Karianne’s place is cute and cozy and well located within Svolvær, within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and other attractions. If you get lucky and the Northern Lights are active you can see them right from the living room window or step out onto the balcony. Only thing to be aware of are the two flights of stairs to go up to get into the apartment, which might be an issue for some. Otherwise, cute little place! A wonderful place to relax! The cabin is absolutely magical — bright, cozy, and features panoramic windows with a stunning view. It was especially beautiful in the morning and at sunset — perfect for sitting with a cup of tea and enjoying the scenery. Inside, everything was clean and thoughtfully arranged, with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. It’s a peaceful and atmospheric spot, ideal for unwinding and recharging. We loved our time here and would definitely come back!

Perfect base for exploring Svolvær, super handy checking in after late night flight arrival and really close to grocery stores. Highly recommend!

We had the most beautiful stay! Would highly recommend staying here. Host quickly responds. The kitchen is well stocked. No toiletries for the shower ( soap, shampoo or conditioner) but we knew that prior to coming so planned accordingly. The beds were very comfortable. Henningsvær is such a beautiful place. Would love to stay here again when traveling back to Norway.

We had a very nice stay, the weather was really bad so we were inside for most of the time. But this was totally fine, since the appartment was very comfortable and cozy. The supermarket and other facilities were at a walkable distance. This is a really good spot in Svolvær!

Toril's place was wonderful. When we arrived it was dark, snowy and cold, but the house was warm and cosy for our arrival. It's beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The surroundings are breathtaking. Shopping and other city amenities are easily reachable by car (it's a beautiful drive, too!). Early during our stay we had an issue with over-sensitive fire alarms, but Toril replaced them very quickly. As some people have pointed out, the staircase for going upstairs is quite steep, but we got used to it quickly and it adds charm. Our time in Sennesvik felt truly magical, and Toril was a very generous host. We definitely recommend staying in this place, and would visit again.

Dear Kenneth, thank you again for hosting us. We enjoyed our stay at Kenneth s house. We (6 people) spent there 9 nights, exploring Lofoten by car and ski mountaineering. Conditions are changing fast. The house is lovely, has a nice view and not far from Svolvaer by car. Kitchen is well equiped, nice living rooms and space for dining. We had a wonderful stay in Jann-Olav his house. The ever changing light and weather circumstances provided us with the best views. Our flight had a huge delay and we arrived hours after midnight, we contacted him about it and arrived in a warm house where the lights were still on. We felt welcomed right away. The house itself has everything you need and more.Location was perfect. Not right in the middle of the Lofoten and places like Hamnoy and Ramberg, but they were easy to drive to with our rented car and gave us the opportunity to see more of a bigger area. We saw the Northern lights several times just from outside the house. Thank you, Jann-Olav, it was unforgettable!

Wir haben uns in diesem gemütlichen und modern eingerichteten Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Da wir im Winter da waren haben wir den direkt ans Haus angeschlossenen Carport sehr zu schätzen gewusst, um jederzeit trocken ins Haus zu kommen. Es ist zentral auf Lofoten gelegen, ein Supermarkt ist im Ort, im nahen Leknes gibt es viele weitere Läden. Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben uns Tipps zum Sehen der Nordlichter gegeben. Diese Unterkunft kann man sorgenfrei buchen. Wir hoffen sehr, dass wir eines Tages wieder kommen!

La maison de la famille de Erna est merveilleuse, et confortable on se croirait chez nous. Mes enfants ont adoré pouvoir jouer tranquillement dans le grand espace salon inondé de lumière par la grande vais vitrée qui donne sur le jardin et la balançoire.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus! Einfach, aber schön eingerichtet, alles ist vorhanden. Das Bad wurde gereade renoviert und alles funktioniert jetzt gut. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und ruhig. Ein Pardies für wanderer.

Krásná útulná chaloupka blízko Leknes. Na ubytování jsme mohli přijet 2 hodiny před check-in. Vše proběhlo bez problému, bylo to tu hezké

We had a very pleasant and snowy stay!

We really enjoyed our days in this accommodation. Especially the communication with Hanne was great, she always answered very quickly and friendly. The apartment was super equipped and we were especially happy about the chocolate on arrival :) The view of the water while having breakfast / from the terrace is simply beautiful. We would come back on occasion and can only recommend the accommodation to anyone.

Great place with peacefully surroundings place us exactly what you see in photos. Geir is a great responsive host. 2 bedrooms, living area, kitchen and spacious bathroom, with all the amenities. Highly recommend this place.

非常棒的民宿，位置非常好找！附近就有两三家超市也有coop prix，客厅宽敞明亮，还有地暖！风景绝佳，我们就在客厅的窗边看到了极光！！！不用吹冷风！房东Breate很友好，刚入住wifi出现了问题，她马上过来帮助我们解决。也很友善和我们沟通交流，是非常棒的入住体验，能感受到当地的风土与自然和谐氛围！推荐！！

Sehr stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit Sicht auf die Hafeneinfahrt und die Ankunft der Hurtigrutenschiffe. Öffentliche Sauna gleich nebenan, bestes Restaurant von Nordnorwegen ca 20 Minuten zu Fuss.

I stayed in several places during my trip across Norway, but this Airbnb in Svolvær was by far the best experience I had. From the moment we arrived, everything felt just perfect. The cabin is spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly well-equipped, every single thing you might need is already there, thoughtfully prepared with care and attention. It felt instantly safe, warm, and homey, which is rare to find. What made this stay truly unforgettable was our host. He was so present, kind, and generous, sharing local tips, stories, and our passion for photography. If you’re looking for a place to slow down, reconnect with nature, observe splendid auroras from the backyard and feel truly welcomed, this is the one. Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt bei Amanda! Das Apartment ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und ist mit allem wesentlichen ausgestattet. Lediglich in der Küche haben wir einen Schwamm/Spülzeug vermisst. Das Bett und die Bettwäsche sind sehr weich, warm und bequem. Die Dusche hat einen guten Druck und wird heiß. Das ganze Apartment ist gut geheizt und bietet viel Stauraum für Gepäck. Die Aussicht ist unschlagbar und die traumhaften Sonnenaufgänge vorm Bergpanorama werden uns lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Die Möglichkeit, gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis die Ladesäule fürs eAuto (7kW) direkt vor der Tür zu nutzen, war absolut großartig. Besonders dankbar sind wir für die freundliche und hilfsbereite Kommunikation – auf alle unsere Fragen hatten wir stets eine zügige Antwort. Vielen lieben Dank dafür, wir haben uns sehr wohl bei euch gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft jedem wärmstens empfehlen :)
