Very clean and the host is very kind and responds quick. The pay is worth it because the room feels comfortable and aesthetically appealing. The window faces the golf course and overall the view is great. Apart from the nice host, the caretaker is also friendly. We will definitely come back again. Thank you!

This is a perfect place for rest and relaxation. The surrounding area is quiet and the transportation is very convenient. There is light mall downstairs and you can reach Shang Ri La and SM megamall within a walk. landlord is very friendly. She always responds very quickly 🌹🌻🌻

Tolle Unterkunft, wie abgebildet. Patricia war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Nachdem ein lauter Zimmernachbar nicht dazu zu bewegen war Nachts leiser zu sein, hat uns Patricia völlig unkompliziert ein anderes Zimmer gegeben. Beim nächsten Besuch buche ich gerne wieder bei Patricia.

I've stayed for a few days at Michael's place and it has been a great experience. He and Glayzel had been so helpful and responsive, as well as incredibly considerate to let us check-in earlier. The place was in such a nice spot where you can easily walk to the mall in no time. The area is also pretty quiet at night despite being in such a busy city. All in all, we've greatly enjoyed our time, and we will definitely come back!

Donna and Phillip are so nice hosts! They accommodated my last-minute booking to celebrate me and my partner's birthday. I love the unit, the linens are clean, bathroom, and bedrooms are clean. The towels are fresh. I love that there's an ATM machine at the back of the front desk, so it's so convenient to withdraw money if you need cash. However, the convenience store is somehow not convenient, but it's not the Host's fault. I still gave a 5-star rating coz my experience with the place is so good and nice. I will definitely go back to this listing if I need a quick get away. Thank you so much to the hosts who's very responsive and accommodating. Thank you so much!

I was honestly worried at first—worried that I might not want to leave! Patrick Jayson’s Airbnb in Timog exceeded all expectations. The location? Almost too convenient. With Tomas Morato just a stone’s throw away, restaurants, ATMs, and convenience stores were practically everywhere, making it dangerously easy to indulge. And the host? Unbelievably accommodating. He let us check in early and check out late, which felt almost too generous. Not to mention, he was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a hassle-free and comfortable place in QC, this is definitely the one.

The place was easy to find and it was easy to check in. Everything in the essentials description were provided and they were all clean. The view overlooking the city as well as the mountains from the Antipolo-Rizal area was nice. The room had a great amount of morning sunlight for productivity and relaxation. The internet was fast although the TV only had Netflix and Youtube. Nevertheless, my family only used the TV to watch on Youtube so it was not an issue for us to connect to the Netflix account. Overall, the place is very cozy and nice; the hosts were also easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

Van was a great host, easy to communicate with and super helpful. His place looks exactly like the photos, super nice interior! The living room was our favorite spot to hangout to, super chill, surrounded with lots of seats perfect for friends/family gathering. Bedrooms are cozy too and well air-conditioned. We also love that the place has convenient store on the ground floor, and nearby restaurants and coffee shops. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we're already planning to come back 😊

Place is so homey, perfect if you just want to rest in the city. You can cook there. Basically you can just stay at the unit if you really just want to rest and unwind.

Andrew’s place is the perfect location for my brother’s bachelor party! It was easy to locate and the concierge was helpful when we had things we needed during our stay. The kitchen was complete with utensils, equipment, and glasses, and the garden deck was perfect for drinking and having a great time with friends 👍 The massage chair was a huge plus, and signages were all around the apartment were a huge help in avoiding any unnecessary troubles during our stay. The only concern we encountered was the VERY low water pressure. It was hard to take a shower, wash dishes, and even flush the toilet because of it. To add, there are only 2 parking spaces for your group in front so it’s better to plan ahead regarding the number of cars your group plans to bring Besides that, everything else was great about this apartment. Perfect for big group gatherings 🩷

My family had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants and US Embassy. The place was so huge and very peaceful. Neighbors are very friendly. Jojo the caretaker was extremely friendly and helpful also advice me on how to commute within the areas.
