My stay at John's apartment was an extreme pleasure. It is a large, clean apartment with well-working air conditioning. The greatest pleasure was the close contact and communication with John and his father. Both supported us a lot onside and via telephone. As foreigners, we profited a lot from John's local knowledge, consultation, and planning. We deeply want to thank him for being that kind and taking the time to support us all the way.

Who ever wants to stay in close to nature and surrounded by dense coconut trees and clean air and ideal place to spend with family. The house owner incredibly hospitable, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had a cozy ambiance and host has arranged home food was excellent .I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. Definitely planning to return!

Michael's place was a fantastic find! The ample parking, spacious rooms, and proper amenities made for a great stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to the town and plenty of nearby shops. This place looks really nice and the great host. He was so helpful. We went like 4 girls along with kids and the place was child friendly. Place was really clean and looks luxurious, we felt like we were in home. Everything was easily accessible and the host Kirubhakaran was ready to help in all aspects at any time. I can assure for anyone who goes and stay that this place is going to be the best. family can relax and enjoy with this luxurious stay at lowest cost.

Work from home amidst nature in A/C comfort

We had a fantastic stay. The place was comfortable, and the neighborhood was pleasant. The house was as described, with all listed amenities. If you are looking for a place with a serene atmosphere and fresh air, this is the place. Bharathapuzha and a few temples are within walking distance. The host was very responsive. The caretaker, Kuttan Chettan, was super helpful. He provided delicious Kerala food at a nominal price. We would love to come back here. NB: You can enjoy beautiful paintings too.

I had an absolutely fantastic time staying at DIXON’s place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. A neat & tidy 4BHK house at Chandranagar.

Kaladharan' place in Chandranagar is exactly the kind of home anyone from the US or Europe would desire in Palakkad. It is very very spacious and is as modern as they come. It has 4 big bedrooms, lots of living space and can easily house 8 guests. The place is impeccably clean and is well stocked with supplies; if you are missing anything, the property manager Sujit was just a phone call away! The access to the place can be tricky and the roads are not the best but it is an oasis in the noisy city of Palakkad. Again, Sujit was very responsive and very accommodating. I placed 8 of my dear friends here over the Christmas holidays and they said it was the best part of their trip. I intend to stay here next time with my extended family! Thanks for all your help Sujit.
