Já tínhamos lido as reviews e a nossa estadia veio confirmar, a D. Esperança é uma simpatia, sempre disponível para ajudar. Um verdadeiro airbnb, todos os dias de manhã à nossa espera estavam umas fatias de bolo delicioso, um sumo de laranja fresquinho, café e pão, tudo para um bom pequeno almoço!!! A instalações super limpas e onde nada faltou, muito agradáveis e para quem quiser trabalhar ou ver uns filmes na internet, esta funciona muito bem, sem falhas. A aldeia, muito bonita e muito calma, raramente se ouve um baralho para além do canto dos passarinhos!!! Espero voltar em breve. Muito obrigado

Hemos estado alojados 4 días. Nos costó un poco encontrar el sitio porque hay varios lugares que se llaman igual por la zona, pero en cuanto les llamamos por teléfono nos dieron todas las facilidades para llegar allí y fue una acogida muy cálida y agradable. Abilio y su familia son muy amables y han estado pendientes en todo momento. La casa es muy cómoda y está cerca de sitios turísticos para visitar: Braga, Guimaraes, valença… por la noche, en julio, nos hizo fresco, pero estuvimos fenomenal.

Lovely, confortable and relaxing space. I stayed at this place for more than 2 months and I couldn't find a better place. The house is lovely, built with stone and wood, which creates a fantastic combination. The garden is lovely, quite inspiring. The house is full equipped, with everything that is needed for you to feel at home. The host, Manuela, still added a few more itens for you to feel totally welcome and mantained a wonderful relationship through out the stay. Highly recommended!

Tudo perfeito! A casa é fantástica, excelente localização e tem todas as comodidades necessárias. 5 estrelas também para a Anabela que nos recebeu com grande simpatia e disponibilidade.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in der bezaubernden Casa Fonte Limpa. Angela und Mario waren so tolle Gastgeber - ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass man es besser treffen kann. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, was für uns perfekt war. Außerdem bietet das Haus alles was man braucht. Die Beschreibung passt genau, daher habe ich nicht viel hinzuzufügen. Was definitiv erwähnt werden sollte ist, dass der Pool ein Salzwasserpool ist. Wir wussten es vorab nicht und haben uns umso mehr darüber gefreut. Danke für eine wunderbare Zeit! Sie ist leider viel zu schnell vorüber gegangen....

Maison très propre avec tous les équipements nécessaires dans un endroit calme . Nous avons passés un excellent séjour.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison de Manuel. Nous sommes restés 8 jours avec ma famille. Mes enfants étant très jeunes (1 an et 2 ans), nous avons profité longuement de la maison! Elle est adaptée aux enfants. Attention tout de même à la piscine autour de laquelle il n’y a pas protection pour les petits. Il faut donc ouvrir l’œil. Mais à part cela tout est très bien. La vue depuis la maison est superbe. Manuel est très réactif et flexible. Une femme de ménage passe presque quotidiennement pour nous aider à l’entretien de la maison. Merci Manuel et peut être à bientôt ! Nicolas

Accueil chaleureux de Maria et ses proches qui a su nous mettre tout de suite à l’aise. C’est un plaisir d’avoir résider dans leurs si belle maison. N’hésitez plus ! Maria n’hésite pas à nous conseiller et répondre à nos messages lorsque que nous cherchions des informations sur braga. Maison propre, bien équipé, grande pour accueillir largement 10 voyageurs. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison et ne manquerons pas de revenir lors d’un prochain séjour.

To everyone who’s thinking of renting this house; if you’re having doubts, this is the sign to go for it. I’m speaking on behalf of my family and myself. We were a group of 8 who had the lovely opportunity to spend New Year’s Eve in this beautiful space. To start with, pictures don’t do justice to the gem you find when you pass through the entrance door. The house seems like it blends or comes out of the mountain itself. Maintaining original external features of what it seemed an old house that was carefully blended into the newer structure of the main house. When you enter you have the feeling of being at home and from any of the panoramic windows to the west side of the house you get the breathtaking views of the Douro river They’ve thought of all details and making it a perfectly functional house to not have to leave for as long as you plan to stay there. Having the breakfast service is also another extra service we were really happy to have thank you for the lovely experience.

I can't say enough about how incredible this Airbnb was, Carla and her property were so beyond expectations. My family and I felt extremely comfortable there, it is remote but absolutely beautiful. We were not able to use the pool, because the weather was a little bit cold. I jumped in for like 20 minutes and even though it was cold it was very nice. Carla was so communicative the entire time we were there, she made lots of helpful suggestions and helped us to book a tour around the Douro Valley and surrounding areas. She and a friend also cooked us breakfast every morning, which was delicious and helped us to start our day. 10 out of 10, I would absolutely return.

What an EXTRAORDINARY accommodation Casa Marmelo was for our group of 8 adults when visiting the Douro valley !!! Host Kate was super to work -- right from our initial contact for information through our date of departure. What an excellent WELCOME GUIDE she provided before our arrival - with valuable tips and suggestions for activities and dining throughout the area. Housekeeper Helene too could not have been more kind, charming, and helpful. What delicious breakfasts she made for us each morning. The entire property was kept so clean and tidy. What a memorable time we all had -- we all hope to be back!

I don't think you could ever tire of the views from Quinta do Fraguil. They're breathtaking - we kept taking just one more photo! It's so special to be able to see so far into the distance and right down to the bottom of the valley. Even the local viewing point didn't match it! From start to finish, Rui was a friendly and really responsive host. He made us feel confident as soon as we had booked that we were going to be staying somewhere special. He turned up to meet us when we arrived and was in really good contact any time we needed to ask him anything before or during our stay. The pool is a total highlight - a good size and really clean. The house itself was also really clean and tastefully furnished. The outside eating area was perfect and made you feel happy to stay 'at home' and cook! We had sunshine every day and warm evenings sitting outside. This is the sort of place that you feel really sad to leave at the end of your holiday and one that you're very likely to visit again.

