Beautiful house in a great location. Very clean and homely with a well stocked kitchen. Outside area was lovely and comfortable and as we were from the UK, the fact that there were kangaroos everywhere was so exciting!! Linda is a great host, we had a fantastic stay and would really recommend.

Wonderful spot to chill out and get away from the hustle and bustle. Next time we will bring our laptop to access streaming (netflix etc) as it is not possible to access streaming on the smart TV and sadly the DVD player is rendered useless without a remote control. Otherwise a great Airbnb to relax and enjoy the Hunter.

Had a fabulous time in this stunning and well serviced bush retreat! Many towels provided for the beautiful pool and also appreciated the well- equipped kitchen. Enjoyed the bushwalks on the property, lots of butterflies. Helpful hosts. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Bronwyn and Max

Highest recommendation possible for Armando & his gorgeous home. We had issues with another airbnb & Armando was very understanding & accommodating last minute. Our teens were surprised & delighted to find A had left some chocolate bars for our arrival, a thoughtful treat after our holiday disruption. The peaceful and well thought out gardens, complete with water feature & large goldfish really are amazing. The home & beds are very comfortable, tastefully decorated. The ducted air conditioning made the difference in the heat, with sleeping and during the day when we were resting after being out at the beaches, shopping 5 mins up the road at Westfield Kotara, op shopping at various vintage 2nd hand stores, finding bubble tea or visiting Taronga Zoo in Sydney. There's so much to do and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Having 2 showers with toilets & a bath is always helpful. This home truly is amazing, as is Armando. Grab some cooking oil, your food & luggage & enjoy this home!

From the moment we walked in to the house, we felt right at home. The house is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Lovely space for people and pups.

This airbnb was spacious, had good views, was clean and was close to shops. Would recommend this house to anyone looking for a place in the area with about 5-8 people to make the most out of the beds. Thank you for your accommodation, Royal!

Lovely apartment for a couple. Kitchen was well kitted out and a great view from the balcony. A spacious bathroom with an excellent shower.

This is a great place that would suit a lot of people. There were 6 of us staying and the apartment was spacious and we appreciated the considerate inclusions such as beach towels and pantry items. Walked to a local restaurant for dinner and because Amanda generously let us check out a bit later, we walked to Nobby’s beach for a swim before the drive back to Sydney.

My friends and I had a lovely time at Nikki’s home. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and looking out over the resort. Perfect location to visit wineries in the area!

We had a lovely stay in the studio! Location was great, close to everything while also being very peaceful. The studio had everything we needed for a two day stay. Back garden was fenced which was perfect as we brought our puppy with us and he had plenty of room to run around. Most definitely will book again!

The building offers excellent amenities, including the pool and the gym, making the experience even better. We had a great stay at Melanie's over the New years period. The house has a great layout for families or large friend groups looking for a relaxed getaway. The house is well looked after and has all the amenities you could need for any length of getaway.

Very clean, spacious and tidy home. Perfect spot for a large group to getaway/attend functions or concerts. Took advantage of the pool close by and enjoyed the serenity. Awesome place and great communication from Charlie 😊

Extremely beautiful surroundings, right in the middle of a vineyard. seeing the hot air balloons in the mistake in the morning and the kangaroos feeding at dusk completed the beautiful stay!

The photos are extremely accurate, lovely two bedroom villa. We had a very relaxing time here, plenty of books and a few games to choose from to keep ourselves entertained as well. Aircon and fans in the bedrooms and living rooms. A well appointed villa in a lovely part of the world

The villa was absolutely wonderful! Very clean, well appointed and the hosts were so lovely. Highly recommend and I hope to have another weekend getaway there.

Our third time staying at Brokenback & we will definitely be back. The villa is lovely and very well appointed, great location close by to all of Hunter Valley’s attractions. The veranda with a comfortable lounge is a highlight, watching the stars at night from there is magical.
