Uvita : locations de vacances dans des tiny houses

Jessica est très accueillante, présente mais discrète. La piscine et la terrasse sont à 2 pas des bungalows. Pour un léger surplus, elle nous a servi un déjeuner copieux ( pâtisseries, fruits frais, thé, café, jus frais, rôties) et a fait la lessive. Nous avons vu des reptiles, des toucans, des capucins et entendu des singes hurleurs. Nous avons manqué des perroquets Ara de peu ! Environnement paisible, sécuritaire. Nous y séjournerions de nouveau.

Very nice vibe once inside, but not a lot of privacy. Hosts were great with a lot of good recommendations. Allowed us to come before the checking time, which was very convenient. Would recommend!

My sister and I stayed here for 3 nights and we were very pleased with the place!!! It is up a mountain and away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to Uvita and everything you need! It feels like your own little piece of paradise surrounded by wild life and lots of beautiful plants. We saw a monkey in the tree upon arrival. The river is so close that you can hear it and it’s super peaceful!! Very beautiful water falls near by, the national park, and the beach!!! I will say I don’t know if we would’ve made it up the mountain and to the resort without a 4x4! Also, I must note that the upstairs and downstairs unit are separate. The bedroom is upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs. So, if you’re like me and have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night you do have to go outside and downstairs to use the bathroom!!! But it was really no problem. Incredible place for the price! Highly recommend 😌

Beautiful surroundings, delicious breakfasts, comfortable bed and good recommendations from the host (visit la Cusinga for a drink or food and enjoy the beautiful view and the walking trails around the property!). If you have a 4x4 and want a more quiet stay, I’d recommend this place!

Fui a visitar el lugar con mi esposa por motivo de nuestro segundo aniversario y todo fue perfecto. Accesar al lugar fue súper sencillo, el aseo que para mí es lo más importante; impecable. Tenía ciertas dudas en cuánto a la privacidad, pues otros huéspedes decían que la habitación estaba al lado de la calle principal y pues nosotros dormimos como un bebé, nunca escuchamos nada. Y no, la habitación no está nada cerca de la calle principal. El desayuno (no incluido) estuvo delicioso y muy nutritivo. Pero lo mejor de todo fue Emanuel; nuestro host. De verdad se tomó el tiempo por conocernos y hacernos sentir como en casa. De explicarnos el lugar y recomendaciones de la zona. No fuimos otro huésped, fuimos verdaderos invitados. En fin, 10/10, al punto que esperamos volver pronto. Gracias por todo.

Such a nice place to relax and enjoy the surroundings, the beach or just hang out at the pool. The cabin we stayed in, was perfect to stay for a couple of days. The beach is in walk distance such are restaurants and grocery stores. With the open concept, you can hear birds and monkeys throughout the day, which makes it a lovely place to be. Moskito nets at the windows prevented larger bugs or spiders during our stay, everything else that slips in, is taken care of by cute little geccos 🥰 Check in was easy and flexible and everyone was so nice and welcoming.

We can 100% recommend this apartment. We stayed for one week and felt like home. It was spacious, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the area was calm during the night. There are several supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The only thing we did not like were the holes in the mosquito nets on all windows and on the balcony door. Cats and the dog on the property are super lovely. Pool is also a big plus. Thanks to Ismark!

Yorleni's cabin is amazing - just as the pics show. The living areas face directly into the forest and you feel at one with nature, yet have all the great amenities of a modern home. We enjoyed viewing beautiful birds and butterflies as we sat in the living areas and kitchen - too cool! The woodwork throughout the cabin is beautiful and kitchen, bathroom and bedroom perfect. The bed was extremely roomy and comfortable with a high powered ceiling fan above to keep you cool. The place was so peaceful that we hated to leave. A great little cabin that we'll definitely try to visit again!

