David war ein sehr freundlicher und wirklich äußerst hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, es hat alles perfekt geklappt! Schlüsselübergabe auch absolut einwandfrei bei Ankunft und Abreise! Die Wohnung ( auch die Gegend dort)war ebenfalls sehr schön, sehr sauber und absolut sicher. Ohne Probleme und nur mit kurzem Fußmarsch (weniger als 5 Minuten) sind Supermärkte und Drogerie erreichbar. Ebenfalls zur Wohnung gehört ein easy einfahrbarer Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Lift von Tiefgarage bis Wohnung möglich (sehr praktisch für Einkäufe!!). Erwähnenswert sind auch der phänomenale Rooftop Pool und die wunderschöne Terrasse zum Essen und Verweilen. Wir werden in jedem Fall wieder dorthin fahren und können es wirklich sehr empfehlen!! Fotos stimmen exakt mit Realität überein!

Das Haus ist ein Teil von Francas und Nadias Haus: Wohn- und Außenbereich sind privat und man ist für sich; gleichzeitig ist immer jemand erreichbar, wenn man etwas braucht. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es Lokale; Bäckerei und Geschäfte sind in den umliegenden Ortschaften mit dem Auto erreichbar. Als Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen ist es perfekt!

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 kleinen Kindern dort.. In das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett passen bequem zwei Beistellbetten. Die Wohnungen sind super hellhörig. An sich ist die Wohnung sehr groß. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermutung ist eine 1+ mit Sternchen. Kümmern sich auch sofort wenn etwas ist. Die Pizzeria neben an hat uns nicht gestört.

Completely renovated studio appartment with private garden. very clean and well organized with all you need. there is no real kitchen, but there are microwave, cofee machine, katle and refrigerator. there is slso new washing machin which is not connected yet. there are some groceries like toasts and jam, which is nice. Maria was very responsive and helpful. the neighborhood is quite and I saw some local restaurants/ fast food close by but since we only came for a night sleep, we didn't really checked it. to sumarize, if you don't mind staying out of the center, it is a very nice place to stay

We had an awesome time. Garda is fantastic with something for everyone, Silvia was wonderful. Calima (dog) is super cute and happy to see guests. The apartment was spacious, clean, and the washing machine was a god send! We also had access to the hotel down the road, and all of the amenities (including pool, fitness suite, restaurant).

Prima esperienza con Airbnb e devo dire che sono piacevolmente sorpresa. Appartamento in perfette condizioni. Tutto corrispondeva alla descrizione. Istruzioni chiare e precise.

We loved our stay. The location is wonderful - up a little mountain road, so we had an amazing view over the Lake. A car is essential for most people, as it's a 20-30 minute walk down to the nearest village. The pool is gorgeous and was cleaned regularly while we were there. The rooms are lovely. The outdoor space with roof garden, large balcony and pool area was perfect for such a large group. They could do with addressing a couple of minor issues, like the shower head in the en-suite bathroom doesn't reach the hook, and they could do with putting a few more glasses in the kitchen, but none of these issues detracted from our stay, which all 14 of us really enjoyed.

Simeone was a fantastic host. Very responsive and approachable. The bikes were awesome and great for our family to get to all the local spots without the need for a car. The apartment is very homely and welcoming with a very well equipped kitchen. The living and dining area is great to relax in after a day on the bikes and lake. The location is close enough to Malcesine for an easy lake side bike ride along a bike path, but also away from the crowds. It is also a great location to access multiple Windsurf, Kitesurf and Wing Foil spots. Plenty of SUP and Kayaking near by. Lovely to paddle down to the fort. We stayed during one of the hottest days of the year (37degrees). Whilst there is no ac, properly managing the ventilation of the property and some additional fans greatly helped beat the heat. This was a wonderful property for our active family. We stayed 5 days and only used the car once to go to Torbole. Never short of things to do. We could have stayed longer!

Die Unterkunft war traumhaft. Das Apartment war wie auf den Bildern, sehr schön und sehr sauber. Wir waren im Jänner da und das Apartment war sehr warm. Die Umgebung und die Landschaft ist einfach traumhaft. Wir haben tolle Tips für Restaurants in Soave bekommen. Sehr empfehlenswert. Im Sommer kann man auch den Pool benutzen. Wir würden uns freuen, noch einmal im Sommer zu kommen.

