Perfect girls getaway! The house is well equipped with everything you could need. We loved the heated pool and hot tub and directions for use was a breeze. Thank you for everything!! We’ll be back soon😉

Beautiful house on the river!

Meagan’s place was the perfect spot for our couples’ fishing weekend. We were blown away by the beauty of the terrain and all the amenities the house had to offer. She made it so easy for us to just enjoy being in such a dreamy location. We talked repeatedly about how much we would love to come back to stay here again in the future!

I went back and forth on the overall rating and stuck with a 5 rating since I didn't speak up about my dissatisfaction and allow them the opportunity to make it right. This is a beautiful property that really had the potential to be an incredible stay. The lodge is stunning with a rich history. Clean and spacious. When we arrived, we were disappointed to find out the pool and pond were under construction & unusable. We picked this property for those amenities and ended up only able to use the hot tub. I understand the need to provide safety, but had we been informed prior to our trip, we would have looked for something closer to our family that we were visiting. No credit offered We also had a hiccup with day guest passes. After some back and forth, they were approved, but ended up not being needed since the pool/pond were unavailable during our stay The lodge accommodated the 3 couples and 5 kids perfectly and we really would love to give this property another chance in the future.

Glam Luxury Home! Infinity Pool, Hot Tub, Views

This home is beautiful inside and out. We could not get enough of the views from the main level. The second level balcony is under construction which we weren’t aware of, but it did not have a huge impact on our group as there is more than enough space to enjoy the views. The kitchen was well stocked, the house has plenty of seating for large groups and everyone said their beds were comfortable. Unfortunately we were unable to use the hot tub for a few days as a part needed to be shipped and replaced (we get that things happen) m. Kelly communicated with us and provided us with the option to use the pool and hot tub at her sister property. We opted not do this as we didn’t want to have to pack up everyone and our things for the day. We did have the pool heated (thank you) on our last full day and thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and pool! We already miss the views.

Big Easy

Big Easy was the perfect home for our large group’s stay during spring break. We had to reach out to Roland when we arrived for some help getting in beyond his control, and he was extremely kind and helpful. The weather might have stopped us from spending time in the river, but the house had endless options of fun things to do. It is the perfect place for a large group! The outdoor set up alone was worth every penny. I hope for a reason to visit again soon!!

our stay here was perfect! The house was just as beautiful as the pictures if not more. Everything was clean and so cozy and my family had an amazing time. We seriously didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back to stay. 😊

River Park Lodge at Utopia River Retreat

We were a group of six ladies friends in our 60s and 70s. We hiked lost Maples State Park on Friday and Saturday. Everyone slept well uncomfortable beds. It is very peaceful and quiet there, but had all of the items that we needed for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!!!

Beautiful and very spacious house accurately described. House was clean upon arrival, and provided all essentials. Pool was nice was warm. Great Extremely easy check in owners were super attentive when needed

Pictures don't do it justice!!! Nice, cozy cabin with everything you need to truly relax for a few days. Great location next to small mountain/hill away from the crowded cabins next to the river. Pool and entertainment area (bar/lounge/restaurant) are just footsteps away.

Wendy and her husband were great hosts. They were both very responsive and helpful during our stay. The cabin was clean and the location was peaceful. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here and our time at the river. We would definitely recommend this place to our family and friends.

Was a wonderful 4 nights! Perfect spot right in the middle of garner and lost maples. Host was very helpful and always responsive. If you’re looking for a really beautiful place to stay between hikes this is it! Will definitely be recommending.

It was an awesome family stay. The hot tub was so fun with the hillside views. super close to river and fun activities. My kids loved playing with the little dogs and our dog. Wonderful time!
