Valle di Ayas : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Appartement où l'on se sent très vite à l'aise, très lumineux et avec une jolie vue. Famille de 4 personnes, nous avons vite pris nos marques et apprécié la taille de l'espace repas et la vraie chambre parentale. Le logement a été refait avec goût, il y a de nombreux rangements. La place de parking souterrain a été un vrai plus, même si pas dans le même immeuble, cela ne nous a pas dérangés. L'emplacement est très proche des pistes mais pour aller à l'ESF de Tignes le lac avec des enfants, nous avons pris la navette (gratuite) dont l'arrêt est relativement proche. Le retour a pu se faire néanmoins en ski, ce qui était appréciable. La résidence est très calme et ça c'est un gros gros plus ! Nous n'avons pas été dérangés par les voisins, même en pleines vacances scolaires. Dans le quartier (calme) nous avons trouvé tout le nécessaire : forfaits, supérette, boulangerie, location de skis et quelques restaurants. Les échanges avec Jérémy étaient faciles, hôte réactif au moment du séjour.

We had a wonderful time staying in Julie’s apartment. It is very well located in the heart of Val d’Isere, a short walk to the ski lifts and the supermarket is just round the corner, with an amazing cake shop (boulangerie) next door. The apartment is great with three double rooms and a bunk room for children if you need that but we used it for our suitcases and an extra space to put things. The kitchen is very well equipped and we had dinner there on three nights. I would definitely recommend it as a great place to stay.

Elvis and Carlotta were extremely welcoming and hospitable. Their apartment was spotless, fully equipped, and very comfortable, in a central location close to both walks and the city's bustling centre. Highly recommended!

James est un hôte sympathique et disponible par message à tout moment. Le logement était confortable et très joli. Service de petit déjeuner parfait avant de partir au ski, local à skis chauffé et bien entretenu. La literie est confortable et le parking est très utile. Le spa est accessible tous les jours (juste le jacuzzi qui n'a presque pas de bulles mais à part ça, c'était parfait) Nous reviendrons très rapidement.

Ashley is a wonderful host. She helped us before and during our stay anytime we needed. She gave us ideas of ski rental, restaurants. Her house is superb. Very clean, good kitchen. I would definitely stay again.

Thank you so much for a wonderful family stay this week. The apartment was perfect for what we needed: very smart and well provisioned for the four of us. Beautifully decorated and with incredible views! A lovely and private location, which worked very well for us wanting to be once removed from the main roads. It was tucked away in a quiet side road, very close to the centre, shops, and an easy walk to Medran. The pool was a big hit for after skiing and got used every day. Great comms with clear instructions to find and access the apartment. Thank you very much indeed. We hope to come back!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans l’appartement de Suzanne. Tout y était. Résidence très propre. Situé au 5 eme étage, il n’y a que trois appartements sur le palier et personne n’était là pendant notre séjour. Exposition plein sud. S’il y a de la neige l’accès est aisé pour le retour ski, ce qui n’était pas le cas en avril mais on s’en doutait. L’immeuble du Santel est le plus éloigné du centre commercial et un peu en hauteur tout en étant accessible facilement. Possibilité de passer par les couloirs qui relient les trois résidences dans se faire mouiller….un peu labyrinthique mais pratique. L’arrêt de bus pour le centre est a 5 mn de marche. La communication a été parfaite. Bref je recommande chaudement.

Hôtes très sympa et vraiment accueillants ! Nous avons passés un très bon moment en leur présence. La cheminée était allumée au carnozet, le lieu était donc directement prêt à l'emploi ! Pareil le matin où ils passaient l'allumer à 7h00 ! Ce fut un superbe séjour !

Casa impeccabile. Spazi ampi e ben arredati ed accessoriati. La pulizia delle camere e della cucina era ottima. Nel complesso super soddisfatto, casa calda con un riscaldamento top, 3 belle camere matrimoniali con 3 bagni, più 4 posti letto singoli e un altro bagno di servizio, il camino a legna è un plus per passare le serate sul divano con l'atmosfera giusta, Qualche nota di attenzione: i divani, che non sono super comodi; manca il forno e soprattutto un microonde (ma c'è un fornetto elettrico abbastanza grande) e considerando la bellezza della cucina e la quantità di stoviglie ed elettrodomestici forniti è veramente strano.