Appartamento silenzioso, pulito, con tutti i comfort e in posizione ottimale per raggiungere tutti i servizi di trasporto e i monumenti principali. Host super disponibile e gentile. Ci ha permesso di passare una bellissima vacanza!

The combination of jaccuzzi and jaccuzzi pool are perfect. thé garden is surrounded by A fence so was very good for our dog. The property is beautiful and clean. The rooms are just big enough. our kitchen was in our room. Rino, thé owner, is Daily over there and he is giving good tips. We enjoyed our stay.

El apartamento cumple con todo lo que describe en el anuncio, es un apartamento que tiene de todo lo que puedes necesitar. Muy limpio y nuevo. Es una zona tranquila, con comercios cerca donde hacer la compra, cerca del centro y con zona de aparcamiento alrededor. Raffaele ha sido un anfitrión genial, dándonos facilidades para el día de llegada y ha estado pendiente de nuestra comodidad. Sin duda para repetir.

Check in is really easy with the barber shop right there. The location is great and quiet. The apartment is advertised for 8 guests but 6 was too many. The two futons in the common area sleep 4 which was less than ideal for two couples. Still, the stay was enjoyable.

The house was beautiful, right on the central piazza and convenient to services. Equipped with everything you could need, and Alberto is friendly and responsive, and speaks English. He left clear and useful directions for everything we might need. Would stay again at any of his properties!

Die Unterkunft ist einfach unfassbar! Ein Traum, ein Paradies! So ruhig, so schön. Die Aussicht unbezahlbar. Ich kann diese Unterkunft und die Gastgeber jedem herzlich empfehlen!

Die Unterkunft hatte alles, was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt. Mit dem Fahrrad (die uns zur Verfügung gestellt worden sind) haben wir den See in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Samstagvormittag ist in der Nähe ein Markt, den wir besucht haben. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgeberinnen war perfekt! Wir würden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. (Kleiner Tipp: in dieser Gegend sind kleine Mücken. Nimmt ein Spray dagegen mit!)

La signora Paola è stata meravigliosa, appena arrivati si è presa cura di noi facendoci vedere la casa e dandoci informazioni sulla località e dintorni. Il nostro soggiorno, anche se breve, è stato superiore alle nostre aspettative. Tutto corrisponde alle foto pubblicate. ci siamo sentiti a casa nostra.

Pino is a very friendly and awesome host! The apartment is large and from my perspective even better as shown in the pictures. I was really happy to be his guest and I'm looking forward to be it again in future!

Das Haus hat eine super schöne Aussicht auf den Gardasee. Wer es ruhig mag, ist hier genau richtig! Wir waren über Silvester hier und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Der kleine Wintergarten mit Holzhofen war unser persönliches Highlight. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich, das Bad sollte allerdings renoviert werden, dort kommt etwas der Putz runter. Die Schlafzimmer waren leider anders aufgeteilt als gedacht. In dem einem Schlafzimmer war nur ein 1,40m Bett und ein Einzelbett. Um von dort ins Bad zu gelangen muss man durch das zweite Schlafzimmer durch. Das zweite liegt unter dem Wohnzimmer und man kann keine Tür schließen. Das hat für uns die Schlafsituation mit zwei Familien und einem Kleinkind leider etwas erschwert. Ansonsten war alles super und das Haus ist trotzdem zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten urspr. 7 Nächte zu viert gebucht. Wir konnten zwar nur auf Englisch sprechen, aber das war auch mit unsren Kenntnissen möglich. Die Unterkunft hat uns begeistert. Es gab im 1. OG eine Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzi., Bad und Küche/Wohnzi. & ein extra Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Im Erdgeschoss befand sind eine Sitzgruppe, wo wir abends immer Spiele spielten, noch ein Bad mit Dusche, ein Fitnessraum & der Whirpool. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Zudem war alles blitzsauber! Es gab nicht mal Staub auf den Schränken oder Spinnweben unter dem Dach! Einfach toll. Per Handy-Nachrichten konnten wir die Gastgeber jederzeit erreichen und sie reagierten sehr zügig. Einer von beiden kam täglich vorbei um zu gießen & den Pool zu prüfen, aber das war nicht störend. Am Ende haben wir sogar um 1 Nacht verlängert. Die Wohnung liegt oberhalb des Sees, aber wir haben uns mit dem Auto jeden Tag einen neuen Strand gesucht. Es war wirklich traumhaft! Wir kommen gern wieder!
