Locuinta sa fiu sincera nu a fost pe placul meu, asta pentru ca eu nu am fost atenta la poze si nu am vazut ca nu exista bucatarie. Am dat 5 stele pentru ca gazda, Alex, a facut tot posibilul ca noi sa ne simtim confortabil si ne-a oferit o alta cazare exact asa cum ne-am dorit. Mi s-a parut de apreciat mobilizarea lui la nevoile noastre, astfel incat, sa avem o sedere minunata in Brașov. Well done!

I spent 4 weeks at Daniel's and I enjoyed my entire stay. The place is quite nice and cozy and I felt quite at home. There's plenty of stores around, so you don't have go to far to buy groceries. It is also quite close to the city center, only a 10-15 minutes walk. Daniel was extremely helpful and responsive, especially when there were some issues with the cooking stove and when , on a late evening, the entire street was out of power and there was no away for me to get into the apartment building (he managed to contact one of the neighbours that came down the stairs and opened the building door for me). When I'll come back to Brasov, I'll definitely consider Daniel's place again.

The apartment was amazing, it was spotless and the host was great! He responded really fast and gave clear instructions. I would definitely book here again!

Дуже класний господар і дуже цікаво розміщені апартаменти (тобто кімната) якщо вам чогось не буде вистачати в кімнаті ви завжди можете звернутися до господарів і вони вам нададуть все необхідне. наприклад ми з дружиною хотіли приготувати їжу і господиню надала нам кухню.

Am fost foarte impresionati de apartament si de gazduire! Totul este la superlativ si se simte pe deplin implicarea domnului Iorga si interesul acordat pentru a asigura confortul chiriasilor. Apartamentul este integral accesorizat si foarte curat. Noi vom reveni categoric cu placere! :-)

Todo estuvo hermoso. El departamento es precioso, muy limpio y la decoración es maravillosa. La zona es muy tranquila, segura y muy bonita. Las camas muy cómodas. Gracias por los detalles, Octavian.

Great place for a family stay. Plenty of space, super quiet and very comfortable. Had all the amenities you would need and everything was in top condition. The host's parents live next door and we're super friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and the old town was a comfortable walk away. There is also a smaller town square with restaurants, a cafe and groceries just down the road. Great view from the rooftop terrace (thank you Elena for showing the kids up there, they had a great time making snowmen!). Highly recommended - worlds best according to my 7y/o daughter!

Уютный дом в старом городе, в нескольких минутах ходьбы от Черной церкви и у подножья горы Тымпа. Отличное расположение, комфортная атмосфера и очень отзывчивый хозяин. Идеальный выбор для прогулок и изучения города.

Ne am îndrăgostit de vibe-ul casei din primele minute, locație superbă și liniștită. Călduroasă casa și toate facilitățile de care ai putea avea nevoie. Spatii comune pentru socializare foarte încăpătoare. Ne-am simțit foarte bine, recomand cu incredere.

Mihail is very pleasant to talk to and hospitable. The villa was clean, great beds and pillows, everything you need for the bathroom and kitchen. Cozy backyard. Mikhail decorated the house for our arrival and put up a Christmas tree. We had a great time, thank you Mihail!

We loved our stay in Felix and Teodora’s house! It was not just a place to stay, but an iconic experience, considering the alpacas and other animals in the garden, and specifically their super friendly doggy! He was very playful and cute! Great vibe!

A lovely place, extremely clean and very spacious. The pool was a delight, big and clean. Outside we had 1 degree Celsius and we were enjoying the pool. The rooms are big and cozy. Also the kitchen has everything you might need. The view is great and if the sky is clear you can enjoy the sunrise. We would definitely come back. Thank you, Milena for everything!

Șederea noastră a fost una extraordinară, beneficiind de toate facilitățile necesare pentru un confort deplin. Cabana este de vis, cu un ambient cald și primitor, oferind liniște și relaxare deplină. Gazdele s-au remarcat prin amabilitate și ospitalitate desăvârșită. Recomand cu toată încrederea!

beautiful apartment in a private location with plenty of space including 2 bathrooms and 2 separate bedrooms. The location is awesome and easy to find parking if need be. The amenities were priceless to make our Brasov trip memorable.

Great apartment, well-designed, with a spacious shower. Andrei proposes a clean and tidy place, kept warm during cold days. Mind that it's not easy to park in the area but nonetheless it remains convenient to walk to the Old Town. Great bargain to stay in Brasov for a few days.

The place was cozy and clean. Very stylish. The loft bed was comfortable and unique. Had a balcony for smokers with a lovely view of the Braşov sign! Very close to everything you need and want to visit! Andrei was always very nice and available. Also met his colleague Toni who was also very nice and gave us advice on where to go. Would definitely visit again!

Excellent location, the keypad to the front of the building is pretty worn but we were able to figure it out easy enough. Apartment was nice and spacious. Quiet as well

The location of the apartment is right in the city center so you can easily walk to anywhere you want to go. The host was very helpful and let us stay later after we decided we wanted to do a couple more days of snowboarding. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again.

Great studio close to the Slopes in Poiana Brașov! We've really enjoyed staying at Andrei's place and would come back anytime. The place was very clean and the fact that there's a washer-dryer was a life saver, especially after a full day of snowboarding! The only small inconvenience was the fact that the parking is not allocated, as it's on street parking, and if you arrive late it might take a few minutes to find a space. However, there's quite a few zones highlighted in the instructions, which ensures you will find a space, even if you might need to spend some time to find it.

Really nice place, really close to the cebtral square. The host ansers to messages fast. I recommend it!
