Paul is indeed a super host. He went above and beyond hosting us. From making us delicious breakfast to offering dropping us at slopes. He had very comfortable accommodations, the hot tub was a nice place to recover after snowboarding all day, and Ginger (his dog) was adorable. Will stay there again in the future.

Beautiful house in a beautiful and friendly town. House itself was really big. Didn’t have any complains during our 3 day stay. Everything was really clean and they provided more amenities than expected. Bed was really comfortable. Had a lot of fun with the entertainment in the house. All the other guest were really friendly and quiet. We drove in from out of state and host were really helpful in providing us with information about the weather and terrain. Location was really easy to find even when we arrived at midnight. Town had a lot of tasty dining options, and locals were so nice as well. The views were breathtaking. Probably one of the best places i’ve stayed at.

This is a charming historic property full of interesting antiques and lots of character - just what we were looking for. The caretaker Bob called me the day before and gave me clear instructions on how to get there and where to park, and showed us around the house when we arrived. Slept great and we had so much to talk about with all the interesting furnishings. We had plenty of room to spread out and everyone had their own bathroom which was great. Loved the charm!

Host was responsive and helpful! Was a great place to host families with small children. Loved that there was space in the garage for 2 cars.

We loved our stay at Hutch and Julie’s home! I think if we were to stay again, we would definitely select one of the more spacious rooms. The incredible location made up for any concerns. Getting to the mountain was easy as ever. Hutch and Julie’s cats were the stars of our stay. They were so sweet and made us feel at home. It was such a comfy cozy spot to have a mini vacation!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this Beaver Creek condo! The condo was very clean. In addition, the location was great - just steps to the village and gondolas! I would highly recommend this condo for a great visit to Beaver Creek!

Great spot for a Summit County ski weekend, would stay again and would recommend.

The Abbey is a great place to stay — excellent location and Paul, Kathryn, and their family are extremely welcoming! Would definitely stay again when I’m in the area.

Needed a place to stay for the night to snowboard, this was perfect and super hassle free

I realize this is probably the busiest weekend Leadville has all year, so I guess it's fair he charges a little extra? If it was any other time, the price is probably a little high? I assume the price reflects the weekend it was👍 Great option for Ski Joring weekend, thank you Paul! Ellen

Lori's place was inviting and comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook, relax, and unwind after some long days of skiing. It was in a perfect location to access a bunch of great ski areas as well as the great restaurants/breweries/distilleries in Frisco and Breckinridge. Overall we had a great time and would love to stay again in the future.

The Abbey was a wonderful experience. I will rent from Paul and Katherine again next year for sure. I met and had great conversation with people who we’re traveling Colorado and experiencing all of the joys of the mountains. Paul and Katherine are quality people who really cared about my experience. Their kids are fun, courteous, and well-behaved. The Abbey is a great place and I highly recommend it!

Great condo near Vail. Renovated bathroom, comfy mattress, clean, tons of space, awesome view of the mountain. Only downside is the walls/floors are a bit thin and you can definitely hear the upstairs neighbors just walking around, although this wasn’t a huge deal after quiet hours. Also the parking lot is uncovered and not particularly spacious. Due to snow accumulation I had to dig myself out of the parking lot multiple times during the trip. They have snow shovels and sand buckets available but keep in mind if visiting during a winter storm. We would have been in trouble without a 4WD and good tires

A great place to stay downtown Leadville. We were visiting for the LT100 race. Very convenient. Paul and Kathryn are excellent host, for Nely, accommodating and always attentive. We felt like home. Great kitchen and spacious general area. Easy to park We had to add one more person and Paul and Kathryn helped us out - thank you. I would definitely stay with them again.

Paul did a great job making me feel comfortable and at home during my stay. He had a recommendation for just about anything and made the travel process very easy. Would stay again

Jaime was a wonderful host. The house was very clean and set up for traveler like my self.

Had an awesome stay. Shayne was there to greet us when we arrived. Her home is very welcoming and clean. Was in town for snowboarding, the bus stop couldn’t be any closer, which was great. Breakfast was delicious each morning too.

This place is about 30 minutes from the Grays Peak/Torreys summer trailhead. The night before a hike I was able to get a really good night's sleep in a very comfortable bed in a cozy, quiet room. And I was able to make myself a cup of coffee at 4 AM before heading out. With a side of chocolate chip cookies that Jaime made the day before. Highly recommend this place if you're ever in Georgetown.

This is my second time staying at Sule’s place, and it will be my go-to place anytime I visit Leadville. I came to Leadville for the Leadville 100 and her place was very comfortable, clean and convenient. The place is great, but it is her kindness and hospitality that really makes you feel welcome!

Great B&B that's very close to Breckenridge ski resort. There is a free shuttle right outside of the B&B that takes you straight to the Gondola. We got the sweetheart room which was quaint and had its own bathroom which was a plus. They were kind enough to grant a late checkout when my wife wasn't feeling well in the morning. Would definitely recommend it if you're looking to ski or just explore the downtown area!

What a enjoyable stay, perfect for my trip. Close to town , walk to all stores and food. Felt at home as soon as i walked through the door. Met a bunch of great diverse people. Will come back .

Excellent stay in Georgetown! The bed and breakfast is great on the inside with the antique feel in the common spaces, looks like an original mining town hotel, but meticulously maintained. Even with the old charm, we loved the modern renovated bathroom and the guest space as a whole. Perfect after a long day of skiing, and made it really easy to get back to Loveland for the next day. Very close to downtown Georgetown and great restaurants, would definitely be walkable in the summer. Breakfast was great, really nice to get quality, real food before a ski day. We’ll definitely be back!
