We had a wonderful time, everything was perfect and as described. The ping pong table and corn hole in the large lovely backyard provided great entertainment for us. The neighborhood is cute, quiet and close to many restaurants and shopping. Erik is a wonderful host and was very responsive to any questions I had. We will definitely comeback when we are in the area again.

This is a beautiful home in L.A and gives you a nice local "vibe" as a home base. It's near so many wonderful things--we really didn't have to drive more than 20 minutes to get to most of what we wanted to see. The home is super clean, and we used the kitchen almost daily. There's a beautiful quiet back yard for morning coffee, sunning, and evening owl watching (there was a beautiful owl perched nearby almost every night). We walked through the neighborhood, and we found food and supplies within a few minutes drive. Carlos was so kind and called to make sure we were in the place okay. Thank you for hosting us and for opening this beautiful home to guests.

Lisa is a very friendly and generous hostess. The house is beautiful and the backyard is gorgeous. The house had everything we could possibly think of for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped. The beds and beddings are very comfortable. The house was immaculately clean. We would definitely book again if we’re ever in the area.

We had such an amazing week staying at this beautiful home! The owner was very attentive and was super helpful when asked questions! We were only suppose to stay for a few days but we loved the house so much that we had to extend! Close to the gym, mall, and restaurants! Do not hesitate in grabbing this place! 티파니는 항상 친절하고 신속하게 답변 줬습니다. 숙소는 사진과 똑같았고 공항에서 20분 내외 거리였고 주요 관광지까지 25분에서 30분 내외 거리였습니다. 주차하기 편리했고 10분 내에는 큰 도립 공원이 있어서 피크닉하기에도 좋았습니다. 침실이3개나 있어서 여러 명이 프라이버시를 보자하며 숙박하기 좋았습니다. 요리하기도 유용했고 매우 깔끔하게 관리가 되었습니다. 다음 번에도 방문할 예정입니다.

We had a wonderful stay at Kayla’s apartment! The space was beautiful, very clean, and had a perfect balance of modern design with just the right amount of charm. Kayla was a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better! We walked to the Warner Bros. Studios and explored several great restaurants in the area. It’s also close to everything—Burbank Airport, Hollywood Blvd, WeHo, and NoHo were all just a short drive away. One of my favorite parts of the mornings was waking up to the sound of birds singing—it was such a peaceful way to start the day. You can even see the WB Studios right from the window! There's construction across the street, but it wasn’t too disruptive during our stay. The convenient parking in the back was also a big plus. The only small suggestion I’d make is to consider adding blackout window treatments in the bedroom—the morning sun is quite bright. Other than that, everything was fantastic and we’

Maria's place was a great find on airbnb, I need a place for my father and I to stay for the night. It was close to where my family lives in Bellflower. Would stay at Maria's place if I am ever visiting family in Bellflower.

Amazing location with a private parking spot! The elevator is also right next to the parking. The place was clean as described and pictured. The host was extremely helpful in providing instruction videos to check-in and find the underground parking. Very responsive and friendly host. Enjoyed our stay very much and will book again if we’re ever in the area again. Thanks!
