Appartamento in posizione strategica e servito da ascensore condominiale. Le foto non danno la giusta percezione dello spazio che dal vero è nettamente più grande. Ottimo!

La casa di Amerigo è come da descrizione, perfetto per gli appassionati di sci. Dimentichi la macchina nel garage e ti rechi a piedi agli impianti di risalita. La casa offre tutte le comodità necessarie (pentole, stoviglie e necessario base per cucinare) Amerigo host reattivo e chiaro nelle comunicazioni. Super consigliata

Sehr schönes Appartement mit allem was man benötigt. Skikeller ist vorhanden und man kann zu Fuß zum Skibus gehen. Vielen Dank auch nochmal für den tollen Kuchen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

È stato un bellissimo week end , stupendo appartamento con tutti i comfort , pulito accogliente con anche degli omaggi di benvenuto quali Prosecco e altri aperitivi , erano presenti anche sapone per piatti e per lavatrice , completo in ogni cosa . Letto super comodo , cucina super attrezzata . Il proprietario è sempre stato disponibile a ogni nostra domanda e richiesta ci è venuto incontro su check in e check up , sicuramente torneremo a soggiornare. Lo stra consiglio a tutti

Casa molto accogliente, vista meravigliosa e in posizione strategica. Lontano dal caos del centro ma facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in 15/20 min percorrendo una fantastica strada panoramica. Cinzia, sempre disponibile per qualunque necessità e consiglio. Super consigliato!!!!

l appartamento si trova in pieno centro, a piedi si.puo' raggiungere bar ristorante le terme e gli impianti di risalita Bormio Sky. l' appartamento molto accogliente caldo, pulito. Ottima l' accoglienza della signora Monica che ci ha fornito le chiavi, fornito tutte le informazioni utili e indicato anche ottimi ristorante!! lo consiglio a tutti!!

A nice apartment that’s in walking distance of the ski lift, lake, and some nice local restaurants. Daniel provided great information in advance covering everything we needed to know for arrival and while we were there.

Butas švarus ir tvarkingas ,gal truputį galėtų būti naujesni baldai ypač lova ,modernesnis TV su wifi. Autentiška Itališko kaimo aplinka. Pinzolo 20 min kelio, o kam reikia civilizacijos tai 40 min kelio iki Riva del Garda miesto su Lago di Garda ežeru. Viskas labai tinka ramiam porų poilsiui , turizmui , slidinėjimui bei dviračių sportui.

Gemütliche, wunderschöne Unterkunft. Super einfaches Check-in und out. Es hat an nichts gefehlt: zwei moderne Badzimmer, gemütliche Schlafzimmer, Waschmaschine/Tumbler, nette Sofaecke, Küche mit allem Nötigen, Skiraum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Gondelbahn auch. Fürs Auto haben wir eine Wochenkarte in der Parkzone gelöst. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Amazing apartments high in the mountains. We really enjoyed our time in the apartment. The flat is warm and well equipped. The host is extremely responsive and kind (the host doesn’t speak English) Overall its 5 star apartments for us. Extremely recommend. One thing to improve - add slippers, cause tiles on the floor can be cols.

Amazing 6 nights at Paolo’s home. The bed was comfy, house warm, afternoon light divine! Note it is a 10 minute walk to the bottom of the ski lift which was fine for us. Everything was perfect and Paolo was always quick to respond. Many thanks and we look forward to coming again.

Mycket trevligt boende i vackra Livigno. Rent, fräscht, bra läge, fantastiska omgivningar med massor att göra. Rymligt, sköna sängar, trevlig balkong m utsikt mot bergen o staden. Kan tänka mig att återvända.

Gute, ruhige Lage nahe dem Zentrum. Beide Zimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer war sehr angenehm.

The place is wonderful. It could be entered in the interior design competition for "the most beautiful mountain apartment" - incredible attention to detail. I can't praise mattia's property enough. It’s right next to the gondola in Pinzolo. It was a wonderful experience. The fact that the tv set didn't work i now see it as a plus.

Very friendly and helpful host. Apartment has all of the basic amenities and is very clean and cozy. Dedicated storage for skis and sleds in the basement, plus a Jacuzzi tub for relaxing after a day on the slopes.

Ho prenotato l'appartamento per 2 giorni, per godermi il panorama è fare qualche camminata. L'appartamento ha superato le aspettative che mi ero fatto dalle foto. Ambiente spazioso, possibilità di regolare la temperatura in base al freddo, cucina completa con tutto l'occorrente. Spazi pulitissimi e impeccabili, per non parlare della bellezza del piano superiore con vasca idromassaggio, un sogno... La ciliegina sulla torta é stata la flessibilità del check-in, dato che era alle 15 ma abbiamo avuto la possibilità di entrare già alle 11. Grazie di tutto Claudia

We really enjoyed our stay! The accommodation was clean with a lot of useful equipment. The surrounding was beautiful with great views. The cap was about 100 meter away. You can also go to Bormio or Santa Catarina by car/skibus really easily. The communication with Stefano was easy. He is quick responder and he explained to us everything we needed. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your pleasant accommodation.

Die Wohnung von Urs ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit Stil eingerichtet. Sie ist absolut sauber und es fehlt an nichts für einen angenehmen sowie entspannten Urlaub. Für das Auto steht ein Stellplatz in einer großzügigen Garage zur Verfügung. Gefallen hat uns auch die zentrale Lage mit der Nähe zu Geschäften und dem See. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung befindet sich innerhalb eines Hotels. Man kann somit das Fitness sowie Pool etc. nutzen, falls das Hotel auch offen hat. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ausserhalb von St. Moritz, wo man aber mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell hingelangt. Die Busstation befindet sich ca. 5 Minuten weg von der Wohnung. Parkplätzen sind vorhanden und auch ein Lift steht für den Transport des Gepäcks zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist klein aber gut ausgestattet und es stehen Gewürze, Tee & Kaffee gratis zur Verfügung. Das Badezimmer ist schön und es hat auch Shampoo und Duschmittel, welches man benutzen kann. Es hat auch Brettspiele/Puzzle in der Wohnung, falls man mal nicht TV schauen möchte. Die Umgebung der Wohnung ist sehr ruhig. Nur wenn Personen direkt ausserhalb der Wohnung sind, hört man diese sehr gut. Der Kontakt zu Alexander ist sehr angenehm und speditiv. Er antwortet innerhalb von ein paar Minuten und ist auch proaktiv mit dem Gast in Kontakt.
