We had an amazing stay at Sergio’s place in Sicily. Honestly, the listing doesn’t even begin to capture how special and beautiful the house is. The location is unbeatable—just seconds from the marina—and you can see the sea from almost every corner of the home. There are multiple terraces and seating areas, and the house itself is incredibly spacious. One of our favorite things was the well-equipped kitchen, which made cooking a real pleasure. Sergio was also super responsive and communicative throughout our stay. He left a very detailed guide full of fantastic restaurant recommendations and local tips, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended!

l'appartement est très bien situé à quelques dizaines de mètres de l'avenue principale. il est très bien aménagé et l'accès en est rendu facile par la boîte à clé. Gaetano nous a guidé pas à pas pour l'accès et nous a recommandé quelques endroits intéressants. très bel endroit. je recommande ! à noter tout de même que les escaliers d'accès sont très raides et peuvent être difficiles pour des personnes à mobilité réduite.

A fantastic short stay in Stazzo. Apartment has everything you may need and was spotlessly clean. Although we never met Alessandro was always on the end of a phone and was quick to respond when needed. Communication was great. I echo what others are saying about the need for a car but parking is available right outside very peaceful and quiet if that is what you are after! Alessando also left some snacks and water which was much appreciated.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à Aci Castello, village charmant, où l'on trouve plusieurs restaurants et tous les commerces nécessaires à moins d'1km de l'hébergement. La terrasse est vraiment très agreable et permet de prendre le petit déjeuner au soleil, même en décembre... Le coeur de ce petit village situé en bord de mer a beaucoup de charme. Nous recommandons sans hésitation! Merci à Stefania et Ricardo, qui se sont montrés très souples sur notre horaire d'arrivée et de départ.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Angelas House. Die Anreise im Dunkeln war nicht ganz einfach, aber dank guter Beschreibung machbar. Das Haus ist exakt wie beschrieben. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der direkte Blick aufs Meer, die große Dachterasse und die tolle Außen Küche. Angela war ein toller Gastgeber und hat und tolle Tipps für unseren Urlaub gegeben. Wir bekommen bestimmt wieder!

Die Wohnung/Haus iegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, mit direktem Zugang zum Strand. Kein Sandstrand, sondern Lavafelsen machen es ein besonderes Erlebnis. Pizza und Supermarkt sind zu Fuß in 2-10 Minuten erreichbar. Ein Auto erscheint mir in Sizilien und besonders für dieses AirBnB dennoch wichtig, da sonst viele Sehenswürdigkeiten nur mit viel Aufwand zu erreichen sind. Die Lage ist aber top: 30 Minuten bis Catania, 20-30 zum Etna, Syrakus 1,5 Stunden, Nekropole von Pantalica 1,5 Stunden. Das Haus war mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet. Das warme Wasser und die Heizung funktionierten, was im Dezember wichtig war. Die Kinder konnten problemlos spielen und die Aussicht auf Sonnenauf- und Untergang direkt auf der Terrasse mit unversperrtem Blick genossen werden. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Vi var en familie på 13 (i alderen 2-70) en uge midt i oktober. Vi nød huset med den dejlige terrasse og poolen rigtig meget. Huset er meget velfungerende til mange mennesker, og Alessandra og hendes mand Tonio var meget venlige og imødekommende og reagerede straks på vores henvendelser. Ved ankomsten var der friske indkøb i køleskabet og frugt og vin, så vi følte os meget velkomne.

Siamo stati ospiti da Alfio e siamo stati soddisfatti dell’alloggio per tutto quello che offriva, forse l’unica pecca era wi-fi che ogni tanto si scollegava ma sinceramente non mi interessava più di tanto poiché avevamo la piscina e il mare sotto casa da trascorrere ore in relax . Sicuramente se dovesse prenotare nuovamente ad Acireale andrei ancora presso Apt Cloe. Grazie ancora per tutto e alla prossima!

Prepare for the view! It's expansive just like the photos which was wonderful as sometimes the photos show a view that isn't quite as accessible! but WOW!! Carlos's parents met us at the property and showed us around. The apartment was spacious enough for us and our friends. The kitchen is small but we created some great meals! Definitely need a car. There is a cafe and petrol station about a 8 minute drive back up to the main road. and a Lidl and other stores a 16 minute drive. We were there for five nights beginning of November so pretty much no one around but imagine complex would be popular in the summer. pool was closed for the season. The only negative really was the entire complex itself....it was very untidy, weeds, the roads were potholed and generally poorly maintained. could be end of season but looked longer than that. However our apartment and building was fine and we had a great time. Thanks Carlos!

