I was extremely pleased with my stay. The house is beautiful. The neighborhood is friendly and safe. It was close to anything I needed. The host was great to communicate with. Whenever I go back to Tampa, I will most definitely stay with them!!

We had a great stay. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for cooking. The hosts were kind and communicative. They checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, and I knew if we needed something I could reach out. We had a comfortable stay here and would definitely book again if we return to the Tampa area!

This may be one of the best Airbnb rentals we have ever had. We rented this house because we had a family wedding nearby. It accommodated the members of the family who stayed, and everybody loved it! Such a cool house in a great location.

This Airbnb was the perfect boho getaway for me and my daughters. The place was so cute and had everything we could need. This Airbnb is incredibly comfortable and welcoming. Such a beautiful and unique place to stay with a peaceful backyard where we sat around together and hung out as a family. Five stars, will definitely be back.

We stayed in Larry's house for a full month and enjoyed every day. The neighborhood is quiet, and the view from the deck is amazing - there are beautiful sunrises and so many birds! I went out almost every morning to walk around the neighborhood and down to Mobley Beach Park. The only thing that would have made the location better would have been to be within walking distance of restaurants, but several great restaurants were just a short drive away. Larry was very friendly and responsive. One night there was a storm in the area and we lost power. Within 10 minutes he called me to check on us and tell us where we could find emergency lanterns. I would recommend this house!!

for starters I have to say me and my fiancée run and own airbnbs in other states and we decided to give this place a chance and I am so glad we did we both absolutely loved this place we had a hectic flight and unfortunately forgot a couple simple things. Upon arrival we noticed the room had cosmetic things 2 use for guests and that was above and beyond for them 2 go out their way and leave condiments and simple bathroom needs the room was super cozy and clean the patio was great everything about the property was fantastic tbh we will definitely be staying again we ended up leaving tanning oil and a few things for the next guests as well because we thought it was great and very generous that she had things many airbnbs are not required 2 have we will personally be applying that 2 are rentals when we go home now so if you can leave a little something for the nexts guests because we all know traveling can be hectic only negative thing about the property was we could not stay longer :/

Very nice stay. In a great location of Tampa in the channel district, and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Tampa area.

It was a nice quiet place. Close enough to walk to the North Shore Aquatic Complex.

My wife Marion and I totally enjoyed meeting Mary and loved her place. It was very much as described and was full of many extra's that made us feel conformance at home. The location was perfect for a visit to downtown and the pier to the east and to the beaches to the west. We would say that this was one of our best Airbnb stays and recommend this rental 100%

My daughter and I stayed while she was attending a swim meet. Great location to the meet, downtown, and 25-30 min drive to Madeira Beach where we would spend our afternoons. Great location and perfect accommodations for our needs.

Great location! Just a short walk to downtown and Amalie Arena. Terrific amenities including a nice fitness center and two pools. The condo was clean and comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom had all the supplies we needed. Jonathan was very responsive to all questions. Would definitely book again if in Tampa.

We loved our stay at Nella’s place. We lived in DTSP for several years so we knew all the local spots. The walkable proximity to several restaurants and Crescent Lake was just lovely. A very short drive to the Beach dr area and the Pier. The space is tastefully decorated, cozyand clean. Literally the cleanest airbnb we’ve ever had the pleasure to stay in. All of the expected amenities were available. Parking was simple and the outdoor space was really nice as well. Nella was quickly responsive to any questions during booking and during the stay. I look forward to returning multiple times as we frequently travel to St Pete. Thanks Nella!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. It was easy to find, and getting in was a breeze. Susan and Dan, who live next door, were always available and happy to help with any questions. The washer and dryer were high-capacity and looked brand new. We’d definitely stay here again in the future!

My stay in the Rooster Hut was too short. This is the kind of place you fantasize about holding up to hide from the world, write a book, etc.. It is very private and has just enough space for one or two people. It is close to major roads in the area, but still gives you the feeling that you're 10 miles into the wilderness. Inside, the feel is very rustic. Lots of exposed wood and matching furniture. The rooster theme continues inside. The house is furnished as a small home/cabin with a well provisioned full kitchen, etc. There is a bathroom that fits one and a separate shower attached to the kitchen. Upstairs is a nicely sized bedroom with two desks. The bed was large and comfy with soft, clean linens. There were several well placed power outlets to keep devices charged. There are 360 degree windows, so you can wake with the sun (and nearby rooster :)). Wifi was strong and fast and both floors had smart TVs. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and can't wait to return.

We had a party of 8 which included 5 kids. Everyone had a good time and enjoyed staying here. The house has lots of space, is inviting and relaxing. The playroom/area downstairs kept the kids entertained. The checkout process is one of the easiest I've experienced. I loved not feeling rushed and overtasked on the morning of checkout. The home is in good shape with lots of seemingly new furniture. The outside was decent considering the effects of the hurricane in this area. I may have missed it in the description, but it was important to understand that two bedrooms are downstairs and use a totally separate entrance from the main house.

Great cabin with lots of games. Quiet and peaceful. Comfortably accommodated seven of us. The host was very responsive and quick to communicate.

BEST AIRBNB IN LAKELAND BY FAR! I had an amazing time. The hammock was super comfortable and the patio was a very cool place to hang out. Room was incredibly clean and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to cook. Bed was comfortable and wifi works perfect. this place is a hidden gem in lakeland.

I frequently stay at Airbnbs when I travel and Miss Ruby and the surrounding land and trees and lake where so beautiful, much more beautiful than the pictures demonstate. Judi is so helpful and responsive and easy to communicate with. I loved every aspect of my three night stay, the outside shower is amazing, and the camper is so cozy. The lake is stunning. A true nature lovers retreat. I highly recommend staying at Judi's Miss Ruby or Cozy Suite. Thank you Judi, beautiful home and guest quarters for people like me who love to travel and have different experiences. She thought of everything guests may need.