Beautiful location stunning house. Great host. Do the vineyard tour it is great lots of information and gorgeous wine! Hard to leave the house for day trips as it is so tempting to stay in! Local people are friendly and helpful. Thank you for an amazing week we will be back for sure!!!!

Miguel was amazing, gave us a great tour of the villa, and was flexible and accommodating with check-in/out times. 5 stars 🤘🏻

We came to Church house in Moreira do Castelo, August 2024 with my wife & three teenage children. It is situated opposite a newish village square, carpark and 1960's Church, with spectacular views across the mountainous countryside looking towards Amarante, (a beautiful town), only 15mins away by car. In the village itself, there is Cinza's bar, a couple of small independently owned bars/shops nearby, but we found it easier to stock up on groceries at Pingo Doce in Amarante itself, (only 12 mins away). Great amenities at the house, swimming pool, bbq, pool room, tennis court etc., with a great deal of local charm the way the circa 1883 house has been rebuilt. It was v. hot whilst we were there (upper 30's), but with the shutters and mountain breezes we still found it very enjoyable. Within the village square, there is a football pitch, a kiosk which sells beers most evenings, where the locals gather. Conversations can be heard until gone midnight. Church bell strikes at 7am.

Maravillosa estancia en Casa da Formiga gracias a Marilia y su buen hacer. Tuvimos que mover las fechas de la reserva y no nos puso ninguna pega, siempre dispuesta a solucionar cualquier consulta o duda con mucha rapidez y con la mejor disposición. Incluso pudimos retrasar la hora de salida para disfrutar del soleado día. La casa es espectacular, mejor incluso que en las fotos. Sumamente ordenada y limpia, es tremendamente cómoda y acogedora. No le falta de nada. Nos encantó desayunar y comer con las preciosas vistas al Gerés cada día. Marilia, muchas gracias por todo. Repetiremos sin dudarlo!

Em grupo, habituados a fazer reservas por airbnb, decidimos reservar o alojamento do Sr. Rui. Foi, sem dúvida uma excelente decisão! O alojamento é muito espaçoso, com muito bom gosto, com todos os utensílios necessários, muito limpo e cuidado! Um espaço exterior muito bem preparado e confortável, desde a piscina, à churrasqueira, até às hortícolas! O Sr. Rui, foi incansável desde o nosso primeiro interesse, sempre disponível e preocupado. Aquando da nossa chegada, tínhamos uns miminhos muito saborosos. Sem dúvida, marca positivamente pela diferença o que, nos "obriga" a voltar (e voltaremos com todo o gosto). Obrigado, por tudo, Sr. Rui.

Our stay at this beautiful home in Portugal was absolutely perfect. After traveling such a long way for my sister’s wedding, it was the peaceful and welcoming space our family truly needed. The home felt like a second home—every small detail was so thoughtful and intentional. We loved that there was plenty of space for everyone to be close, while still being able to find quiet moments alone. The upstairs outdoor room was a favorite spot, and having fresh oranges from the tree every day made it feel magical. We even had a cookout during our stay, which made for such special memories. The host was phenomenal—she had fresh bread delivered daily and stocked the home with so many amenities that we didn’t need to run out for a thing. She truly went above and beyond, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Overall, she was absolutely wonderful to my family and me, and we are so glad we chose this home. It made an already special trip even more unforgettable.

We had a great stay at this apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The host was super nice and very helpful, making the experience even better. Highly recommend!

A nossa estadia foi muito boa! A casa é acolhedora, confortável e perfeita para grupos grandes como o nosso (éramos 8 pessoas). Estava tudo muito limpo e bem organizado, com todas as comodidades necessárias para nos sentirmos em casa. A localização é excelente e o anfitrião foi muito atencioso e prestável durante toda a nossa estadia. Recomendamos esta casa a quem procura um lugar agradável e acolhedor para passar uns dias!

Je recommande fortement la maison de Rita. Maison confortable, très propre, paisible, très calme et très bien équipés. Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil à notre arrivés. Les personnes présentent étaient d'une gentillesse et de très bon conseils. Je vous remercie pour cette magnifique location et pour ses beaux souvenirs. N'hésitez pas à venir chez Rita !

La maison d’Avantos est située dans un village charmant, au milieu des oliviers. L’espace extérieur est vraiment très agréable avec une grande et belle piscine, et deux espaces couverts / ombragés pour prendre les repas. La cuisine est spacieuse et très bien équipée pour des repas avec beaucoup de personnes. Deux chambres ont leur salle de bain privative (+wc) et les deux autres chambres partagent la salle de bain (+wc). Nous étions trois couples d’amis et cela permettait d’avoir chacun nos espaces, en plus des pièces de convivialité. Tout était très propre. L’arrivée et le départ étaient très faciles. La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Pas de climatisation mais en aérant bien, la chaleur de la région ne pénètre pas dans la maison. Parfait endroit pour un moment de repos au calme.

Espaço fenomenal e anfitriões bastante simpáticos. Foi pena não termos acesso à piscina, mas foi uma pequena lacuna que em nada afetou a experiência. No check in apenas falhou não conseguir estabelecer contacto imediato, mas ligaram após um tempo o que também não causou constrangimentos. Vista lindíssima e muito acolhedor. Certamente voltarei