Ottimo appartamento arredato benissimo cucina molto ben attrezzata, le due camere da letto matrimoniali molto comode con spendida vista sul mare. La terrazza molto spaziosa con tavolo e lettini da sole con vista sull'Etna è eccezionale. I bambini nonostante il tempo fresco di aprile hanno anche usato la piscina anche quella con posizione eccellente come nelle foto. Laura e la sua assistente sono state sempre pronte a dare tutte le informazioni necessarie. Torneremo sicuramente!

Excellent stay! Dario welcomed us in the space and gave us a full tour of the inside and the outside amenities. The home is located in btwn Catania and Taormina. It was a great home location if you wanted to explore the area. The home was very clean and had great place to see sunrises. The home is a one bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms. The bedroom has a queen size bed which was very comfortable and a smaller bed as well. The last two beds were pull out beds in the living room. The magic of the home is the outside amenities. Beautiful porch with room to eat and lounge as a family. Also, ability to walk down to a private swimming spot and get a swim in the Mediterranean when the sun is coming up. Great location for a family.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa splendida villa! La casa è luminosa, confortevole e ben arredata, con una terrazza con una vista mozzafiato sull’isola Lachea, perfetta per rilassarsi e godersi la vista. Il grande giardino con piscina ha reso ogni momento ancora più speciale. La posizione è strategica: Acireale, Catania, Taormina, Siracusa e l’Etna sono facilmente raggiungibili, rendendo questa villa un punto di partenza ideale per esplorare la Sicilia. Il paese di Acitrezza è delizioso, con ampia scelta di locali tipici e il punto di partenza idea per delle gite in barca. 
A poca distanza c’è un ampio supermercato. 
L’host è stato gentilissimo, ci ha fornito tante utili indicazioni e sempre disponibile e attento a ogni nostra esigenza. Ci è dispiaciuto non poterci fermare più tempo e non vediamo l’ora di tornare! 😊

The host was very friendly and responsive. The listing was a bit misleading because it says an entire home but it’s actually a basement apartment. The location was in a beautiful location and private but no taxis would drive there, Ubers are ridiculously expensive and public transportation was quite a long way. The apartment was very nice but could hear the host family walking around upstairs.

Wir sind eine vierköpfige Familie und waren im April dort. Die Wohnung ist top gepflegt und war frisch renoviert, als wir angekommen sind. Die Betreuung von Rosanna war außergewöhnlich: Rosanna war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich sofort gekümmert, als anfangs noch Kleinigkeiten in der Küche fehlten und die neu installierte Klimaanlage noch stockte. Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt an einer Steilküste mit unglaublicher Aussicht auf Meer, Catania und Etna. Die Villagio, in der sich die Wohnung befindet, war sehr wenig belebt, ein Auto ist obligatorisch. Für uns war die Wohnung perfekt als ruhiger Rückzugsort nach unseren Ausflügen nach Syrakus, zum Etna und zur Villa Romana. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

Laura ist eine top-Gastgeberin. Sie war stets erreichbar, ermöglichte ein early check-in und gab gute Restaurant Tipps. Für uns war die Lage perfekt, ins Zentrum gut per Fuss erreichbar, aber etwas außerhalb des Troubles.

3 couples spent a wonderful week from September 17 on a rocky, grassy paradise beach with a view of Etna, surrounded by a garden park. The peace and quiet of the closed and guarded complex can be a recommendation for relaxation, especially for retirees and families with preschool children. The apartment in the building is a bit dated, but well-maintained, perhaps only requiring replacement or addition of kitchen equipment (eg.glasses and cutlery). The location in the cascading gardens may require climbing many stairs, but the compensation is the fantastic view and smell of flowering bushes and trees. The seclusion of the complex requires a car, but ultimately you can take a taxi from the Augusta station (9 km), which is well connected by rail to the airport as well as to Catania and Syracuse. No Wi-Fi may be a curse bad lack for some, but a blessing for those who expect true relaxation. Everything is supervised by the wonderful host Davide, who, in order not to get lost in the dark

Ein toller Aufenthalt mit super langem weißem Strand und ruhiger Umgebung die wir sehr empfehlen können. Die ganze Familie war happy und die Lage zwischen Catania und Syrakus war perfekt für uns. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Clean and modern looking apartment with beautiful views of the sea. Multiple restaurants very near the appartment. Car parking also available. Nice chill area inside and outside.

The apartment was beautiful and clean. The bathtub was very nice:) The communication was easy and helpful, the surrounding is beautiful and there are many nice places to go to (gelateria, restaurants, supermarkets etc). If I come back to Catania one day I would like to come back to this cosy place!

We absolutely loved our stay in Catania. Giuseppe and Emy were helpful, welcoming and responsive and gave great recommendations for the area. The place is located in the heart of the action, with delicious restaurants and plenty to see and do only a short walk away. Everything was clean, organised and felt much more spacious than the pictures show. It was easy to feel right at home. Overall our stay was an absolute pleasure, I recommend to anyone coming to Catania, and I look forward to staying here again when I come back.
