I had a very nice stay with Galina! I stayed two nights in a single room. Wifi was great, there was a desk and chair so I could work. Galina is extremely helpful and proactive! The apartment and room were spotlessly clean. The location is also very good not far from the beach and metro/busses. My room was next to the entrance and had a window to the kitchen area, so you could hear people come and go, but that was not a big problem at all. In fact, I didn't meet any other person staying there at the time. What I specifically liked is that I could store my luggage with Galina after check-out and even charge my phone for some time when picking it up in the late afternoon before going to the airport. Thanks a lot!!

Ho soggiornato a Les Palmeres presso l'appartamento di Javier all'inizio di agosto e consiglio vivamente questa soluzione, perfetta per le famiglie. Javier è un super host e il suo appartamento è meraviglioso. La vista sul mare dalla splendida terrazza impagabile. La casa è dotata di tutti i confort (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, wifi...), molto ventilata e fresca sia di giorno che di notte. La spiaggia adiacente è pulitissima ed è presente un posto fisso dei bagnini. A pochi passi potrete trovare diversi ristoranti, bar, una farmacia, un forno con rosticceria e negozi di alimentari. A soli 200 metri ci sono tre grandi parcheggi gratuiti. A un paio di km troverete il supermercato e la fermata del bus. Il centro di Valencia, la spiaggia di Malvarrosa, l'aeroporto e il parco commerciale di Bonaire sono a meno di quaranta di minuti di macchina.

This apartment is amazing, with very classical and elegant decorated forms. It seems to have had luxurious and warm memories here. I especially enjoyed spending time in the house every morning and getting lost in the rainbow relections evrywhere. Truly a magical space it is. The host is friendly and enthusiastic, but it's a pity that I can't speak Spanish, so I have to rely on my friend to help communicating. Next time I will come back with a well prepared translation app. It would be more than perfect to have sufficient spare parts like the coffee machine or tea bags, small candles and dishwashing liquid...etc. Hope to have a chance to come back next time, I really like this apartment, and also the skyline of Valencia through the terraces of this beautiful building. 100% recomendable! Todo muy limpio , huéspedes muy amables, muy completo y ubicación inmejorable , a 200m de la playa y con paradas de buses cerca para ir a cualquier sitio de Valencia. Nos permitieron dejar las maletas para recorrer el último día, luego de hacer el check out. El aire y el wifi funcionan perfecto. Excelente piso Saludos

L'appartamento si trova in un palazzo un po' vecchio, ma l'interno è abbastanza nuovo e in linea con le foto dell'annuncio, ordinato e pulito. Mihaela è stata molto gentile e disponibile, è stato facile comunicare con lei sia prima e durante il viaggio. La zona è a circa 50 min a piedi dal centro storico, che si raggiunge però facilmente con la metro, la fermata è praticamente sotto casa, e con la stessa linea si raggiunge direttamente l'aeroporto. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, nel complesso esperienza assolutamente positiva.

Jérémie’s place was ideal for our group trip to Valencia. The house and the outdoor spaces are gorgeous and the pool is a great size. There is plenty of dining space and the kitchen is very well equipped, even for large groups. We didn’t hire a car which makes getting around and shopping a bit more difficult, but we found it easy to call taxis to take us to and from the city. Overall a great stay in a lovely home.

He pasado unos días en casa de Tania porque tenía un curso en la Feria de Valencia. En 5 minutos estaba en la parada de metro, 2 paradas y 5 minutos andando hasta la feria, así que es una buena opción si tienes que ir a la Feria, también se tardaba poco en llegar al centro a través del metro. La casa está en el centro de Burjassot, muy cerca de supermercados, de 2 líneas de metro, una de tranvía... Además de que cerca de la parada de Canterería está el mercado central donde puedes comprar muchos productos locales. En la habitación tenía una pequeña nevera, un microondas y un escritorio, lo que me daba autonomía y privacidad, a pesar de que tenía total disponibilidad de la cocina de Tania tal como ella me indicó. El patio era muy bonito. Tiza, la gata de Tania era muy simpática. Tania fue una anfitriona estupenda que me recibía siempre con una sonrisa y buena conversación, y estaba atenta a cualquier cosa que necesitara. Totalmente recomendable. je recommande c'est une maison très bien aménagée agencée. on a été très bien accueilli et un petit cadeau a notre arrivée. boisson fraîche, chips et gâteaux dans petit bémol le lit parental était petit pour mon mari sinon tout était parfait pas de vis-à-vis, tranquille dans la piscine nous gardons l'adresse pour nos prochaines vacances 🥰

Lugar acogedor, justo lo anunciado. La habitación limpia y cómoda

El cuarto era limpio y tenía todo lo que yo necesitaba (toallas, etc). Axya siempre mantuvo la habitación muy limpia, incluyendo el baño y la cocina. Axya fue muy amable y me recomendó sitios donde comer, salir etc. El barrio mismo de el Cabanyal está muy cerca de la playa (menos 10 minutos de camino) y hay múltiples estaciones de autobús que te llevan al centro de Valencia en 30 min. La única desventaja de el edificio es que no hay ascensor (no fue problema para mí) pero si eres una persona mayor, tened lo en cuenta.

Tania is an amazing host, she welcomed us with open arms and put her whole house at our disposal. She is very comunicative and was clear about the house rules. The accommodation is clean and has a mindful interior design. Tisa, the cat was a nice friend to have during the duration of our stay. In conclusion, I highly recommend you to stay at Tania if you are visiting Valencia. Thank you, Tania!

C’était parfait, les filles sont adorables. J’ai passé un excellent séjour, le quartier est calme il il y a tout à notre disposition supérette boulangerie, boulangerie banque La Poste et le métro à quelques pas de l’appartement, c’était juste super.

Great Host! Great Location! Great value for Money! I really enjoyed my stay at Carmen’s apartment. Carmen is a really nice and helpful person and very easy to get along with. The room was very comfortable and had a nice balcony as well! Plenty of room in the fridge. It also felt like I had my own private bathroom. Many different stores, supermarkets and restaurants close by, all in walking distance. Multiple busstops close by that will take you to all the different locations in Valencia and back home! Close to the beaches of Malvarossa and Patacona, within a 5 minutes walk I could be on the beach! Bike rental within a 3 minutes walk. An option to rent a Valenbisi City Bike close by too. There’s an outdoor calesthenics gym just around the corner. If you’d like to stay close to the beach, experience how local people live and to be well connected to the rest of the city this is the place for you! One thing I shouldn’t forget, Carmen has the sweetest dog you could ever meet! Gracias!

Anfitrión muy amable y atento tanto en la recepción como en la despedida, así como en las peticiones que le solicitamos. Alojamiento impecable, se correspondía con lo anunciado y zona turística para pasar unas vacaciones en familia. Sin lugar a duda lo aconsejamos 100%.

Отличные апартаменты, виды с 17-го этажа просто потрясающие👍 Есть просторная терраса на которой мы завтракали и ужинали, вид на закат фантастический. Пять минут ходьбы до моря и пляжа, красивые дорожки с цветами, пальмами и попугаями, вода чистейшая, место El Puig de Santa Maria идеальное для отдыха на море. До Валенсии 20 минут, каждый час едет автобус. В квартире чисто, свежий ремонт, светло и уютно, два сан. узла очень удобно, прекрасное место для отдыха, очень рекомендуем👍👍👍 Хозяйка Изабель очень добрая и отзывчивая, всегда на связи, Спасибо огромное!👋🙂👍
