The place is neat and tidy, also the host was responsive and friendly and always there to help. I particularly like the way Jose communicated and helped me checkout as per my flexibility. My wife and I stayed at this place for a little over 2 weeks. The place matched the description in the photos that are posted. The place was very clean and modern. Modern appliances and nice bathroom with shower. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. The place had a washing machine, fridge, gas cooktop, 3 AC machines, 2 showers, iron (no iron board), microwave, water purifier. The owner does not live on property but the caretaker, Manoj, lives on property with his family. He is very nice and helpful. However, he does not speak English so I could not communicate with him. Thankfully, my wife speaks Malayalam and was able to speak with him. Other than that, I would recommend this place. It is a nice place to stay and very good experience overall.

We loved our stay in this place because of the amenities provided and the host was so friendly and interactive. The place was so clean and private. It is a best place to visit if we travel to Kottayam.

The cleanliness was impeccable, and the attention to detail in customer service was evident throughout. Mr. Nandu, the host, is extremely friendly and well-mannered, ensuring that guests feel welcome and comfortable. His mother was also warm and helpful, adding a personal touch to the hospitality. The service here undoubtedly exceeds the cost, making it a fantastic value-for-money experience. Initially, I was a bit concerned after reading a review by another guest, Praveen. However, after staying here, I can confidently say that his review is unfair and misleading. Our experience was the complete opposite—everything was well-maintained, and the hospitality was top-notch. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend Ikigai to all.
