Val-de-Marne : locations de vacances dans des maisons de ville

The place was very good value for money. We knew before booking that it will be a ride on the metro to town, it would take one 30 mins on avg to get place from there so keep that in mind- after a long day of walking it will feel long (especially if you have kids). We had all we needed in the house and it is a nice place to relax after a long day of exploring Paris. The only thing that was a bit unpleasant was that overall the house was rather dusty, I had to dust the main bedroom before our first night. But it’s a good value for money, there are a lot of local shops and restaurants and we had a pleasant stay. We would recommend it.

Voilà une excellente adresse à Paris pour un séjour familial ! La maison est superbement agencée et avec beaucoup de goût ! Elle offre suffisamment de place pour une famille de 5-6 personnes ! La maison est située tout proche d un arrêt de métro, ce qui permet de rejoindre le centre très facilement. Commerces à proximité ! Nos enfants (17,15,12) ont vraiment apprécié Nous reviendrons ! Merci à Côme et Juliette pour l'excellent séjour passé en famille dans leur jolie maison de Vincennes. Tout était parfait. La propreté de la maison, son équipement, y compris un emplacement de stationnement dans un garage, la proximité de nombreux commerces et restaurants ainsi que des transports en commun. Tout était impeccable et conforme à la description. Une mention particulière pour l'excellente réactivité de Côme à nos demandes et pour les délicates attentions. Encore mille mercis. J'ai mentionné un bon rapport qualité/prix et non un très bon mais il faut tenir compte de la taille de la maison (4 chambres à coucher), de la période (JO Paris 2024) et surtout de la commission (exorbitante) d'Air BnB. C'est peut-être là le seul problème.

This is our second time staying at Denis and Annegret's place, and we like it very much. There are nice touches--fresh fruit, water/juice, coffee, and fresh flowers. There is a grocery store just next door, and a lovely boulangerie just a few doors down, where my husband bought us croissants every morning. The apartment is also close to the wonderful Bon Marche department store and the Grand Epicerie de Paris. Denis and Annegret are very helpful in pointing out good things to see and recommending good places to eat. They will also make dinner reservations for their guests when asked, which is especially useful when restaurants require a phone call to book rather than online. (I speak some French, but not confidently.) We hope we have the opportunity to go back soon.

파리를 방문하시는 모든 분들께 추천드립니다. 저희 가족은 크리스마스 휴가를 보내기 위해 파리를 방문했고, 완벽한 장소에서 아름다운 시간을 보냈습니다. 이 숙소의 장점은 다음과 같습니다. 1. 필요한 모든 것이 준비되어 있습니다. 편안한 침대, 아늑한 식탁, 편리한 주방, 세탁기, 빨래 건조대, 다리미, 정말 따뜻한 난방,두개의 화장실과 샤워실, 아름다운 인테리어, 완벽한 간접조명 등 부족한 것이 아무것도 없었습니다. 침구는 깨끗하고 편안했고,수건도 넉넉했습니다.준비해주신 식사도 좋았습니다. 저희를 위해 특별히 한국 식품도 준비해주셔서 제 아들이 아주 기뻐했어요! 2. 안전하고 조용합니다. 파리는 어떤 곳이든 대체로 안전하지만 가끔은 성가신 일들이 벌어지기도 합니다. 이 숙소는 몇개의 집이 독점적으로 사용하는 부지 내부에 위치해 있습니다. 외부인은 접근할 수 없기에 저희는 이 숙소에서 늘 안전하다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 그리고 마을 전체가 항상 조용해서 어떠한 방해없이 편하게 쉴 수 있었습니다. 3. 위치가 좋습니다. 파리 센터까지 지하철로 20분정도면 도착할만큼 가까운데, 상당히 로컬한 분위기 입니다. 조용한 파리를 느끼고 싶으신분들께 추천드려요. 대형마트와 슈퍼마켓이 근처에 있어 필요한 물건을 사기에도 좋습니다. 특히 근처에서 수요일과 토요일 오전에 여는 로컬마켓에서는 신선한 육류와 빵, 치즈, 야채, 잡화 등을 살 수 있습니다. 정말 보석같은 곳이었어요. 저희가 산 모든 식품들이 저렴하고 신선했습니다. 꼭 들려보세요! 그리고 집근처 cafe와 bar도 넘 좋았어요. 4. 호스트분께서 넘넘 친절하십니다. 마치 할아버지 집에 놀러온것 같았어요. 저희가 추울까봐 난방도 계속 신경써주시고 인터넷에선 얻을수 없는 귀한 정보도 정말 많이 주셨습니다. 다만, 숙소가 총 4층으로 이루어져있어서 계단오르기가 힘드신분들은 이부분을 고려하셔야 할 것 같지만 저희에겐(저희 엄마는 60대임에도) 전혀 문제되지 않았어요. 꼭 다시 갈께요! 감사합니다!

Paulines house was one of the best airbnbs I‘ve ever been to! The interior was extremely unique and cool - we were six people and had enough space for all of us. The area is calm and there is a great connection to Paris centre. Pauline was very engaged helping us with finding the best public transportation tickets and really wanted us to have a good time. We had indeed! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!!

Wonderful stay in Paris for our family. The location is fantastic, just 2 minutes' walk to the Metro station, and with lots of bakeries, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, supermarkets nearby. My youngest daughter loved that at night, we could just cross the street and watch the Eiffel Tower sparkling clearly. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, very walkable even at late hours in the night. The house space is tiny, but cozy and very well distributed. We fitted a family of 5, two adults, two teenagers and one child very comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, including a powder room which is not listed in the amenities, but was a live saver. Everything was clean and pristine; we got towels, toiletries and bedding for all. The host is very responsive, helpful and flexible. Check in instructions were clear and very easy to follow, no problems getting in the house. Overall, a great place to stay in Paris. I highly recommended.

