Spotlessly clean house in great location Near to supermarket and bars and restaurants but far enough away located in a peaceful, quiet road. Well equipped. Julieta most helpful and responsive.

We cannot recommend Iryna’s property highly enough ! It has been our best Airbnb experience to -date ! The house is located in a lovely, quiet and beautifully maintained development with private parking , gorgeous gardens / pools etc but so close to the Arenal and everything you need . The house itself is tasteful and beautiful , fully renovated to a high standard , with a great garden area , all the creature comforts you can think of including excellent beds/ bedding /furnishings / bathroom & kitchen supplies and so many generous and lovely touches that are not normally found in many Airbnb’s . Highly recommend for a winter stay as the house is warm with heating / a fire / underfloor heating / tumble dryer etc , but a stay in the warmer months would also be fantastic . Have no hesitation in booking this house , the photos do not do it justice and the price point is excellent for the quality ! Iryna is also so friendly, helpful and has gone the extra mile to ensure a great stay !

This is a really beautiful little house with a stunning, huge, private outside area. We really loved our stay here. It was very clean and it has a beautiful kitchen. Only thing worth mentioning is that you do hear the neighbors next door, which we didn't mind too much.

5 minutes walking from the pebbles beach. 5-7 minutes driving from the sand beach and small centre. supermarket next door. very nice, but at 5am the truck comes every day. the house has everything you need as a family. one bedroom did not have an airconditioning. very helpful hosts

La propiedad es un verdadero paraíso, rodeada de naturaleza y tranquilidad. Tolles Haus in Strandnähe. Erika war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Haus überzeugt durch die Lage, das Design, mehrere tolle Terrassen und den Komfort. Gerne wieder!

We had a lovely stay despite the appalling weather. We could walk to the beach, eat delicious meals and we had a well equipped kitchen to use when we didnt fancy a walk. Will definitely be back when the sun appears!

We absolutely loved our stay at Marta’s Y Roberto’s. The apartment is spacious, comfy & cosy. All amenities that we needed were in the apartment & if you ever need to contact Marta/Roberto, they respond in record time. I’ve accidentally left a small bag at their apartment & they are kindly keeping it for me, until we return next time. The pictures you see & description of the apartment match what you get if you decide to stay here. I do recommend this apartment in lovely Albir & we’ll definitely be returning, so Gracias Marta Y Roberto for everything you’ve done for us whilst we stayed at your lovely apartment, can’t wait to stay again.

Lovely clean and modern apartment. Great for young families, great surroundings, small playground, pool and outside jacuzzi which was great, would certainly go back!

Really enjoyed the stay in Maria Appartment. Great views from her balcony, close old town and local train stations. Maria was readily available when had a logistically prob near the end. Maria thanks for that. If you are going to Altea you won’t get much better than this.

Alojamiento acondicionado perfectamente para pasar un fin de semana de 10. Instrucciones claras y concisas. Fue un detalle que además, nos proporcionase chuches para nuestro perro. Lo único, ofrecería almohadas en vez de cojines que pese a que son grandes eché de menos almohadas al uso. Repetiríamos sin duda.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment which is very spacious and centrally located. Anthony was a great host, very proactive in terms of communication and flexible regarding the later check-out.

La casa de Daniel es perfecta para desconectar y descansar. Hemos estado dos parejas de amigos, con un perrito, a pasar la Nochevieja, y hemos vuelto muy contentos. La casa cuenta con todas las comodidades y destacamos, por encima de todo, la variedad de utensilios de cocina, lo que nos ha permitido cocinar todo lo que nos habíamos propuesto. Igualmente, destacamos la comodidad de los colchones y las almohadas. La calefacción nos ha permitido estar muy a gusto en casa, regulándose automáticamente y ayudando a no pasar nada de frío en casa. La terraza nos ha permitido realizar barbacoa para comer y disfrutar del aire libre estando en la propia casa. Sin duda, una gran estancia. La casa está completamente equipada y es una muy buena opción para alojarse en Yecla, con parking incluido. A tan solo 15min del centro dando un paseo tranquilo. Highly recommend to stay here! The apartment was super clean and has everything you need. The view of the mountains and sea is beautiful and the pool is amazing! There are lots of really beautiful beaches nearby and both Alicante and Valencia are one hour away. The house is nestled in a mountain village which is stunning. Regina the host was friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. Couldn’t recommend to stay here more!

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at this apartment in Aranales del Sol! Most importantly, the apartment is reliably wheelchair accessible, with ramps everywhere, two lifts, and a spacious floor plan inside that made it easy for my sister to move around. It’s perfect for anyone with limited mobility who can still walk a bit. The space itself was modern, clean, and well-equipped. Appliances listed (dishwasher, washing machine etc.) were easy to use and super quiet. The bathrooms were great, with many supplies and functional features and the furniture was comfortable with plenty of seating inside and outside. The best feature was the sunrise and beach view, which was stunning to wake up to. Automatic blinds were blackout, so could also sleep in total darkness. Also a regular bus to Alic. across street. The hosts were super attentive, offering detailed instructions and arranging airport pick-up for us with the lovely Ines. It is clear the care they have for guests and their apartment!

Die Wohnung ist einfach wunderschön und sehr gut gepflegt. Sie ist modern eingerichtet und absolut aufgeräumt, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein – weniger als eine Minute Fußweg zum Strand! In der Nähe gibt es alles, was man braucht: Mülleimer, Restaurants, ein Park und zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. So braucht man sich um nichts sorgen und kann den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen. Der Kontakt zum Host war ebenfalls hervorragend – immer schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem eine perfekte Unterkunft, die ich absolut weiterempfehlen kann!

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—just steps away from the beach with beautiful views from both the apartment and the pool area. The house's owner, who lives on the first floor, is incredibly warm and welcoming; she even surprised us with homemade quiche to enjoy by the pool! The surrounding area is perfect for coastal hikes, leading to beautiful beaches with restaurants where you can enjoy a drink or a bite, with your toes in the sand. Christine and Claude were easy to communicate with and always helpful. We’ll definitely be back!❤️

Het appartement van Felix is mooi, ruim, heeft een mooi balkon, van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een prima bed! Je loopt binnen 5 minuten naar zee. Goede restaurants zijn in de buurt. Alicante is de moeite van het bezoeken waard. We hebben heerlijke dagen gehad en we raden de B&B van Felix zeker aan!

We have enjoyed staying at the apartment with our 2 year old daughter. The apartment was clean and had a lovely very large and secure patio area overlooking the pools. Lovely jacuzzi which was hot! The beach is a short walk away, though it is down a hill. Responsive host

wat een fijne plek om te verblijven. alleen al het uitzicht! De twee terrassen zijn echt een plus! Verder is alles is huis aanwezig wat je nodig hebt om een fijn verblijf te hebben. de locatie is geweldig! vlakbij het strand, maar je bent ook zo in de stad. wij maakten gebruik van het openbaar vervoer, ideaal: bushalte zo ongeveer voor de deur. Wij vonden het echt een heerlijke plek om een week te verblijven!

Perfect apartment for a really relaxing break. Heated pool and hot tub were especially appreciated given that it was February. It really was a home from home with excellent facilities and every detail catered for and anything else available next door at mercadona! I would definitely stay again next time I visit family and recommend to anyone staying in the area.
