Nicolas was a great host. He agreed to a late check in and even come to meet us at the airport. The place is very clean and he is eager to help and easy to communicate with. The bus station is literally in the front of the building and the metro is at 5 minutes walk. We would definitely come back.

Appartement très bien placé en plein centre à 2 pas de la place de la reine Appartement agréable et en très bon état Un peu bruyant surtout en ce qui concerne la chambre située dans le salon Pour autant nous y avons passé un agréable séjour malgré les circonstances dramatiques que rencontre la région de Valence actuellement. Nous adressons d ailleurs tout notre soutien aux habitants de la région au sein de laquelle vit notre fils.

This apartment was so beautiful and perfect for my large group (8 guests). The hosts were continuously available and quick at responding. As well as able to help out with our check in after a delayed flight!

The place is perfect for us - close to the beach, with enough space for a family (the study turned into a 3rd bedroom), very homely and cosy - it really is a home away from home! But what stood out was Naty and Adonai’s kindness and genuine concern for us, something that is very rare to find in a rental. From the minute we arrived, Naty treated us like family, being so warm especially to my children. We were there during the storm/DANA in Valencia and we felt really safe. A day after the storm, we checked out to go to another destination but encountered difficulty going out of Valencia. Despite not being their problem, Adonai went out of his way to help us find an alternative accommodation, making sure that we were safe and had a place to stay that night. Naty also sent us government warnings and info on road closures to help with our journey. We were so lucky to have met people like them. They embody the true spirit of an airbnb, the human connection and compassion.

La ubicación es genial a 10 cuadras del casco histórico. Barrio tranquilo con muchas opciones para cafecito y un supermercado en la esquina. El depto genial para dos parejas con baños en suite. Todas las comodidades y un patio para disfrutar.

Ha sido una estancia excelente, Mercedes se adaptó a nuestros horarios sin ningún problema y su acogida fue super amable. En cuanto al alojamiento no podemos encontrar un fallo, todo está cuidado al detalle y no te faltará de nada. Sin ninguna duda repetiremos :).

Alojamiento de 10! El anfitrión ha sido muy atento en todo momento, y en cuanto al alojamiento, todo genial, incluso más espacioso que en las fotos.

By far the best Airbnb we had during our three months in Valencia. Unlike many lodging options, Kelly's Torrefiel apartment is beautifully lit, thoughtfully furnished, and really feels like home. The beds are comfortable and the kitchenware is decent—increasingly rare attributes! You're not in the thick of the city center, but you are a block from a grocery store and right on a bus line which can get you to La Xerea in 20 minutes. Kelly is also the ideal Airbnb host, as she is helpful and kind while also giving you your space. If we ever come back, we know where we're staying!

Wonderful place to stay in Valencia! Located within short walking distance of both the train station and metro, which made it very easy to explore the city. Adri met us outside upon our arrival and showed us around the place, which was very helpful. Would highly recommend if you are planning a trip to Valencia!

l appartement a une très bellel vue, il est spacieux et bien équipé pour 6. le linge de maison est de très bonne qualité , les prestations aussi. l hôte est très attentionné, il y avait bcp de produits offerts pour notre accueil. Julian est resté en contact avec nous durant notre séjour , il nous a toujours conseillé, bien que nous ne l' ayons pas rencontré son voisin Noé étant venu très gentillement nous accueillir pour lui. Had a great stay at Oscars. He was very friendly on arrival and helpful throughout the stay. Always available and responsive. The apartment was as described and in a great location with lots of bars and restaurants nearby

El departamenro de Justo fue amor a primera vista y no defraudo. Ademas de todas las comodidades q ofrece tiene un piano en la sala que para cualquier aficionado (como es el caso de nuestra familia) fue un plus. Justo es muy abierto y bondadoso con su espacio, comparte su hogar y sus bienes como si sus huespedes fueran familia. Te deja su musica, sus libros, sus bebidas con total confianza. Nos recibio con un aperitivo al llegar y estuvo en contacto previo a cada momento. El departamento tiene aire acondicionado en cada ambiente, ban̈os completo en cada habitacion. Lavadora, lavavajilla. Te deja elementos de playa, espacio en sus placares. Tiene agua filtrada en el grifo q parece una pavada pero resuelve enormemente la logística diaria. Se encuentra a distancia a pie de la Ciudad de la Ciencias y el Parque Gulliver. En fin, sin duda lo recomiendo y volveria (es cierto q tiene un tema de olor al accionar el ban̈o principal pero me temo que q un tema generalizado de Valencia y no propio)

Piso acogedor, limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días cómo en casa. Anthony muy amable y atento.

Excellent séjour chez Alicia, l’appartement était très agréable. Il est très bien équipé et conformes à toutes les photos. Compter 40 min à pied pour la plage, 15 min à pied pour l’Oceanographic et les musées attenants. 15 min pour le centre ville. Magasin de vélo de location vraiment bon marché « like bike rent » à 5 min. Métro pour l’aéroport à moins de 15 min à pied. Un supermarché « Consum » a 20m. Un super séjour, très agréable on recommande !

Cannot recommend enough!! Maria was an amazing host who went above and beyond to ensure we had the most wonderful time in Valencia. She not only provided us multiple recommendations, but also was so kind to take the time to help us build our entire trip itinerary! The home is stunning, even more so in real life compared to the photos. The location could not have been more ideal - we were in the heart of the city and had endless options to explore the second we stepped outside. If you have the chance to visit Valencia, please do not hesitate to book your stay at Maria’s beautiful apartment. It will be an experience of a lifetime!
