Kim and Rene are amazing hosts, they are super friendly people. The house is equipped with all necessary stuff to do your vacations a success. I'd definitely come back. Extremely recommended!

The house was perfect. The privacy of the gates was awesome. The beds were comfortable. Sergio had great communication. The air conditioning worked great. The house was fully Equipped with anything you needed to cook with. Definite bonus,It had a washing machine and the place to hang out your clothes. This is not a negative,but there are so many keys! So many doors to get locked out of if you were not careful. There were like 7 or 8 separate keys. We were extremely careful... We figured out a system that would work for us. Check-in and check out Went extremely smooth. On a typical night, One or two crabs would make it in the outside kitchen. No big deal , we just popped them back outside. It's Costa Rica after all, PURA VIDA. One more thing, The location of sergio's place was amazing. This was the Only way to walk to the beach. The beach is very close by the way. Thank you Sergio.

Love the place! Monkeys right outside the window, ocean views and surrounded by jungle. The house is a large 1 bedroom with a large living room with cozy big couch, balcony off of the living room and big bedroom and bathroom. Everything we needed and more so will definitely keep it at the top of our list for another visit - very soon I hope.

This stay was a fun adventure—like camping but with the comfort of a room! It would make a great camping-style getaway for a family. The location was fantastic, just about five minutes from the beach and with eateries in both directions. A couple of things to keep in mind: there’s only a fan for cooling, and the water is cold, but after a day at the beach, it’s actually quite refreshing! Overall, a unique and enjoyable experience for those looking for a simple, nature-inspired stay. Can't recommend enough.

This place is absolute heaven! The view from the balcony is to die for and my children loved the pool. Everything was just perfect, the house is amazing and the decor is really stunning. We spent a month here and it was one of the best months of our lives. Dominicalito is out of this world - jungle and beach!!! My daughter went surfing everyday and there is local football for my son. The surrounding area means you can scuba dive, horse ride along the beach and there is a stunning waterfall 5 min walk. I ran on the beautiful beach everyday and the locals were just fabulous inviting us to the local Kareoke on the beach 🏖️ the host was so helpful and we had no problems as everything ran smoothly in the house. Security is so professional Nd checks everyone in and out. We didn’t have a car and found walking really invigorating - especially up the hill. If you love nature you couldn’t ask for more - watch the monkeys at breakfast from the balcony - thanks so much for this epic adventure ❤️

Pura Vida - Great host and location. Walkable to the beach and several restaurants. Calm oasis in the back yard, where we could see Tucans, howler monkeys and an array of birds! Host is very responsive and we also appreciated having air conditioning as well as a washer / dryer. Uvita is a great place to visit with a ton of fun activities, and having the small pool onsite was really nice to escape the hot midday sun. The full kitchen is also a bonus. Modern, easy - with good WiFi and a good host. The howler moneys did wake us up in the morning, but that was actually pretty cool alarm clock - although they sounded like a sick dog!!! We stayed at 3 places, all of which said you’d see moneys, never saw any and we saw them all from the comfort of the shaded porch here.

Teri’s property was the perfect place for our trip to Dominical! The space is in a fantastic location. It is located close to all the action, while also offering privacy from the main street. The units were comfortable and offered a cool respite from the heat of the afternoon. Teri provided an excellent guide for things to do in the area and gave clear instructions for finding the place and checking in. She was friendly, quick to respond to messages, and helped us make reservations for a local restaurant when we had trouble. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again!

Casa práctica para ir en familia, buena distribución y una cocina que te invita a usarla... Zona privada, adónde se respira paz y tranquilidad rodeado de arboles y animales. Lo recomiendo al 100% si vas con la mentalidad de conectarse con la naturaleza y descansar. Tomen en cuenta que al estar en una zona boscosa hay mucho insecto, no obstante, es lo normal en la zona. Esperamos regresar el próximo año.

The view from this villa is incredible. Looking out from the patio, you can see all the way to the ocean. Our concierge, Oscar, was incredibly responsive and kindly worked with us to check in when we arrived later than expected. He also left us some delicious mango and watermelon! The location listed is slightly inaccurate to where the villa actually is, but it still provided easy access to the main Dominical area. Also, definitely bring 4 wheel drive as the hosts suggest, as it's a steep climb to the house. We would definitely rent from this group again!