Sehr gemütliche Unterkunft. Wir waren zu acht und hatten alle bequem Platz. Sehr gut eingerichtete Küche! Für den Kamin war genug Holz zur Verfügung und das Feuer schafft eine tolle Atmosphäre und Wärme. Frederike hat immer sehr rasch geantwortet und geholfen. Die verschiedenen Skigebiete sind mit Auto oder Bus gut zu erreichen. Wandern und Langlaufen kann man gleich von der Hütte aus. Ein sehr gutes Restaurant und auch ein Bäcker sind zu Fuß in 20 Min zu erreichen. Alles in allem eine tolle Woche.

Maison impeccable, authentique chalet de montagne, décoré avec soin, spacieux, avec plein de jouets et tout ce qu'il faut pour les enfants. Ménage nickel. Environnement superbe, au calme et avec de belles vues. Nicolas etait très accueillant et serviable. La seule chose a savoir, c'est que le village est sur des pentes particulierement escarpées, donc si on veut faire une balade a pied depuis le chalet, ne serait-ce que faire un tour dans le village, c'est pas mal sportif. Merci beaucoup, nous avons passé un magnifique weekend grace a votre maison et vos conseils!

Logement décoré avec beaucoup de goût, chaleureux et très bien équipé (beaucoup d'ustensiles à disposition). Propreté irréprochable, lit très confortable. Anthony et Lorane se sont montrés disponibles et accueillants et nous ont recommandés des restaurants. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour très agréable ! Nous recommandons sans hésiter :)

La casa di Carola è’ vicina ai boschi,ma allo stesso tempo è comodissimo raggiungere Aosta e altri punti di interesse . L’appartamento è molto luminoso,pulito e fornito di ogni tipo di elettrodomestico. Ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio e coccolati,anche dall’aperitivo offerto al nostro arrivo.speriamo di tornarci al più presto .sicuramente consigliato

This apartment is a perfect choice when you go skiing in Champoluc, close to the lifts, around 10 min. walking. Its a clean and very nice apartment with all the things you need. Very comfortable with two bathrooms. Good space in general and a social planned kitchen. Stefania was a very good host, answered fast if there were any questions, very kind in general!

Manuel is a kind and helpful host, providing good instructions and a comfortable stay. The Hohsaas ski/gondola lift is 5 mins walk distance. Thank you.

Excellent hosts and property. Amazing apartment, beautifully designed and in a great location, button lift 2 minute walk away. Was a little hard to find but we were looking in the dark so that’s probably why. After visiting Verbier and the general prices of everything I would say it’s very fairl price. Guillaume and Anne were great hosts - however, we did not feel the need to contact them. As mentioned in description, it is a little bit of a walk up the steps to get there so it can be hard with luggage but if you ski/snowboard it’s nothing. Best thing for us was the amazing sunset every night and the raclette was really fun. Would definitely recommend :)

we had a wonderful time in Verbier. The apartment is just a short distance from the ski lift, and we thoroughly enjoyed the private terrace and wonderful view. Catrine was very responsive and flexible and really recommend this place.

My daughter and I enjoyed every second of our stay, we loved the view, from the lounge, the kitchen and the bed. It’s amazing to wake up to the white beautiful Winter Wonderland mountains of Verbier, the balcony is wonderful, I enjoyed the Winter Sun on the sunbed, sometimes from noon onwards. Thank you Camilla for letting us stay in your gorgeous apartment and thank you for being so kind and helpful, especially to let us in so much earlier, and also organizing a hairdryer when we needed one. This is an excellent modern flat with two good size bedrooms and bathrooms. It takes about 5 minutes walk or so to get to the Sunegga ski lift area which works well. There are restaraunts close by, but you may be better going across the other side of the river.

Petit appartement mais parfait pour 2 personnes. Le décor est authentique et agréable. L'équipement est complet, moderne de bon goût et de qualité.

Mi sono sentita come a casa, tutto in ordine, comodo ed è super accessoriata. Consigliatissimo
