House is great. It is very well equipped and clean. But the most important thing is the terrace and the view. It is even difficult to explain how beautiful the view from the house is. The area around is very quiet. You can hear only the sea and the birds (and in our case rain;). And the plants around… unbelieveble. The access to the rocky beach is an amazing thing. The beach seems to be shared with 2 other houses. It is true what other people wrote that some people don’t respect the fact that this is a private area and they are coming above the gate to catch fish. But it didn’t bother us at all. It was maybe 2-3 people per day, so not a crowd;). We loved it there and we already made a reservation for the next time.

Der Blick vom Balkon der oberen Etage über die Bucht, kleine Inseln und die Küste ist einfach atemberaubend. Dort könnte man den ganzen Tag verbringen. Für eine Abkühlung bietet sich der sehr schöne, große und saubere Pool an. Sehr von Vorteil ist natürlich, dass man das Auto direkt vor dem Apartmenthaus parken kann. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Keine bellenden Hunde, kein Verkehr, keine lauten Nachbarn. Man kann sich wirklich erholen. Gleichzeit fährt man nur fünf Minuten nach Kaş und auch alle anderen Ziele in der Umgebung sind sehr gut erreichbar. Zum Einkaufen können wir wärmstens den Supermarkt Muhtar empfehlen. Das Sortiment ist riesig, fast schon ein kleines Kaufhaus.

Ev gerek konumu gerekse imkanları açısından güzeldi. Mutfak büyük ve kalabalık gelinecekse gayet rahat zaman geçirilebilir. Sezon sonunda doğru tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

Wir waren rundherum zufrieden, super kommunikation und sehr zuverlässig, Villa entspricht den Bildern. Wir kamen verspätet in der Unterkunft an, trotzdem lief alles reibungslos und ohne stress oder Probleme mit dem Vermieter ab. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, über vergessenes Eigentum beim Check- Out wird man direkt informiert und findet einen Lösungsweg. Wir empfehlen die Villa sehr gerne weiter und würden selber auch nochmal dahin kommen.

I stayed only two nights, but I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kalkan. PLACE: The view is unbeatable, just gorgeous. The flat is rather small but beautiful, well-equipped and with all the amenities that you may need for a short or long stay. It's perfect for one or two people. The town is small so you are close to everything, 3 blocks from them main street, 10/15 min walk to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. There's a Migros 3 blocks away. The flat was very clean when I arrived. Towels are included. KITCHEN: Comfortable and very well-equipped, it even had a microwave and a filter coffee machine. The electric stoves worked perfectly. CHECK-IN: It was a bit hard to find the place at the beginning cause the Google Maps locations doesn't match it correctly, but Mustafa was very responsive and helpful. WI-FI: Worked smoothly and fast during my stay. HOST: Kind and polite, very responsive and helpful. Thanks for everything Mustafa, it was a pleasure!

Great house in a lovely rural location. safak was very prompt in replies and very helpful. very clean and tidy home. cockerals get a bit of getting used to early morning, but listening to the waves from the bedroom was lovely. it worked well for us without a car. buses easy to get in 5 minutes walk, to get into fethiye if you want. (go every 15 mins) ..and if you don't want, then you can eat at the Kafi next door on the yonka Lodge beach front. and there is a cheaper cafe along past club tuana on the public beach front. you can also buy activities from the beach front business at club tuana. (we did a snorkel boat trip and also hired the catarmaran). very helpful and friendly staff there too. a local taxi company 10 mins walk away too. ..all these can be found on Google, and were very friendly and helpful and reliable. nearby small "gift store" does have some basics food, bread and cheese. Two supermarkets up on the main road easy to get to by bus (every 15 mins).

Burcu’s apartment was the perfect place to relax from the craziness of Kas which was very busy most of the time. The short drive out to the peninsula was compensated by a million dollar view and the relaxing infinity edge pool. The space was clean and cool and comfortable. If we visit again would surely stay here. Thanks to Issa for making us feel at home and sorting out little issues.

It's a great place for a retreat off the busier tourist towns along the south coast, which are all still well within reach. Great views and a short walk down to the beach. Berkan is very helpful and makes every effort to make the guests feel comfortable. You need a rental car to get there and around. It's worth noting that Google Maps will send you off on the wrong track once or twice, especially if coming from the Dalaman side. Once you find the right route though, only the last 10 minutes or so of the road are a bit rough, but still drivable by regular car (although you might find it easier in an SUV).

Yaren hanım gerçekten iyi bir ev sahibi iletişimimiz hızlıydı ve ilgiliydi. Ev konum olarakta güzeldi, sessiz sakin kafa dinleyip aynı zamanda da araçla 15 dk mesafe ile canlı rotasyonlara ulaşmak ya da 2 dk da Patara plajına ulaşmak mükemmeldi. Herşey resimlerde göründüğü gibi hatta daha iyisiydi ve kullanışlıydı. Olurda tekrar plan yaparsam mutlaka yeniden tercih edeceğim.

Mehmet is an exceptional host. Every single little detail was catered for. He even picked us up on arrival and took us back to Dalaman airport which was a massive help. And, on the way back he took us on a tour of some amazing ancient cites (Xanthos and Tlos), plus the Saklikent Canyon. We have been doing Air BNB for a long time and no one has hosted more diligently.

