer.

Das Haus ist super und hat alles, was man braucht. Es ist ruhig gelegen, aber gut angebunden. Simon und Thomas sind sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

Our family had an absolutely delightful (extended) stay at Nathalie’s place! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The highlight of our stay was definitely the cozy fireplace. It was such a treat to relax by the fire with a drink after a long day. Our host provided a perfect check-in experience, greeting us personally and ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Her attention to detail and hospitality made us feel right at home from the start. The neighborhood is wonderful, with quaint shops, cafes, and the city center within walking distance. Communication with our host was excellent throughout our stay. Nathalie’s is very responsive to questions and provides great recommendations for things to do in the area. Overall, our experience at this Airbnb exceeded our expectations.

The house fits well the description and was easy to find. A bus stop only 4 minutes of walk and also there’s a supermarket with 7 minutes of walking. The place was clean, cozy and the cat is also really cute!

This family home is just far enough out of the hubbub of the city that we were able to easily decompress after a day exploring beautiful Utrecht. Full kitchen with truly anything you may need to create a meal (lots of spices!), back patio, bedrooms are upstairs and the neighborhood is quiet so one can get a good night’s sleep, and located close to the canal which allows for an easy walk into the city. Bus system was simple to navigate but only accepted payment for one person per credit card (no cash)… travelers may want to research that further. Steep and narrow stairs inside to access upstairs may not be good for physically compromised person. Bikes were a bonus as was Isis picking us up from the train station. Great vegan restaurant around the corner. Would love to visit again!

Fantastic place, fantastic host! I stayed here with a couple of friends for 5 nights, and we couldn't be happier. The location is superb—easily accessible by bus, train, and bike. The home is beautiful, clean, and has everything we needed and even more. Communication with the host was smooth and clear. Thank you, Geert, for making it perfect!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Fons ist sehr nett und schnell erreichbar, falls man Fragen hat. Unser Highlight war, dass das Haus direkt am Wasser liegt sowie die Sauna.

This is the perfect space for a family. We wanted to see Amsterdam but not be on top of Amsterdam and this is just right. The bus stop is so close and it can take you the whole way into Central Amsterdam. Peaceful, green surroundings and a quaint walkable coffee shop . Their home also has a cat named George, who made us feel most welcome. Communication is great & checkin is breezy . Highly recommend this space.

très belle maison de ville bien placée, à 12min à pied de la gare. un conseil: éviter de venir en voiture, les premières places gratuites sont à 24 min à pied. Maison très bien aménagée et très belle décoration. Deux bémols :il manque une bouilloire (pour les buveurs de thé) et des rangements disponibles pour les habits dans les chambres des enfants. Nous conseillons ce logement et reviendrons volontiers. A signaler, contrairement aux photos, il n'y a pas de piscine dans le jardin.

We had a wonderful time at William and Christa property. The house was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway. Christa was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the booking process and check-in a breeze. We especially enjoyed the beautiful front yard and backyard garden and peaceful neighborhood. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

We were a family of four, came by car for a weekend. Great place to stay for sightseeing around (Amsterdam, Utrecht, Giethoorn, Zandaam...). Good sleep, quiet place, the house itself is great and Maurits&Femke were very nice and gentle hosts, although we haven't met in person. Liked the most the music on Sonos music system (lounge mix). Pitty we didn't have time to see places right next to the house (pancake-caffe, Soestdijk Palace..) recomended by Maurits&Femke. All in all, warm recommandations.

What a wonderful place! A true gem within walking distance from the city center (20 mins), located in a lovely neighborhood next to the biggest park in Utrecht, and surrounded by supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. The unique and atmospheric decorations, combined with the super cozy vibes, help you feel at home instantly. The place was perfectly clean and well tidied up. Moreover, a little sweet surprise was waiting for us upon arrival (very yummy!). Communication with Birgit was a real pleasure—very smooth, fast, and to the point. She offered flexible check-in and check-out, always considering our needs first. Birgit is an amazing, caring, kind, welcoming, and very positive-minded person! Ein gemütliches Haus mit individueller Einrichtung. Keine anonyme Atmosphäre wie in vielen anderen Airbnb's, sondern man spürt, dass dort jemand gern lebt. Hübscher Innenhof mit Outdoor-Möbeln und Esstisch. Ruhige Wohngegend. Alles mit den Rädern gut zu erreichen: Centrum in 15 min, Bäckerei und Lebensmittel in 5 min. Das Auto haben wir stehen gelassen. Sehr unkomplizierter Check in. Florus war jederzeit zu erreichen und so freundlich, uns spontan ein Fahrrad zu leihen Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

He had a wonderful 5 days of stay, along with family. Wonderful experience. - the house was huuge and spacious. Big living, dining, full kitchen, service area and a toilet in the ground floor, 2 good sized bedrooms a bathroom/ toilet on the first and a huge 3rd bedroom in the 2nd floor - the house was Squeeky clean, well equipped, 5-mins from the nearest bus stop - all furnishings were comfortable. - we were able to travel to Amsterdam Central in 45 mins using 1 bus and a tram. - Bae was very friendly and very responsive Totally recommend and would definitely return during another visit to Amsterdam.

Wir hatten eine tolle und erholsame Zeit bei Ute und ihrem lieben Hund Juni 🐾 Nach einer langen Autofahrt wurden wir von Ute mit einem leckeren Abendessen überrascht, vielen Dank noch einmal dafür! Auch ihr SUP-Board durften wir nutzen. Wir entschieden uns für diese Unterkunft aufgrund der Nähe zu Amsterdam. Der Ort ist sehr idyllisch und ruhig; Wir würden es immer wieder dem Zentrum vorziehen! Super Lage - Super Zimmer - Super Host 🥰

Our stay at Piet’s und Barts' place was fantastic! Bart is a very thoughtful and welcoming host who provided us with great tips for exploring the city. He is well-organized, kind, and truly cares about his guests. The accommodation itself had some really cool benefits—one of the highlights was the disco toilet, which added a fun and unique touch to our stay! We felt very comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here

Die Unterkunft von Eva-Maria ist eine echte Bereicherung für die airbnb Welt. Das Haus ist gross und hell und sogar die Treppe, die in niederlanischen Häusern eher steil ist, ist gut zu nehmen. Das Haus ist liebevoll und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Check-in war total einfach und sehr freundlich. Ich habe wunderbar geschlafen und mich gefreut, dass ich morgens im Schlafzimmer bei Sonnenschein noch Yoga machen konnte. Die Anreise mit dem Zug war unproblematisch und die Unterkunft ist schnell zu Fuss zu erreichen. Auf dem Rückweg hatte ich noch die Möglichkeit auf dem Weg bei Albert Hein Besorgungen für die Rückreise zu machen. Ich kann die Unterkunft bei Eva-Maria auf jeden Fall allen empfehlen. Besonders wenn ihr TangotänzerInnen seid. Eva-Maria hat tolle Tipps. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Mariella made everything so easy for us, from check-in to check-out to her lovely house in Houten. The house was perfect for our 6-day stay in the Netherlands - it is a really welcoming space, clean, modern, well-maintained, amazing kitchen/diner and excellent bedrooms, perfect for a family like us. The garden is lovely too, and my kids loved the trampoline. The house is really close to the centre of Houten and half an hour on bicycle to Utrecht. Mariella generously let us use the family bicycles for the duration of our stay. We recommend this highly.