Tout était parfait !! Merci beaucoup pour les gentilles attentions. La communication était parfaite, ainsi que le logement et l’emplacement. 4x4 obligatoire pour y accéder, logement mieux équipé que notre appartement! Je recommande à 100%, allez y les yeux fermés

El departamento es muy cómodo para dos personas, Uvita es muy chico entonces nos quedó cerca de todo. Ideal para tomar tours en el parque Marino Ballena. La terraza muy linda y tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar sin problemas lo necesario.

superschöne Holzhütte, mit allem, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht, super Anlage, Hütte im Dschungelpark mit viel Privatsphäre und Tierbeobachtungen, alles wird gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet und gestaltet, wir wären auch gerne länger geblieben, absolute TOP-Empfehlung von uns.

El hospedaje cumple con todas las comodidades para ser una estudio privado, con áreas amplias para dos personas, está en una zona muy tranquila y con una vista hermosa. El anfitrión muy atento y con buenas recomendaciones.

My stay at Morgan's surf shack was absolutely wonderful. The place itself is beautifully decorated with a spacious yard, a cute deck to relax with a hammock, and a few minutes walk from the beach. Across the street were the neighbor's baby horses which I really enjoyed seeing daily too :) Morgan was accommodating and easy to reach, answering all of my questions quickly and available for anything I needed. I would recommend staying here, a 10 minute drive from Dominical that allows you to stay out of the touristy area yet close enough to it all ... a perfect location!

This place is a one of a kind getaway jewel. It has one of the most breath taking views ever) Highly recommended. Do need a 4x4 to get there, but its well worth it.

Great place to stay if you’re traveling to Ojochal. The house had everything I needed. Very cozy. I work online and the WiFi was good. Beautiful property and wonderful hosts! Very kind, helpful and accommodating. I appreciated it being new to this area of Costa Rica. The surroundings are so peaceful and relaxing. The hammock was great for lounging and the pool was nice to cool off in the afternoons. I enjoyed my stay! Thank you!

We absolutely love Nancy's Villa! We stayed here last year, and it was an easy decision that we would stay again on this years trip. If you want the true Costa Rican wildlife experience, stay here. If you want breath taking views, stay here. If you want privacy & relaxation, stay here. We had everything that we needed for our stay. The water is good and hot, there is a kitchenette area and even a washer & dryer. So even though you feel very secluded, you have some luxuries. We enjoyed our afternoons in the pool when it was too hot to be in town. And you never know what wildlife you are going to see. On this trip we saw plenty of monkeys, toucans, parrots, coatis, blue morphos, lizards, humming birds, hawks, great curassows (rare) .... it truly is a bird lovers paradise! Nancy is always responsive, and quick to resolve any issues. We only had one with the water one day, but even with her being in FL, it was resolved within a couple hours. We can not wait to come back next year!

hola!! He pasado un mes en la casita de Rosa y ha sido fantastico. Pude trabajar y a la vez hacer turismo, también probar los restaurantes de la zona, así como sus Margaritas !! jejje Rosa me enseñó su proyecto de reforestación que está realizando cerca de la zona y fue una experiencia caminar por los senderos, rio y catarata. No os lo perdáis !!

This was our second stay at Ohana. It is a perfect setup for traveling with our friend since we have a baby and she wanted to sleep. The room and pool are both clean, beds are comfortable, hosts are communicative and accommodating, and it is a good value. The only critique, it is advertised that there is coffee available, but this was not the case. Not a big deal, we brought our own.

The little bungalow is an oasis. The outdoor area is really nicely set up with pool, loungers and hammocks. The forest behind the place is beautiful and we saw a lot of different birds and some blue butterflies. Inside the place was very clean and surprisingly bug/gecko free with being so close to a lot of vegetation. One thing to note is that the AC is only in the bedroom. Hence the kitchen/living area is still kind of warm during the day. When we arrived the AC was turned off so it was insanely hot and humid inside and smelled quite badly. We got most of the smell out by airing the place as instructed. The place is less private than one would think. During the day there is a surprising amount of traffic on the small dirt road and a shepherd is walking his goats on the two empty adjacent lots. The only curtains are on one window in the bedroom. Communication with the host was great, they helped with all inquiries. The place is for sale, there is a sign up front.
