Vallès Oriental : locations de vacances avec home cinéma

Rubens is a great host who made me feel welcome right from the check-in. He accommodated my early check-in request by letting me drop my bags off early as the check-in is at 3 PM, which saved me time and the hassle of carrying my bags! The stay was nice and I felt like I had everything that I needed. As a solo traveller I didn’t cook or use the laundry but the place has whatever you need if you have a longer stay. My only comment is the bathroom is quite stuffy and the water is not the hottest when compared to a hotel. The location is lovely and I actually really found joy in spending time near the Airbnb. There are a couple cafés and dessert shops as well as bars that serve local food. The metro station is super close as well, which is nice when you come home at night. This Airbnb is quite far when compared to downtown hotels, but you can make it work if you plan. It’s roughly 30 minutes metro to catalunya. Would recommend!

Nous avons passé une semaine sympathique. Nous n'avons presque pas utilisé la voiture. Le logement est conforme à la description, et confortable. Des échanges réactifs et vraiment sympas. Merci beaucoup.

Alojamiento super recomendable, tal y como se describe. Vistas increíbles, el apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para estar como en casa, en una ubicación de lujo. Adrián cómo anfitrión estuvo pendiente de todos los detalles, atendiendo todas nuestras consultas, es muy atento. Muy buena comunicación en todo momento. Fue todo un acierto escoger este apartamento para pasar estas semanas con mi hija y mis dos gatitos. Muchas gracias por todo. ;)

Très bon séjour, appartement propre et proches des commodités ainsi que de la plage, seul petit bémol le ballon d'eau chaude est un peu petit pour trois personnes (3ieme douche fini a l'eau froide) . Sinon rien a redire.

We had a great one week stay with the family. The accommodation is very functional, there is everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Our children enjoyed finding plenty of outdoor and indoor games throughout their vacation. Iago is very welcoming, responsive and very kind. I highly recommend his apartment, the outside is very friendly, it offers you a magnificent view of the sea and possibility to have a small drink on the terrace. I think we will return at the next opportunity

Très bonne appartement pas loin du centre de Barcelone avec un hôte très accueillant

Le logement est l'un des meilleurs que nous ayons eu a loué. La vue sur la mer, le bruit des vagues qu'on entend depuis le balcon est superbe. Prendre son petit déjeuner face à la mer, bercé par les vagues au soleil a été une superbe expérience. L'appartement est très grand. Il est très bien équipé en vaisselle et en équipement. Rien à redire. Saray nous a acceullie à notre arrivée. Elle nous a aidé à porter nos valises, guider dans la prise de l'appartement. Cela a été très apprécié. Pas eu de souci pour se garer de l'autre côté de la voie ferrée à 5/10 minutes de marche à pied de l'appartement. L'appartement est à 15 minutes de la gare. Barcelone Sants est à 1h de train, Barcelone Francia 1h20. Coût d'un aller retour : 12€/personne Possibilité d'un billet famille (c'était notre cas) : 8€/personne Supérette au pied de l'immeuble. Liddl ou Mercadona à 15 minutes à pied. Saray a répondu à nos quelques questions pendant le séjour. Pour résumer une très bonne expérience ; à recommander

Avons été ravis de profiter d'une maison de 200 ans d'âge : le quartier présente de magnifiques demeures typiques du pays avec ses influences orientales L'espace de vie est agréable : 🔥 feu dans poêle très apprécié au vue des températures extérieures ( hiver) Les propriétaires nous ont laissé une boîte de gâteaux typiques de la région: nous avons apprécié L'accueil avec les enfants a été très apprécié : propriétaires présents 🎁

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la casa de Roger qui était super réactif et très sympathique. La maison était très propre et équipée jusqu’au sel. L’emplacement était parfait pas loin du centre de Barcelone mais assez pour être tranquille dans un quartier sécurisé. Bref tout était parfait pour notre famille.

Very nice place and well equipped for our family vacation with 2 young children. Francesc was very responsive and was always on hand to help with any queries. Only a 10 minute walk to the sea and the bakery down the road from the property was excellent. Would recommend this property.

Nuestra estancia en Gualba estuvo muy bien, todo estaba limpio y la casa tenia de todo y el jacuzzi siempre es un extra que se agradece😝. Vicente era amable y siempre estaba atento a solucionar cualquier problema que pudiera pasar. Recomendable 100%!

Armen and Vera's house is simply wonderful! We are beyond grateful that we got to spend two months there. Thoughtful and creative design with unique pieces from wall art to barometers to curtains and tiles (far beyond your average 'box store'-decor rental house) plus quality, comfortable furnishings throughout. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and easy to use. Filtered water on tap was added bonus. The living room fireplace was efficient and enchanting for cold Spanish winter and we enjoyed the outdoor grill, too. The brand new swimming pool is gorgeous! The hanging chairs were perfect reading nooks. We enjoyed daily walks to the long, white beaches of Calafell and the Espai Natural de Les Madrigueres (wetlands area at the beach with bird watch), and the Guernica memorial. The local market was lovely with excellent produce (outside of the Mercadona, but in same building) and perfect little taverna/cafe. This house is better than the photos. We absolutely loved this place! Extremely cozy, comfortable, very clean, has everything you might need. The host was very friendly and helpful, and it was very easy to communicate. Our dog loved the place as well! Definitely coming back!

Todo muy bien, incluso mejor que en las fotos. Las habitaciones son cómodas y espaciosas para alojar 3 o 4 personas. El salón es grande (le faltaría, a mi parecer, una mesita baja de centro delante del sofá enfrente de la TV). La terraza y la mesa de fuera están muy bien para desayunar o cenar en la terraza. Y las piscinas son fantásticas. Buena relación precio-calidad.

très bon emplacement et avec vue sur la mer depuis le balcon, la climatisation et le Wi-Fi sont un vrai plus, l appartement est très bien équipé et les photos correspondent vraiment. Mr Dalibor est très agréable et réactif, tout comme le service de conciergerie, personnel très accueillante et agréable.

I loved staying at Mireia’s place. The room is small but the rest of the house was spacious so that was not a problem for me. I really loved the neighborhood, and overall I had a great time.