Es una casa súper bonita y acogedora, espaciosa y luminosa. Con 3 plantas y con un patio interior bonito, fuimos en Navidad y todo decorado con la época, es todo un detalle. El barrio en el que se ubica es increíble, de las mejores zonas y súper bien comunicado y con todo tipo de tiendas cerca (mercado por la mañana en la misma calle, pastelerías y panaderías muchas, lavandería enfrente, gimnasio al girar la calle, restaurantes, muchos supermercados como Lidl, Aldi, Intermarché, Auchan, Picard, Franprix al lado que cierra a las 23h y abre muy pronto, etc.), paradas de buses y metro y RER, gente local viviendo en el barrio y súper tranquila. Volvimos a las 2 A.M. y se caminaba con toda la tranquilidad. Anaïs fue súper amable, atenta en todo momento y contestando con mucha rapidez, todo impecable y estaba para lo que hacía falta, cuando tuve alguna duda ella estaba ahí. Es una anfitriona de 10. Nos encantó y sin lugar a dudas cuando volvamos, volveremos a coger este alojamiento. WOW ✨

We had a very enjoyable stay at this thoughtfully furnished house. Its location in a quiet neighborhood and proximity to the RER station was very convenient. The kids loved the kids’ furniture and the many toys. We felt that we had plenty of space in this house with 3 adults and two littles. Future guests may want to take note of the additional rules as there is a house cat who comes and goes.

I enjoyed my time at the apartment very much. Severine is really nice and she helped me with all my questions. Thank you for the great time in paris

Je recommande fortement ce logement. Logement propre et identique aux photos, hôte très réactive, je reviendrai encore pour un autre séjour.

This was a complete gem of a place. It had several different bedroom areas (one being a pullout couch) so my family could spread out after a long day of sightseeing. We were very grateful that luckily we were able to secure an early check-in and we were grateful to the hosts for accommodating that so we could rest after our flight. One possible downside is that there aren't really doors within the place except for the bathroom. That didn't bother us but it might bother some. The location feels very central... easy to get to patisseries or brasseries nearby, plentiful bus stops to go farther afield, and the beautiful Saint Sulpice church. And we found out later that this is the street (and maybe the exact location) where D'Artagnan of the Three Musketeers was written to have settled. All in all we were delighted with this place.

Yvan and his wife Catherine were outstanding hosts. We were over from the Olympics with a number of people coming and going, our requirements weren’t always simple . Yvan responded whenever asked , be it organizing restaurant bookings demonstrating how to connect his tv to British output , introducing us to local cheese and wine merchants who came to the house and gave us a five star evening. We feel we made some new friends …. They were truly outstanding in every sense and made our experience in Paris for the Olympics special in many ways. He was extremely helpful with transport advice too … There can’t be a better Air BNB host out there .

Laurence est une hote accueillante, tres réactive et arrangeante. Le logement est tres agreable et la rue tres calme. Logement situe à proximité du RER B et à 10 minutes à pieds de la maison des examens. Ideal pour le travail et profiter facilement des sorties parisiennes. Je recommande vraiment et reviendrai avec plaisir.

Hôte très accueillant et arrangeant. Nous devions arriver un peu plus tôt que le check-in habituel et cela n'a pas posé le moindre problème. Le logement est composé de 3 appartements distincts et propose un nombre de couchages assez impressionnant (nous étions 18 personnes), ce qui est assez rare et difficile à trouver, surtout dans cette gamme de prix. Point très pratique : chaque appartement dispose de 3 jeux de clés, ce qui permet une grande souplesse dans un grand groupe de personnes. Toutes les commodités nécessaires étaient présentes, incluant notamment les linges de lit et les serviettes de douche. Je recommande ce logement, on y a passé un bon moment :)

Adoramos ficar no espaço de Christine, muito bem localizado próximo à supermercado, a estação de RER. Ela foi muito receptiva e disponível a ajudar. Recomendamos a todos, o local é muito confortável e dispõe de tudo o que é preciso! Voltaria a me hospedar com certeza!

This is by far the most charming, beautiful home we have visited in Paris — a truly magical experience. It is tasteful, spacious and impeccably clean. More than enough room for a larger group. The hosts are extremely warm and welcoming, providing ample snacks and staples upon our arrival, and there are thoughtful touches throughout— lavender sachets under our pillows, usb ports for charging devices, fans by every bed. Beds are extremely comfortable and linens are high end. The large, well equipped kitchen is great for making meals at home, and proximity to the metro and RER makes getting around the city very easy. This is an old house, with many stairs, and would not be suitable for folks with mobility issues. The two toilets are on different floors than most bedrooms— one on the lowest level and the other on the ground floor. Two separate bathing rooms are beautifully updated. This is a rare spot and for anyone looking for a true French experience, should not be missed.

La casa di Julien è veramente carina e accogliente. Perfetta per una famiglia. In un posto centrale servito da ristoranti e supermercati da cui si può facilmente visitare Parigi. Julien è una persona speciale sempre disponibile e gentilissima. Siamo stati felicissimi di alloggiare qui!

지내는동안 편했고 주변 상점도 있고 시장도 있어서 먹을것을 구매하기편했어요 무엇보다 호스트가 추천해준 빵집이 정말맛있었어요^^