Maison très propre. Propriétaire facile à rejoindre. Piscine impeccablement propre. Par contre location peut- être difficile à localiser.Mais aide de la Proprio. Véhicule nécessaire, car la maison est loin de tout. Beau Séjour! Des notes explicative devraient être rédiger pour le fonctionnement des appareils intérieurs et extérieur. Plus de serviettes et linge à vaisselle auraient été appréciés et pratique. En sommes agréable expérience!

We loved this place! It’s way better than the photos! The plants are beautiful! The pool is lovely and deep. We loved the space! Bathroom is great. We liked where it was downtown Dominical. Easily walkable. We highly recommend this spot! (Busy roads don’t bother us.)

J ai adoré le dessous du meuble de salle de bain qui s allume qd on rentre et la douche a l extérieure était incroyable Je recommande à 100% ce logement

We had an unforgettable stay at this stunning villa in Uvita, Costa Rica! The property is beautifully designed with high-quality furniture and incredibly comfortable rooms. The highlight was the fantastic pool and spacious deck, which offered breathtaking sunset views. At night, we loved lounging on the deck under the glow of red light bulbs, enjoying the cool breeze and ceiling fans. The modern kitchen was perfect for preparing delicious meals, adding to the homey feel of the villa. A charming path from the villa leads to a secluded beach just a five-minute walk away. The beach itself is a hidden gem, surrounded by lush jungle, striking rock formations, and warm, swimmable waves—perfect for a relaxing day by the ocean. The hosts were exceptional, responding quickly to any questions we had and ensuring our stay was seamless. Their warmth and attentiveness made all the difference. We’re already looking forward to booking this incredible villa for our next trip to Uvita! Pura Vida!

Our stay was enjoyable, the view and surrounding forest was beautiful. The pool was great, the bedrooms were great, the air conditioning was really good and very quiet in the bedrooms. My only complaint was that the frying pans in the kitchen were awful. They should have been thrown out long ago. The gas grill outside was spotlessly clean (a good thing) but there was no way to light the grill. With no smokers in the family it was even more challenging as the "clickers" to start the grill were all bad. Other than that, the place was amazing and I would return with only my own frying pans and fire! Thanks to Ignacio and Olmer for their hospitality!

Construcción sostenible, parque nacional marino ballena a casi 100m del lugar, se pasan noches apacibles

Perfecta, así resumiría mi experiencia, los anfitriones excelentes, amigables, siempre en comunicación, atentos, serviciales, entre otras muy buenas cualidades. El lugar es maravilloso, privado, seguro, con un aire de paz increíble, muy cerca de todo lo necesario (supermercados, restaurantes, playas). La casa es muy bella, espaciosa, aseada, full aire, full equipada, nada más que pedirle. Las recomendaciones de Geizel y su esposo, súper acertadas, playa matapalo y Linda son preciosas, Dominical tiene un excelente ambiente, el restaurante la Langoza Feliz 10/10, y otras tantas que no nos dieron tiempo, pero volveremos muy pronto de fijo. En fin es un lugar que superó por mucho mis expectativas, mega recomendado. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in deze woning! Na een dag de omgeving ontdekken voelde het echt als thuiskomen. Het bed lag heerlijk, de keuken was mooi en volledig uitgerust, perfect om zelf iets lekkers te maken. De koude douche was even wennen, maar uiteindelijk juist verfrissend. De woonkamer is uitgerust met een heerlijke bank en grote smart tv. Wat we ook erg waardeerden was dat we in overleg eerder mochten inchecken, dat maakte onze aankomst extra relaxed. Het contact met de host verliep prettig en soepel, daar waren we echt blij mee. Een klein aandachtspuntje: het huisje was hier en daar wat stoffig en we vonden wat insectenlijken in de badkamer en woonkamer. Geen groot probleem, maar wel iets om op te letten voor volgende gasten. De woning ligt aan een doorgaande weg, maar daar heb je tijdens je verblijf totaal geen last van. Al met al een heerlijke plek waar we ons snel thuis voelden. Niet twijfelen, dikke aanrader! Dank voor de fijne ontvangst!
