This place is good for a big family! Positive side Spacious living room Has 4 beedroom Nice toilet Kitchen has everything for cooking Towels and toiletries provided Clean linens Fast wifi, tv has netflix Has fan, aircon Refrigerator, microwave working Close to sibulan seaport and public market Affordable Negative side Hard to park (especially if d ka used to park backward) Naay dog lice (outside the house) Faucet inside cr (hinay) Overall: although during our stay kay nagbrownout nindot ra gihapon. Atleast we were inform by sir luigi a day before nag magbrownout, but it would be better if they provided some alternatives or complimentaries sa time na nagbrownout like cold drinks or battery banks kay during check in up to 6pm pa nagka power... I would still book this place for my next visit in dumaguete. Suggestions for improvement Maybe they can widen the road upon entering the place or widen the gate, fix faucet and clean the entrance para wala nay dog lice.

This place was paradise for us. Well layout and the view Devine. What a way to unwind with your own private beach. It’s also close to some great attractions. If I get the opportunity to come over again I would book this place for at least a week.

What a fantastic few days we got to spend in Valencia. Elah Mae was brilliant, made us feel right at home and the brewery next door serving fantastic Mexican food was an added bonus. Beautiful view on the lookout and couldn’t have asked for more!

One of the Coolest Places I’ve Ever Stayed Probably the coolest place I’ve ever stayed. Angèle was incredibly responsive and helpful—she provided a guide, assisted with our travels, and made sure we had everything we needed. The space was beautifully designed, super aesthetic, and stocked with everything you could possibly want. Kayaks were available, there was a great pool, and of course, the beachfront was unbeatable. The scooter came in clutch for getting around. The place was also really spacious—perfect for bringing friends next time. I’ll definitely be back, and I’m already planning to stay longer! An absolutely incredible experience.

C’était parfait 🌈 🌞 Le logement est propre, super bien situé et le fait d’avoir une cuisine est vraiment un plus ! Le lit est très confortable, il y a des rangements, un ventilo, une moustiquaire et une lumière tamisée pour la nuit très agréable. Chasse d’eau manuelle, et parfois un faible débit d’eau, il peut aussi y avoir des coupures de courant (c’est pareil sur toute l’île) mais ça ne m’a pas du tout dérangé. Ça participe justement à une expérience locale et authentique. Quelques aboiements de chiens dans le voisinage mais malheureusement courant aux Philippines (et en règle générale en Asie !). Andrew a toujours été super réactif et arrangeant. Encore merci de m’avoir invité à la fiesta pour découvrir la vie locale philippine. J’ai adoré l’expérience ❤️ Et si je reviens, je réserverai sans aucun doute au Cottage ! Salamat Andrew 🧚🏽‍♂️

Place felt like home. Area was private and the room was nice - also had addtitional rooms we could book if more people came with us. Will definitely come back!

Ken is the best host I have ever had with an Airbnb experience. I would recommend a longer stay here for sure. Ken and Catherine are so nice and genuine. they will show you around the area and tell you what you need to know. I am so please to have booked this unit as it has developed friendships with the owners. Highly recommend this place to anyone. Do not hesitate, book this unit.

Joy was very accomodating. They also offer free pick up and drop off around dumaguete and has their own car rental service. Was not able to book grabe trike from their place but Joy sent somebody to pick us up. Thank you!

Lenie was very accommodating. Don't expect fast internet speeds, but it gives you the opportunity to appreciate the beauty of Siquijor by disconnecting for our mental health. Water pressure is good, and the heater works well. It's also accessible via most modes of transportation from the port and to other areas of the island. Highly recommend for those on a budget and fans of the color purple 💜. Just be mindful of the other residents in the Airbnb because it is not soundproof. Would definitely book again. Thank you!