Berkay was a great host ! Always quick to respond to messages and allowed us for early check-in/late check-out which was really helpful due to our flight times . The location of the apartment is brilliant with being just a short walk away from Kalkan old town but not to much in the hustle and bustle of the busy streets.The views from the rooftop terrace where fabulous ,especially at night ! The apartment was clean & spacious with everything you need . I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kalkan and will surely be returning here myself. Thank you for a great stay !

Hakan 's apartment at sunset beach club was excellent had everything you would need for a great holiday or just a relaxing time . Complex was superb, pools bar and restaurant and shop ect everything needed was there. Location of complex was perfect plus private beach. Plus a bus stops at main entrance to take you further afield. Completely as described if not better. Hakan was a superb host any questions where answered so quickly. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa. It felt very private, despite being in town, and the view overlooking the sea made for stunning sunsets. The pool is the ideal size for several adults staying cool in the sun. As advertised, the bedrooms were large, quiet, and all had en suite bathrooms. The kitchen was spotless and had all the equipment we needed for making coffee and breakfast; we had to buy provisions such as coffee pods and dishwasher soap. One note: hot water for the showers was unpredictable, but as were in the pool so much, it wasn't a huge issue for us. Overall, we'd recommend this villa highly and would stay here again.

This was my first time visiting Turkey, and I had no idea what to expect. After quite a bit of research, I decided that I wanted to stay in Kaş. The city is absolutely delightful! The people are wonderful, the food is amazing, and the scenery is breathtaking! This villa is located right at the end of a large peninsula, and it offers the best view in Kaş. Seriously, words just can’t describe how amazing this house is! It’s beautiful in the pictures, but it’s even better when you arrive, and see it in person! When we arrived, the place was spotless, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the WiFi worked great! I am not exaggerating when I say that this place was the epitome of perfection! Every detail exceeded my wildest expectations. Sanem was a fantastic host, as well. Very attentive, and easy to communicate with! If you’re looking at this place, and you’re still deciding if this is where you want to stay, trust me, it is! 💯

The villa was amazing, great location, quiet and the view is amazing, never got tired of looking out to sea & the sunset over the mountains, absolutely stunning. The villa was everything we expected and was perfect for our annual family holiday of 9 adults and a toddler, who absolutely loved the smaller shallower pool. Andy sorted out all our transfers, we had different people arriving at different times, which made it so easy & stress free from arriving to going home. He organised a boat trip on Junior Sea Bella which I would highly recommend. We had the boat to ourselves, visited several coves, swam, paddle boarded & had a clay all over body treatment! The food on board was prepared by Momma and it was amazing. It was so good that we booked again for our last day. Totally worth it, great experience. It was a great holiday & we will be returning. The villa is in the most beautiful location, with steps down to the sea. A morning swim in the calm, warm waters, before breakfast, felt like an amazing privilege. The villa is spacious and the beds were really comfortable. The large pool sits on a beautiful terrace, with lovely planting keeping the area private, and even though there is a hotel next to the villa, we weren't troubled at all. Many thanks to Beril for a wonderful family holiday.

We had an amazing time at the villa. Everything looked exactly if not better than the photos! The villa was super proper and clean, with everything you need (e.g. well-equipped kitchen). We felt right at home! The view from the villa was just breathtaking. The pool is very nice too and felt bigger than in the photos! Kalkan town center is walkable distance (15 min). Kalkan feels cosy, with great ambiance and restaurants! We highly recommend. The beach clubs around the villa are very nice too! We would also like to thank Shaina, who is an incredible host. Shaina is very responsive, she answered all our questions before and during the trip and shared her recommendations for the stay which we highly appreciated! Overall we highly recommend Shaina’s place! We enjoyed our time and hope to come back soon!

If you want to be near to the village it is a great location. It was a great base if I want to stay in , plenty of areas to relax, also close to be back on an a night safely. Close to the beach, restaurant ,beach clubs , nightlife. I was aware during the day the road , which is narrow and was hardly used for cars , has got a lot busier. I walked through the back streets. The hosts were very helpful prior to going with transfer. I got into Kalkan early hours . So flexible check in. Host communicated with transfers pick up location. If you have been before you know the Turkish people will be very helpful . I wish the host a successful year 💕

Cengiz Beyin Evi beklentimizin çok üzerindeydi. Fiyat / Fayda performansı olağanüstü. Evin içerisi fotoğraflardan daha güzel. Güzel tasarlanmış ve kullanışlı. Ev mükemmel temizlikte. Kalkan merkeze araçla 10dk mesafede. Balkon manzarası şahane.Çevrede alışveriş için uygun yerler mevcut. Cengiz bey de her konuda yardımcı oluyor. Kendisine çok teşekkür ediyorum.

Es war eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit einer Traumhaften Aussicht. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus war bis ins kleinste Detail bedacht eingerichtet und alles notwendige war vorhanden. Ein Riesen Dankeschön an Lena und ihren Mann, die für alle Rückfragen immer erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren.
