Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es fühlt sich alles neu an und zudem war auch alles sauber inklusive Badezimmer. Ausstattung war ausreichend. Die Lage ist sehr gut, 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt und 10 Minuten von Promenade und der Station für die Fähre. Zu unserer Zeit war die Stadt im Vergleich zu den anderen Städten am Comer See sehr ruhig und angenehm. Trotzdem bietet die Stadt Restaurants, Bars und Attraktionen für jeder Mann. Die Gastgeber waren auch sehr gut zu erreichen und haben immer schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Zudem waren sie sehr wohlwollend. Zusammenfassend ein gelungener Urlaub.

This was a great apartment for a medium term stay (4 weeks) in a good spot which was well connected to public transport, a supermarket, restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and functional and had most utensils and other items needed for this type of stay. Some amenities which would have been nice for a medium term stay were not provided (i.e tea towels, salt and pepper, dishwashing liquid, an extra bin bag) although it was easy to find these at a supermarket. The apartment was very comfortable for the price. It had air conditioning and a fan so it was a good temperature even though it was a hot month. The shower head did not work properly but the it was still functioning. The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive with assisting me, especially when the key broke in the door late in the evening and the reception staff organised someone to come out and get the key out and provide me with a new one within a few hours. Overall it was a great apartment for my stay.

Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen 👍🏻☺️ ich würde wieder kommen. Sehr nette Gastgeberin und eine sehr ruhige Lage. Das Haus war total sauber. Man hat sich wie Zuhause gefühlt.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit am schönen Comer See. Herr Pedrazzani hat uns freundlich empfangen und war jederzeit für Fragen und Tipps zu sprechen. Vielen Dank dafür! Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und der große Balkon zum See ist phantastisch. Leider konnten wir wegen des Wetters nicht oft draußen sitzen – wie toll muss es dort erst im Sommer sein. Pianello ist ein beschaulicher, kleiner Ort und bietet dennoch gute Restaurants, Ausgehmöglichkeiten und sogar einen kleinen Supermarkt in Laufweite der Unterkunft. Vor Allem in der Bar Sport haben wir gerne unser Frühstück und unseren Aperitif genossen. Viele der schönen Orte am Comer See sind von hier gut zu erreichen. Besonders schön ist die Anreise mit den Linienschiffen, auch wenn man etwas Zeit mitbringen muss. Der Anleger ist jedenfalls bequem und schnell von der Unterkunft aus zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

L'appartement est très agréable, au calme avec une belle vue et confortable. Il est bien situé, bien équipé et propre. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Il y a juste eu un petit souci avec les poubelles, car nous n'avions pas la carte pour les jeter et nous avons du les emmener avec nous au retour. Mis à part cela le séjour était parfait et nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Un lieu charmant, niché dans la vieille ville de Porlezza, petite ville vivante sur les bords du Lac de Lugano... mais pas seulement. 15 minutes de voiture et vous serez à Menaggio et vous serez sur les bords du Lac de Côme. Vous l'aurez compris, vous n'avez que l'embarras du choix pour voir des paysages tous plus beaux les uns que les autres en profitant de la cuisine Italienne ou d'une balade en bateau sur les lacs. L'appartement est refait à neuf, avec goût, rien ne vous manquera ici. Le salon et la chambre donnent sur une jolie cour, très calme. Vous y trouverez des hôtes tous trois souriants et remarquablement disponibles. Un séjour plus qu'agréable : une oasis de repos pour repartir avec de beaux souvenirs plein la tête. Merci.

Stedet var samlet set super godt. Ligger tæt på Milano Centrale og det er derfor meget nemt at komme rundt i hele byen. Selve lejligheden var rummelig og meget ren, der var gode senge og køkkenet havde alt man skulle bruge

Schöne, saubere Unterkunft mit tollem Blick auf den Comer See. Ideal um von hier aus den See zu erkunden. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, da in Sala Comacina selbst nur eine eingeschränkte Anzahl an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Stränden und Restaurants besteht. In der Umgebung befinden sich jedoch viele kleinere und größere Ortschaften, die zum erkunden einladen. Wenn man Langschläfer ist, sollte man jedoch den Glockenturm beachten, der bereits früh morgens ca. 7 Uhr mit seinem Glockenspiel startet. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Sala Comacina und haben es sehr genossen von der Wohnung aus den See zu erkunden!

The place is great as a base for hiking, biking, walking around Colico area. Claudia, the host, is very friendly and helpful person. You have everything you need in the place. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back😁

Die Unterkunft ist genauso, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch, allerdings sind die letzten Kilometer zur Unterkunft sehr schmal, steil und kurvig. Es braucht also geübte Fahrer und einigermaßen leistungsstarke Autos ;) ansonsten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln - Anna ist eine sehr nette und gut erreichbare Gastgeberin für jegliche Fragen.

We found the property to be well situated and lovely. Sara was a very responsive host and we loved our stay on the lake.

Fantastic place if you want to stay secluded from the hustle bustle. The only way to get around is by a rental bike or car. We had a car and we like staying a little off the grid so it was apt for us. A 4m drive down to the Caddenabia pier to take the boats to other spots on the lake and a 6m drive up north to Mennagio. There is a grocery store down by the lake as well. From the house, you have superb views of Bellagio and Verrana. The kitchen is more than equipped. Just get your groceries and you’re all set. 1 room has an attached bathroom and the other is just outside the room. The pool and the deck were amazing as well. 2 big cars can be parked on the property. The host was fantastic. Always available, even on a Sunday and always with clear instructions. Will definitely want to visit again.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Unterkunft. Von einem der zwei Balkone hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Comer See. Genial ist die Garage, welche zum Ferienhaus gehört. Von dieser gelangt man direkt ins Haus. Im Keller befindet sich ein drittes Bad mit Waschmaschine, Toilette und großer Dusche. Der Garten ist hübsch und war für uns und unsere zwei Kinder ideal. Das Kinderzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten und zwei kleine Kleiderschränke. Rausfallschutz ist vorhanden. In 5min Laufdistanz befindet sich eine Art kleiner „Tante Emma Laden“ sowie eine Apotheke. Auch den See erreicht man in 5min. Es gibt vor dem Haus keinen Fußweg, da haben wir die Kinder an die Hand oder auf den Arm genommen, bis wir unten waren. 10min mit dem Auto entfernt, findet man einen großen Supermarkt und ein Krankenhaus. Kleines Manko: keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Aber es gibt elektrische Rolläden. Mit dem Bus oder der Fähre gelangt man in andere größere Städte.

Really great hosts that are so responsive and kind. such a spacious apartment that has easy access to anything. If anything this place is undersold, highly recommend and will use this place anytime we are in Milan.

The Airbnb was super nice! Checking in was very easy and Horacio was very helpful giving options on how to get to the Airbnb and which transportation we could take. We had a really good time and felt very comfortable in the Airbnb. The pizza place near by was also amazing and was a pretty good price! I would definitely recommend!!

Helena was an amazing host—so warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. The room was spacious and spotless, making it a perfect place to relax. Great apartment, felt very Milanese! Had everything we needed. Lovely morning light in the bedroom. Comfortable bed. All amenities we needed. Very conveniently located to a lot of public transport options (bus, tram, metro) so very easy to get to the more central areas. The area felt safe in the day and night. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful apartment in a top notch location. The lake view is stunning and it is very conveniently located for exploring the Como Lake by boat - the ferry terminal is just a few minutes walk away. Andrea was a great host and all communication with him was very smooth. Highly recommended!
