Alloggio pulito e ordinato. Praticamente di fronte al mare e a due passi dal centro, ma contestualmente in zona tranquilla. Splendida terrazza riservata per pranzi e cenette all'aperto. Consigliato.

Appartamento dotato di due ampi terrazzi ideali per pranzare all aperto o prendere il sole se non si vuole andare in spiaggia… Cameretta dei bambini molto carina, con ampio spazio dove poter riporre oggetti e vestiti… Cucina dotata di qualsiasi utensile. L’ appartamento si trova al secondo piano con ascensore, ideale per passeggini,in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla e vicina al mare.

Even better than expected. The photos were very accurate, but the space was even more amazing than the photos showed. A recent full renovation to this top floor apartment was premium. We chose this apartment for its location and it did not disappoint. Located right on the Main Street and walking to dozens of bars, restaurants, and attractions. We were more than pleased with this experience and would recommend it fully.

Domenico has been a great host. Always present but never in the way. The apartment is located in a super quiet location, you'll be greeted every morning with a beautiful view of the mountain and the sounds of nature. There aren't many amenities at walkable distance but in 15 minutes by car you have a lot available. I would go back

Very spacious, beautiful, clean and well-kept apartment with a large balcony, beautifully furnished living room with very comfortable seating places and two bathrooms in an excellent location, very close to the beach and the sea and to well-stocked shops (e.g. Tigre open everyday until 22:00) and various restaurants. In such a beautiful, modernly furnished apartment with a dishwasher and washer-dryer, you can rest and relax with pleasure. You can stay here both for a short and long time, also with children. The owner Cristiano, an exceptionally nice, friendly and kind person, is happy to answer various questions related to the use of the apartment. Flexible check-in and check-out hours. If we come to Pescara again, we would definitely like to be guests of Cristiano again.

My group loved all our bathrooms and the walkable location. We drove and Fabio recommended an inexpensive and safe parking lot for us. Highly responsive host and recommend this stay to anyone looking to stay in this area of pescara :)

L'alloggio è perfetto sotto tutti i punti di vista. Molto spazioso, pulitissimo, arredato con molto gusto. L'host e la cohost sono molto cordiali e disponibili e hanno fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie. Ci hanno fatto sentire accolti!

L'appartamento è situato nel centro della città, ma è comunque molto silenzioso. Al piano terra c'è un bar dove si può scendere la mattina per fare colazione e la sera per un aperitivo. Intorno ci sono moltissimi buoni ristoranti, negozi, bar, troverai tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno. Sia la stazione che la spiaggia si trovano a soli 5 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento. L'appartamento stesso è molto spazioso, dotato di tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno. L'aria condizionata ben funzionante offriva sollievo dopo una giornata calda in spiaggia. Un ulteriore vantaggio è l'enorme terrazza sul tetto, arredata con mobili da giardino e un ombrellone. Trascorrevamo piacevolmente le serate lì. Torneremo sicuramente a Pescara e in questo appartamento. Grazia è un'ospite meravigliosa, ha risposto rapidamente alle nostre domande.

Io e mio marito, abbiamo soggiornato per due notti nell'appartamento di Aurora che è perfettamente descritto e corrispondente all'annuncio. Nuovo e pulitissimo, perfettamente organizzato e attrezzato anche per me che porto sempre in vacanza la mia voglia di cucinare ! La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa anche se non proprio centrale ma Aurora è ben organizzata con le bici, è facile anche parcheggiare davanti casa. Aurora è un'host impeccabile, ci ha accolti all'arrivo e ci ha fornito ogni indicazione utile al nostro soggiorno, è stata disponibile, gentile e presente. Ottimo soggiorno !

La casa immersa tra gli ulivi crea un’atmosfera di relax nel silenzio assoluto il tutto contornato da una vista davvero meritevole. L’appartamento è ben fornito di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno (stoviglie, asciugamani…). Bruno è stato un host molto gentile e sempre pronto ad aiutarci! I posti da lui consigliati ci hanno lasciato piacevolmente soddisfatti.

L’appartamento è dotato di entrata autonoma con posto auto, ed è situato sul lungomare in zona tranquilla e verde. Alle spalle la bella pineta. L’appartamento e’ ampio, pulito, molto ben fornito e funzionale, e ha un ampia terrazza. Siamo stati molto bene.

Wir wurden sehr familiär aufgenommen. Alles wurde uns bestens vorgestellt, von der Wohnung, über die Familie bis zum Hund👍🏻. Michele hat uns übers Wochenende sogar den vergessenen Stromadapter CH besorgt und ausgeliehen, phantastisch. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Auch das Bio-Olivenöl ist hervorragend. Alles in allem ein herrlicher Ort für Ferien! Jederzeit gerne wieder. Tschau a tutti😎

Mihaela è stata super gentile e flessibile con gli orari di check in e check out. Ci ha fatto trovare anche qualcosa per la colazione. Casa pulitissima e in un ottima posizione.

Casa mansarda confortevole e pulita. Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte.Siamo stati accolti da Alessandro con gentilezza ed educazione.

La Chiocciola war ein traumhaft schönes Ziel auf unserer Route! Ein wunderschönes Haus, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnungen und ein weitläufiger Garten mit herrlichem Ausblick. Es gibt dort zahlreiche Sitzmöglichkeit, einen Kräutergarten und einen tollen Grillplatz. Der Whirlpool war super und auch das Meer war innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Der Besitzer ist äußerst freundlich, war immer für uns erreichbar und hat uns gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert - 5 Sterne! Sparkling clean, lovely updated apartment, host was very communicative and explained the details of the unit, beautiful view and quiet, peaceful surroundings. I hope we can visit again in the summer to use the pool!

Il soggiorno è stato perfetto. L'appartamento è in una ottima posizione ordinato pulito e poi la comodità di avere il parcheggio sotto l'abitazione. Dalle terrazze si gode un panorama magnifico.L'host Alessandra è stata molto disponibile e la comunicazione eccellente se capitate ad Ascoli ve lo consiglio.

Die Unterkunft ist die Kernessenz von Airbnb Es ist nicht das typische 08 15 Standard sterile Airbnb was man heutzutage bekommt, sondern eine Unterkunft mit Liebe und Charakter Man merkt, dass es mit Herz eingerichtet ist und sie wirklich Interesse an ihren Gästen hat und nicht nur am Geld Es ist eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft und ich kann sie absolut jedem empfehlen

Valter e Daniela sono stati molto cordiali e accoglienti. Nonostante un piccolo intoppo con la prenotazione tramite Airbnb si sono mostrati estremamente disponibili a risolvere il problema, trovando una soluzione ottimale. La casa era in ottime condizioni e molto pulita, oltre che ben fornita di tutto il necessario per un abbondante colazione.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento wellness di Giovanni un sola notte e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Giovanni e la sua famiglia sono stati gentilissimi nell'accoglienza e nella descrizione dei servizi. Ha una vera passione nell'accogliere ospiti nel migliore dei modi. consigliatissimo

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!
