Valdilana : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Super séjour dans un lieu très bien situé y compris pour la foire de l'Ours et toutes les visites de châteaux et de forts alentours. Nous reviendrons pour d'autres occasions et nous adressons un grand merci à Renato aux petits soins pour nous !

Casa impeccabile. Spazi ampi e ben arredati ed accessoriati. La pulizia delle camere e della cucina era ottima. Nel complesso super soddisfatto, casa calda con un riscaldamento top, 3 belle camere matrimoniali con 3 bagni, più 4 posti letto singoli e un altro bagno di servizio, il camino a legna è un plus per passare le serate sul divano con l'atmosfera giusta, Qualche nota di attenzione: i divani, che non sono super comodi; manca il forno e soprattutto un microonde (ma c'è un fornetto elettrico abbastanza grande) e considerando la bellezza della cucina e la quantità di stoviglie ed elettrodomestici forniti è veramente strano.

Jolie maison pittoresque sur les hauteurs de la ville avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes environnantes, située dans un quartier italien typique et charmant et également au bord de la nature. Elle est également très bien située pour visiter les lacs Majeur et d’Orta. La maison est certes ancienne mais dispose de tout le confort moderne. Ce logement est réservé aux personnes en bonne forme physique puisqu’après avoir gravi une petite pente pour y accéder, il reste encore des marches à monter !!! Cristina est très serviable, de bon conseil et réactive. C’est une adresse que nous recommandons vivement.

Séjour calme et reposant. La communication était facile et efficace. Accessible en train, à 10-15 minutes à pied de la gare. Merci pour tout :)

Appartement très agréable et propre dans un petit village à 10min de Stresa. Il faut être conscient que les cloches de l’église sonnent à 7h le matin, mais cela ne nous pas gêné. Agréable restaurant local à 100m. Et nous avons toujours pu nous garer sur la place du village, à 100m aussi. Nous avons aussi profité du jardin. Giulia est très réactive quand on lui pose une question. A recommander pour qui veut visiter la région du lac majeur avec sa voiture en étant plus au calme qu’en ville. Et sans soucis de stationnement.

Highly recommend ! Andrea’s place has everything you need, its located in a very nice area with amazing views ! The place is clean, spacious and cosy. Andrea is a helpful host and easy to communicate with. Would be happy to visit again !

Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Delia‘s Haus ist in einem ruhigen Quartier, in fussnähe zu San Giulio. Ihr Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber, es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Delia ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, wir empfehlen ihr Haus unbedingt weiter.

We had a lovely time in this home! Carlo was very kind and helpful- he was there whenever we needed help. The house is very nice and modern, with most utilities you will need. The property is beautiful, spacious and quiet! We had a few little things throughout our stay, but nothing major. The beds were a bit harder than we like. It’s a bit difficult to go up and down those stairs, especially at night to the bathroom. Also, the stairs in the second bedroom are steep and difficult to navigate. The main bedroom has two holes high up on the wall so light always comes in. There is construction on the property which can be loud if sitting outside, but can’t hear much while inside. The couch area only fits 3 maybe 4 people- it was fine for us but it would be difficult if there is more people. And we wish the tv was a smart tv so we could stream something. Overall, the house is very nice. The property is well kept and pretty. We had a great time and we hope to come back!

Notre séjour s’est très bien déroulé , Maddy est disponible et accueillante. l’appartement est fonctionnel, propre et bien équipé. Ce lieu est bien centré pour les activités aux alentours de Tegna . Merci Maddy,au plaisir d’une prochaine visite dans votre belle région .

Schöne & gemütliche Unterkunft. Bequeme Betten. Top ausgestattet (sogar Tischgrill & Fonduegeschirr vorhanden). Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Gondel in unmittelbarer Nähe. Thermalbad (Hotel Nendaz) ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Heinz antwortet schnell auf Fragen & ist sehr freundlich. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt - Vielen Dank!

Wir haben uns sehr Willkommen gefühlt durch Elenas herzlichkeit und zuverlässigkeit. Haben gestaunt über die top eingerichtete Wohnung in der viele Details vorhanden waren was nicht selbstverständlich ist (Brotmesser das gut schnitt/Tupper in versch. grössen für Reste/genügend Schneidbretter/ Badetücher in versch. grössen etc.). Man kann ja auch ohne diese Details gut Ferien machen, aber sie zeigen einem auch Wertschätzung. Auf jeden Fall ein Aufenthalt wert.

