L'appartement de Juan Pablo est vraiment bien situé, on peux vraiment faire tout mais vraiment tout à pied . appartement propre, correspond aux photos et l'hôte est disponible par téléphone dans problème. Je le suis sentie comme chez moi. Je reccomande sans hésitation.

Laura was really helpful. I came here as an Erasmus student looking for a place to rent and had to stay at an Airbnb for some days. Laura really helped me out and made me feel safe and not alone. She’s truly the best. Kind and friendly as well as caring she’s the best host you could ask for.

Yo estaría encantado de volver... empezando porque la ubicación céntrica que tiene el piso te da acceso a Gran Vía, Plaza Mayor y Sol. Tiene fácil acceso al transporte público. En cuanto a las instalaciones, el hospedaje es como se muestra en la publicación, todo super limpio, una decoración genial que te hace sentir un ambiente acogedor. La comunicación con el host fue estupenda y fluida. Instrucciones fáciles. Por cierto, Madrid está increíble!!!

Estancia muy agradable en el apartamento. Dispone de los servicios que anuncia y es muy cómodo. Comunicación muy fácil con Juan en la hora de entrada y salida. Zona tranquila, con tiendas y supermercados cerca.

We are senior nomads so stay in lots of accommodations. This is exactly what you want--clean, safe, quiet, well stocked, comfortable bed, walkable and very near public transportation. I would love to duplicate this apartment every where we go!

We are 4 people who met at Gabriela's home. I, (Filipino+Sudanese), My partner Robert (Hungarian), Our Friend Giselle(Taiwanese) and our other friend Raphael(German). We all felt we needed a safe and empathetic place to plan for our futures (We successfully planned our short term goals at this home, and the whole place of Nina specially the garden was the perfect spot for these meetings, (the meeting also included our friend Hashim(Filipino+Yemeni) joining through video call.) Gabriela, I’ll say this again. I am very thankful for your detailed effort in letting us feel at home(the furniture, the mother touch decoration, the detailed appliances and utensils in the kitchen, the food!, the welcome drinks…etc). You are a godmother who provided the essentials for us to plan to make this world a better place. Thank you Gabriela, I will always remember you. Till we meet in again:) Hana

Male a été une très bonne hôte, toujours disponible et très réactive. la maison est charmante et pratique avec une salle de bain par chambre ce qui simplifie e enormement l'organisation pour des couples ou amis. Nous avons déjà réservé notre prochain séjour.

Me and my friend had an amazing experience at Gema’s place. We stayed for 10 days and right from the start Gema was helpful and communicated nicely. Miguel received us and showed us the place and explained the details. I recall we wanted to check if there was a ground coffee making machine and Gema straight away ordered a new one which was extremely nice of her as a host. The place was quite clean with all the things appropriately working. The location was good for us and there is a separate parking for the apartment as well. I would definitely come back to gema’s place. She as a host and her apartment is top rated in my opinion.

Es un oasis de paz en el centro de Madrid …me sentí cómo en casa ,sin ruidos .aparqué los dos días en la puerta del apartamento.Sin duda ,volveré aquí cada vez que vuelva a Madrid

Logement à proximité d’une station de métro et à 20 minutes du centre de Madrid. Logement situé dans un quartier calme et avec un petit centre commercial et des restaurants à proximité. Également un parc idéal pour les familles et enfants. Logement assez spacieux et agréable avec le patio. Seul problématique pas de parking gratuit si vous êtes en voiture. Je recommande fortement ce logement et Juan qui est un hôte très réactif et avec de précieux conseils.

Ha sido una experiencia formidable. Alquilamos la casa entre varios miembros de la familia para celebrar la Noche de Reyes con los más pequeños y todo salió a la perfección. Una casa amplia, con todas las comodidades, y en un lugar privililegiado. Cabe destacar que Reyes (la anfitriona) estuvo pendiente de que todo fuera bien constantemente! Un gusto!

Herzige mit liebe eingerichtete und zweckmässig möblierte Wohnung. Es war eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln, Shampoo, Duschmittel im Badezimmer und auch genug Frotteetücher vorhanden - top. Lebendiges Quartier, welches wir sehr geschätzt haben. Auch am Abend sind immer noch viele Leute unterwegs, sodass man sich noch zu später Stunde noch Wohl fühlt. Obwohl es ein lebendiges Quartier war, war es in der Wohnung selber recht ruhig, so dass man auch länger schlafen konnte. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe einer U-Bahnstation, welche direkt in die City fährt. Verhungern oder verdursten wird man in diesem Quartier sicher nicht. Kommunikation mit Carmen war super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt.

Un piso muy apetecible en una zona genial. Mirelis nos ayudó mucho con el check-in y el check-out. Recomiendo 100%

El apartamento es pequeño pero espacioso y muy luminoso. Todo reformado, limpio y muy cómodo, con zona común. No está especialmente cerca del centro pero era la zona que buscaba. Oscar en todo momento fue muy atento y amable. Muy recomendable!

Santiago is an amazing host—kind, attentive, and always available when needed. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The space is small, but cozy and inviting, with a warm, homely feel. All the pretty plants made it feel like a genuine home rather than one of those impersonal apartments with plastic decor. It’s also very clean and well-maintained. Oh and the bed is super comfy! If I could give him 6 stars, I would! Highly recommended 100%!

Liron was such a good host - provided great recommendations, super easy to communicate with and very flexible accommodating our check-in! The place is in a great neighborhood, easily walkable to a ton of stuff, definitely recommend!

Un appartement très bien situé et très bien équipé. Tiago a été très conciliant pour notre heure d’arrivée et de départ. Toujours réactif pour répondre à mes questions. Le seul point négatif serait peut être le bruit des voisins ( mais c’est peut être la normalité à Madrid de mettre la télé fort ). En tout cas un appartement à retenir si jamais je refais un séjour à Madrid.
