What a fantastic apartment in the most perfect location , it’s not often you find a place that’s even better than the photos , super stylish with immaculate detail throughout . we met Carlos’s partner who was friendly and very helpful .we had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend those who are lucky enough to visit Valencia with the perfect base for your stay

We stayed one week in Kath‘s apartment as part of a longer workation in Spain. It’s located in the middle of the Ruzafa area and allowed us to explore all the great restaurants and bars on foot. The apartment has everything you could ever need for a workation: fast fiber internet, fully equipped kitchen and even our dog was allowed. We are definitely coming back next time we want to stay in Valencia!

Logement très agréable, très bien équipé, de plein pied, appréciable quand on est en famille. Eduardo est très réactif et sympathique. Le seul bémol est de trouver une place pour garer la voiture.

We spent about 5 days at this beautiful apartment and had a great time in Valencia. Check-in was super quick and easy and in person, which is a plus for me! The area is pretty quiet and bus stations or metro are just a short walk away. If you enjoy cooking while on vacation, this is a great apartment to stay at, we made food multiple times and were super happy with the kitchen. Overall a great time in Valencia thanks to this apartment and the super nice owners!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist top. Ringsherum gibt es verschiedene Supermärkte und kleine Bars/Restaurants. Auch in der Altstadt ist man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten. Das Appartment war sauber und tatsächlich noch größer, als durch die Fotos gedacht. Alles in allem ein perfekter Aufenthalt :)

Super Lage, die Altstadt war schnell zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war super und zuvorkommend. Alles perfekt!

Unser Aufenthalt in Rosas Apt. war perfekt! Rosa war zu der Zeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit, wir konnten flexibel einchecken und ihre Mutter hat uns alles erklärt und Umgebungstip gegeben. Das Apt. war sauber, gemütlich und toll eingerichtet, die Küche hatte alles was man braucht und war sehr sauber. Auch in der Umgebung war alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar und in Strandnähe! Vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

O Airbnb é extremamente limpo e organizado, sem contar que a anfitriã era super querida e atenciosa, valeu super a pena! 🥰

El alojamiento coincide con la descripción, la comunicación con Jaquelin fue muy buena y rápida en todo momento, muy amable. Estuvimos muy cómodos.

Valencia ist eine tolle Stadt mit vielen tollen, freundlichen Menschen und eine davon ist die Gastgeberin Mila. Mila empfing uns mit ihrer offenen und charmanten Art, so dass wir uns gleich Willkommen fühlten. Mila‘s Wohnung hat die perfekte Ausgangslage, um Valencia zu erkunden, ob zu Fuß oder zur nächsten Metrostation. Wir wurden von Mila mit vielen Anregungen und Informationen versorgt, sie war super hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Es war toll dich kennengelernt zu haben, liebe Mila, wir werden uns immer gerne an dich und Valencia erinnern. Anke & Ulf

Super acogedor, todo muy limpio y ordenado. Las vistas eran increibles y el trato del anfitrión también! No tengo ninguna queja!

Loft muy bonito y acogedor, perfecto para una pareja, bastante amplio y completo, todo funcionaba a la perfección, zona muy tranquila y a 5 min a pie del centro comercial Gran Turia, la cocina contaba con todo tipo de menaje, los baños estaban impolutos y completos, Carmen la anfitrióna super amable y super atenta, contesta muy rápido y nos indico a la perfección como llegar, el garaje es amplio para dejar el coche sin problema, un gesto que nos gustó mucho es que tiene una guía sobre las cosas más importantes para ver y sitios para comer en Valencia en definitiva super recomendable.

Cabanyal is a fantastic place to stay. Residential and vibrant with lots of history and places of interest, and cafes, bars, restaurants. Walking distance to the beach and also to the fabulous uber modern arts and science centre area. Ten minute walk to the metro - Maritim. Rafa's apartment was perfect for 5 of us to stay. It's not in the roof of an apartment but on the ground floor with direct access from street. Beautifully built and decorated. Spacious and light. Very comfortable to stay in and easy to get around from there. Definitely visit the small, local bar La Paca which is about 10 doors down. And the restaurant La Llimera which is also on the same street. We hired bikes to get around which was very easy and a great way to explore the city.

We had a great stay at Francisco’s place. Francisco himself was so friendly and helpful. We arrived early and he let us in. He spent time showing us the apartment and giving us top tips and recommendations. The apartment itself was just as described. Spotlessly clean, as the photos showed and a great roof terrace. Super. Thank you

Amazing stay, great clean place looks just like the pictures. Location is amazing I love Ruzafa. The festival was on while we were here and it was just amazing, pilar was very helpful and extremely responsive. Unfortunately the family on room B had a small child who cried literally throughout the night both night of our stay preventing me from sleeping. However it’s one of those things and nothing pilar could of prepared for Amazing place great location and amazing host will definitely be staying with pilar again during our next stay to Valencia thank you so much