Super place! I would stay again in a heartbeat! Very close to the train station, Gornergrat, and the center of town, yet very quiet. It was a very clean, comfortable space. Loved having slippers, a robe and a hairdryer provided, and use of the wash machine/dryer was a lifesaver for us. She even left washing soap for us since I asked about it before arriving! I had lots of questions before arriving and she was always very quick, thorough, and helpful when responding. The building is tucked in tightly between other buildings so it not like you will have grand views, but you can see the top of the Matterhorn from one window at the the right angle. But since we were there to ski, a great view would have been icing on the cake, but wasn't terribly important to us. The ease and convenience of the location (and the comfort) more than made up for it.

Abbiamo scelto di trascorrere qualche giorno l'ultimo dell'anno in questa location meravigliosa, anche per tenere lontano dai botti e frastuono i nostri due cuccioloni pelosi. La scelta è stata più che mai azzeccata, svegliarsi il primo dell'anno affacciandoci su un panorama mozzafiato sul lago è stato stupendo. Tutto è stato perfetto, la natura, i sentieri nei boschi, la tranquillità ed una casa accogliente, calda, curata, come stare a casa. Sara è stata gentilissima con noi, accoglienza 10 e lode! Ci torneremo sicuramente

Giovanni a été très réactif et fournit des instructions claires et détaillées concernant la prise autonome du logement. Super appartement d'une propreté impeccable, tout le nécessaire à disposition, petit balcon, calme. Le parking est à deux minutes à pieds. Parfait !

What a superb spacious apartment, fitted to a very good standard , the welcome drinks and bread were most appreciated The view from the terrace was amazing and the location was perfect, 5 to 10 minute walk to the supermarket,restaurant,shops and the ferry crossings. Verbania itself was lovely, quieter than Stessa but still had a good vibe. Isola Bella and Superiore were our favourite islands with restaurants bars and shops, whereas on Isola Madri you had to pay for the entrance to the palace and gardens and there was nothing else to do if you didn’t. The Saturday market which you could see from the apartment, was worth going to. Fiorella was an outstanding host and looked after all our needs. Would love to visit again.

Very cosy and comfortable apartment. We were 5 adults and therefore it was a bit tight on space which is to be expected. Overall though we were very comfortable and really appreciated all the effort that went into our stay. From Barbara’s friendliness and hospitality to the treats and supplies in the apartment waiting for us. Would definitely recommend this apartment!!

This apartment is located at the top of a hill and has an amazing view of the Zermatt town and the Matterhorn. Besides the great location and view, the apartment is very well furnished and comfortable. It also provides a dedicated elevator to get to the foot of the hill faster without waking.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick auf den See ist unbezahlbar. Ja unter der Wohnung verläuft eine Strasse, aber dies hat uns nicht gestört. In der Küche ist alles was man benötigt uns sehr sauber und nicht abgenutzt. Auch sonst war es sehr sauber und das Bett bequem. Der Checkin war super einfach, da Alessandro mir detailierte Bilder zugesendet hat und somit sehr einfach zu finden war. Auch sonst hat er schnell bei Fragen reagiert. Danke dafür 😊 Wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind, kommen wir gerne wieder.

The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood, with a beautiful view over the golf course. The location allowed us to explore various areas of Ticino during the day, as well as relax during the evening. Looking forward to visiting again!

I loved it!!! Everything was spic and span! Wonderful quiet and sunny. I spent hours on the terrace enjoying the view. Sunsets are amazing. The grocery store, the train station, the gelateria, bars and restaurants are in walking distance. Lots to see in the area, it definitely helps though to have a car. There is plenty of hiking trails in the area, but again it helps to have a car to get to the start of the many trails. Tipically for italian houses, the floor has tiles which are cold. Which is perfect in summer, but during the cooler months, you might want to bring warm slippers, especially if you suffer from cold feet like I do :). Dennis and Mauro are such nice people. I highly recommend to stay at their house. Carissimi Dennis e Mauro é stato un grande piacere conoscervi. Vi auguro tutto il bene e spero che un giorno riesca a tornare nella vostra bellissima casa! A presto!

Annonce correspondant à la réalité. Appartement très propre et bien équipé. Situation : appartement en face de l'Office du tourisme, du skibus et d'une boulangerie. Epicerie à quelques minutes à pied. Très bonne communication avec les hôtes qui ont laissé de délicieuses attentions. A refaire sans aucun souci.
