Megan’s place was great for our big family. It’s spacious and the extra living area in the back was great for the kids to hangout in. The area is nice and it was easy to find. Please note that the driveway is uphill and when we arrived, it had just snowed at least 8 inches. We had AWD/4x4 vehicles and it was still a battle to get up the driveway. Doable after some attempts but just a heads up if you’re visiting during the winter! Overall a great stay.

We had a wonderful week at Teri's place. The view is gorgeous from the patio. It is so peaceful. You feel like you are there alone. We appreciated Teri’s quick response to questions. The house contains everything you would need. I would recommend Teri’s place to everyone. We hope to come back soon.

Look no further. This home was lovely and had everything we needed for our family of four. Every part of the home was comfortable and spacious. Jeff checked on us and responded quickly any time I had a question. The house is a few miles from the main area in town. Very easy to get to. Peaceful and quiet. Gorgeous scenery. There is nothing I could think of to improve. Our best AirBNB stay by far!

Michelle’s place blew us away. It was even better than the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with everything one could imagine. The steam shower was a big hit for our group. And having a garage for a vehicle is a big bonus. Especially when it snows, as it did a lot during our stay. The master bedroom overlooks the highway and ski resort so you do hear the snow plows working away in the early morning hours. But hard to complain when it’s a powder day on the slopes😃

We had a great 2-week stay at Hope’s place. She was very responsive to any questions and addressed our concerns immediately. The place was clean and had everything we needed. I look forward to returning.

Staying at this house was exactly what we needed! We loved the rooms and the location. We were all so happy to be in CO at such a great place.

We loved our stay at this beautiful house! One thing to note is it is 2 bedrooms with a sleeper loft that has a trundle and a king bed. This was unclear to us initially, as there were not pictures that clearly showed the set up. It didn’t detract from the wonderful setting or the comfortable home for us. We would gladly stay again.

Loved the stay and Amanda was amazing. I dont blame the dirty toaster oven and the candles that had wax on the fireplace on Amanda—that was the cleaners. They should be checking everything. Amanda was very responsive and the placed was amazing. Would definitely stay again. Place was very pet friendly! Loved the location -outside of town- yet close enough to everything. She was flexible and we absolutely loved the scenery and the stay!!!!

An excellent place to stay. Everything was very clean and orderly. We felt very comfortable during our stay; we loved the great views of a snowy mountainside backdrop in the winter time; and breathtaking starry night skies. Check-in and Check-out was very smooth and effortless. Definitely recommend this place for a quiet vacation getaway.

Just a beautiful location! Truly did not want to leave. The house was stunning and the view was even better. Just a short drive to down town Durango and to Purgatory ski resort. Couldn’t have picked a better spot! The host was very sweet and the home was very inviting. The place was well decorated with very modern decor. Hopefully will come again!

We loved our stay! Perfectly located near all the fun things in town, comfy beds, and nice living room space to hang out with friends after skiing. Loved the huge windows perfect for watching sunrise and sunset. Highly recommend!

This is the best place to stay at Purgatory Resort. Ski-in Ski-out is an understatement. Literally, skied right to ski lift. I would recommend staying here every trip to Purgatory Resort. Kris is always helpful in every aspect.

This place was perfect for mine and my boyfriends anniversary and his birthday. I loved how clean and inviting the condo was. The view was absolutely breathtaking and I would stay here again!

What we liked most about our stay here was there were so many places in walking distance. This location is quiet and peaceful. Grocery store and Walgreens are all in walking distance as well.

My wife and I booked this property for our 5th anniversary. We wanted a quiet place, a little outside of town, and it couldn't have been better. The scenery is fantastic! The location itself is quiet and peaceful. The hosts were excellent and were quick to respond over text if we needed anything. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat in the beautiful San Jaun mountains, I can't recommend this property more! We look forward to visiting again! Thanks!

We liked the location on the golf course. The hot tub was working and was great. The home was clean and comfortable.

We absolutely loved staying with Susan, she made us feel so welcomed and at home. Her home is beautiful, clean and peaceful in a way that is hard to describe. I highly recommend her home if you’re looking to relax, have quiet time, and get a great night sleep. You’ll enjoy seeing wildlife on the way and once you’re there! It was amazing. My daughter and I were able to go on the roof of her home and star gaze at the most stars I have ever seen. We had such a great experience I can’t say enough wonderful things about her home. My only regret is that we didn’t get to spend more time there, but we plan to return in the spring to visit again! Thank you Susan and of course her dog Love, who both made us feel so at home!❤️

Susan made me feel right at home. Her homestead is beautiful and a lot of time and energy has gone into it. I learned a bit staying there and would go back.

We had a great stay with a group of friends for our annual snowboarding trip to Purgatory. The location was ideal, roughly 20 minutes to the mountain and less than 15 minutes to downtown. The hosts were kind and super responsive and the house was absolutely incredible. With 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and multiple spacious common areas, there was plenty of room for our large group. The house is in a secluded gated community on a mountain shared by only 5 houses. Anytime the roads are dry you could get there with any car, but if you're going when there's snow on the ground you'll definitely need 4WD or chains to get to the house because of the elevation. 4WD is great idea in snowy weather regardless, but it'd be a requirement here. We will definitely be booking here again as soon as we solidify dates for next year; we've done Durango for 7 years in a row now and have never had a house accommodate our group better than this one. If we could leave 6 stars we would!
