Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

We had a wonderful stay at Melanie’s! She was a wonderful host. Her house is also super kid friendly - there was no need for us to bring toys for our daughter. She didn’t even want to leave!! There is a supermarket nearby where you can buy most of what you need, a boulangerie where you can get delicious baguettes and croissants, and a delicious espresso place. She was also super communicative - we had ordered from Amazon as we needed a couple of things that we couldn’t find in stores and she was super flexible about it. The house was spacious and since we had a car, it was easy to get around! I highly recommend this place! It is just beautiful!

Nous tenons à remercier Benjamin pour la merveilleuse semaine que nous avons passée dans sa maison cet été, car nous avons pu nous retrouver avec mes enfants, mes parents et mes grands-parents. En effet, la maison offre plusieurs unités, ce qui est idéal pour se retrouver en famille. L'intérieur est climatisé et très fonctionnel. La piscine au sel est bien entretenue et sécuritaire, elle a été un véritable atout pour nos journées ensoleillées. Nous avons également adoré la variété de jeux et d'activités disponibles, tant pour les enfants que pour les adultes, comme le ping-pong, la pétanque, le tir à l'arc et les balançoires... L'emplacement est très bien, à seulement 15 minutes du Polygone Riviera et à 2 minutes d'un grand Intermarché et d'une boulangerie... Enfin, l'écoute et la bienveillance de Benjamin ont été très appréciées. Il a su répondre à nos besoins et a été très réactif tout au long de notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison !

This was an amazing stay. The view is beautiful. We had our own private oasis overlooking the area. It was amazing to watch the sun rise each morning over the water. Salt water pool was very nice. Plenty of chairs by the pool and a giant umbrella if needed. Outdoor shower, grill, and an outdoor sink. You should book this! Thank me later!

Lovely place to stay. Sandrine was very helpful with anything we needed and very quick to respond. The apartment was as described and the grounds were beautiful. Car is essential

Our stay at Michel's house was everything we were hoping for and even more! We enjoyed the cosy house and the beautiful surroundings with our two little kids. The house is located in a beautiful area with a lot of walking trails and nice views behind every corner. Michel is very hospitable. He respects the guests privacy but is very reachable at the same time for inquiries and questions. Thanks Michel, we had a lovely two weeks!

Superbe maison ! Une des meilleures expériences Airbnb que nous avons jamais vécues. Quartier très calme et bien située. Parkings privés devant la maison. Moderne et décorée avec goût. Super propre et très spacieux pour passer du temps ensemble, mais aussi assez grand pour avoir sa propre intimité. Literies impeccables. Parfaitement équipée : Internet très bien, climatisation aussi et une cuisine « full optional » pour cuisiner parfaitement. Vue depuis les différents terraces est époustouflante où il est agréable de manger mais aussi parfait pour se détendre. Magnifiques couchers de soleil.  Excellent accueil de Marco, ponctuel et amical. Communication parfait. Très réactive et disponible pour vous aider. Il nous a fourni toute une liste d’infos pour exploiter au mieux Nice. Marco est le meilleur hôte Airbnb que nous ayons jamais eu.  Nous avons hâte d'y retourner et nous recommandons vivement cette villa à tous ceux qui recherchent une escapade parfaite dans la Côte d'Azur!

Für die Unterkunft für Christine gibt es keine Superlative, die man nutzen könnte. Es war alles perfekt. Das Haus ist ein Traum zum Wohlfühlen. Christine ist eine exzellente Gastgeberin. Es fehlte an nichts - weder im Haus noch an der Kommunikation. Es war einfach wie nach Hause kommen. Selbst für die Hunde gab es ein Körbchen und Näpfe. Es hat absolut an nichts gefehlt in dieser perfekten Unterkunft. Leider kann man nur 5 Sterne vergeben und nicht mehr. Vielen Dank für alles

Virginia has a wealth of knowledge on the area and Nice in general. She lives in the neighborhood and gave us recommendations. Her communication with us was prompt and helpful. The location is walkable to historic areas, the beach, shopping, restaurants and transportation. Tram 2 brings you to Durante stop from the airport and the location is a short walk away. The stop has an elevator so it was convenient even with luggage. Wi-Fi was great. The kitchen was fully equipped to make a meal. The beds were comfortable and with the quiet neighborhood we got a good nite sleep. The water pressure in the shower was better than ours at home. 😊. We appreciated the bath and a half getting ready in the morning. We enjoyed our 10 days in this Airbnb and look forward to returning. Thank you Virginie

Excellent séjour. Tout était parfaitement conforme à la description. Accueil très sympathique. L'appartement est fonctionnel et tout est fourni comme indiqué dans le descriptif, ce qui est très appréciable.

Meget fin lejlighed. Ren og hyggelig. Dejligt område. Tæt på strand og cafeer og butikker/indkøb, men stadig meget roligt. Imødekommende og hjælpsom vært. Vi fik lov at blive i lejligheden til kl 17 på hjemrejsedagen i stedet for at tjekke ud kl 10. Det gjorde, at det føltes som om, vi fik en ekstra feriedag forærende. Meget dejligt.

Très bon séjour à Nice dans cet appartement. Le logement est vraiment très agréable et sa localisation idéale pour découvrir Nice. Le garage est un vrai plus. Nicolas a été très disponible et flexible. Je recommande cet appartement.

Un très grand merci à l'hôtesse et à son mari qui sont des personnes charmantes. Le lieu est dans une petite résidence très paisible et familiale.

Comfy accommodation in a great location with everything one might need for a lovely family holiday. Conveniently located close to shops and the gorgeous Promenade, 5 mins walk from a tram stop that takes you straight to the airport and 15 mins from the main station. The hosts were really responsive and have us great local recommendations.

A lovely little apartment in a fantastic location. The large terrace is fabulous - sun was on terrace from around 11am to sunset. Aside from sleeping practically all our time at apartment was spent on the large terrace. Quiet street only 100 yards for Promenade des Anglais. Ideal for a couple or family with one small child. Would definitely return. Veronique was an excellent host 👍🇫🇷

This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

We stayed 4 nights and had a great time. Serena was very kind and responsive. The communication was rapid and easy. She was kind enough to come and get us at the Train station. The apartment was clean , spacious and has everything you need! The location is great, walkable to every where, great restaurants around. It’s a bit noisy at night but once the windows are closed it’s ok. We will stay there anytime in the future.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Sabine qui nous a accueillis pour prendre possession de l'appartement. La place de parking est très utile et l'arrêt de tram est à 5' à pied pour se déplacer dans la ville.

Willy was very responsive to any questions proposed. His place was very clean and the stairs as seen in the air bandb photos were not an issue for me. There are rails to hold onto as you ascend/descend, as the stairs are steep. The area was very peaceful and close to restaurants, markets and pharmacies. Anything you may need or want, including the beach was in close proximity. Great stay !
