We had a fantastic stay in the farm house. The place is literally huge, the kids were running around in the lawns when not in the swimming pool. The cook made us nicely cooked home style meals during our stay as we didn't want to step out of the property. They also organized a safari to Rajaji National Park but since it was raining, we skipped it and spent time idling away in the living rooms and big wrap-around balcony. Do note that mobile networks are very erratic but that wasn't a big issue for us. The staff was so welcoming and even made us a bonfire in the evening. I would highly recommend it for your city break.

Abhimanyu’s place is really beautiful. It matched the images exactly. The pool was great and our entire family had a great time . The caretaker Virendar is a very helpful guy and a great cook. We did’t explore the nearby area as we were there to relax together as a family and Abhimanyu’s place was a perfect getaway . Highly recommend.

The location is a bit tricky as the 1KM stretch near the property is rough and narrow but as soon as you arrive in the property, you wll go crazy and it will All be worth it. What truly sets this Airbnb apart is the attention to detail and the hosts' commitment to providing an exceptional experience. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, offering great recommendations and being available for any questions.

Our family had an absolutely fantastic getaway at The Sparrows Nest Villa! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the beautiful decor – it felt really chic yet welcoming. We especially loved the fun private pool; it was so much fun splashing around and having our own private space to swim. A big thank you to Prem, the caretaker, who was always ready to help with a smile and made our stay even more comfortable. But perhaps the highlight was the stunning view from the balcony. We could see the entire valley and even the lights of Haldwani city in the distance – it was the perfect spot to relax and soak it all in. We left feeling refreshed and with wonderful memories. Absolutely loved my stay at this resort in Rishikesh! The facilities were top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. Chetan was especially helpful, from answering my queries to recommending food options. I highly recommend booking through The Vacay Homes - their deals are unbeatable! Don't bother booking directly with the resort or Leisure Holidays, as they charge way more for almost same category property . Also Opt for meals separately and enjoy the a la carte options as well or just Swiggy it - you'll save a lot of money and have a better experience than booking with the meal package , as one can get it directly and sometimes at a discounted price . And nonetheless The Ganga Aarti in the resort in evening was a heavenly experience which Chetan suggested me not to miss. 5 stars to The Vacay Homes ! Would definitely recommend to all my friends and relatives 🙂

Me and my family had a wonderful time. We loved the place and location. It was peaceful with beautiful surroundings. The host was friendly and responsive and the caretaker was also gem of a person and cooked really tasty ,earls like homemade food. Felt like second home to us. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone.

The cleanliness and comfortable bedding were the highlights for me. The large community, complete with a golf course, basketball court, and walking/running tracks, made our stay even more memorable.
