Utuado : locations de maisons de vacances en bord de lac

We stayed at Neri and Ildefonso's home for one night as we wanted to visit the Caguas heritage center and do a Tanama River Tour. It is tucked away north of Utuado and their home looks on to a beautiful river bend with high stone walls. The AC units worked very well in the bedrooms, with a strong fan (no AC) in the living room. The listing might say it is a shared bathroom, but Neri books her stays to be one guest at a time, with two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds. Neri and Ildefonso also have a generator that kicks on if the power grid flickers off.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at Noemi’s place. Communication was clear and kind from the moment I booked our stay. Yes, Noemi does stay next door while visitors occupy her home, however she did not bother us AT ALL. We only saw her 3 times during our 5 day stay, when we arrived, when we were leaving, and once to move our car over for her husband. Her home was peaceful, comfortable, and clean, inside and out. The backyard view was our favorite. Way better than the pictures! The wildlife was a beautiful sight to see. We would definitely stay here again and will be recommending this place to our friends and family. I can’t forget, Noemi was even kind enough to make a happy birthday banner for my boyfriend before we arrived. She also was great at recommending local spots to eat, shop, or just have fun. Very thoughtful. Can’t wait to return!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless, spacious, and had incredible views of the Rio Grande de Arecibo. Waking up to the sound of the river and enjoying coffee on the back patio was pure bliss. The location couldn’t have been more convenient—just a short drive to Cueva del Indio, beautiful local beaches, and amazing restaurants. We also loved how easy it was to visit Arecibo Lighthouse and Historical Park. Everything we needed was within 15-20 minutes! The host was fantastic—very responsive and made sure we had everything for a comfortable stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat that’s close to nature and attractions, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!

when I travel I like having access to a full kitchen. This fit the bill perfectly and helps keep the cost of traveling down. The area is a working class neighborhood which we fit right in with. There is an outdoor front patio where my friend and I enjoyed our morning and even afternoon coffee. Keep in mind only one bathroom has a hot shower and it's a tricky one! LOL. my friend figured it out but I'm sure if you can't, your hosts will be quick to respond. The apartment has wonderful air flow through it and we only needed the AC when we first arrived. It took a little bit to get used to the step down into the kitchen and the one step up within it. We met both hosts and they are very friendly even with our limited spanish, and I mean limited, we were able to communicate well enough when we met up in person. The area has wonderful restaurants and don't hesitate to ask or Jorge or Jesus for recommendations. There are some dogs barking . periodically but not at night.

Blue Waves Beach House was the perfect fit for my family! There was also so much to do in Salinas. We ate and drank well, all the while enjoying the constant sounds of waves crashing outside. The house was very clean and very spacious. The amenities were as described and we enjoyed the entire property. If you are looking for an all-inclusive type of vacation home, this one is supreme. I cannot name anything that I would change. We will most definitely be back!! Thank you to our amazing hosts for having us!

Para mi fue muy conveniente porque fui a realizar un proyecto cultural y el lugar quedaba a 5 minutos de la casa. Disfrutamos nuestra estadía y nos quedaríamos nuevamente en el futuro. Hay que ser cuidadoso entrando con el carro, ya que la entrada es un poco angosta. Hay una casa justo al lado con perros que ladran bastante, pero en nuestro caso no nos impidió disfrutar de la propiedad y descansar durante la noche. Carmen fue muy amable y atenta.

I like how host answers quickly. I love the fact there lot towels. I have been pr so many time place the other place i stay in past never had that many towel. Only thing I have issue was last room had yellow staining on wall but everything else was fine.

Davo was an excellent host very helpful the place was exactly as advertised very clean definitely will be renting from him again

I will begin by saying that the home was everything I needed! Doris is very responsive, professional, and kind! A/C works very good and cools the house and rooms very quickly! We never once heard the downstairs neighbors. The view is everything I expect to see when I’m in Utuado. The roosters early in the morning and the coqui singing in the night… oh I could go on and on!!! Regards, Mark & Family

Great place to stay right next to the beach. Not too far from San Juan if you want to go into the city, but not too far from more private beaches if you go west. Perfect location to explore the island!
