Perfect spot for a longer stay in Chania. The beach is very close and so is the old town and other nice beaches on the west. Alkis was an extremely helpful host so would recommend him and all his listings.

This unit was very comfortable for two of us. Stamatis is a great host, very responsive. We had an issue with the TV, Wi-Fi and the tea kettle. They were resolved immediately. We needed something to be printed and he offered to come on Saturday to help us. Very nice.

Απίστευτο σπίτι,πλήρες εξοπλισμένο, πολύ όμορφος χώρος, άνετο καθιστικό και υπνοδωμάτιο, πολύ μεγάλη κουζίνα,εξαιρετικό μπάνιο. Η τοποθεσία του άψογη, πέντε λεπτά μακριά με τα πόδια από την λίμνη και την κεντρική πλατεία. Ο κύριος Σταύρος πάρα πολύ φιλόξενος και φιλικός, μας έδωσε οδηγίες για τις μέρες μας εκεί, μας πρότεινε επίσης ένα πολύ ωραίο εστιατόριο με την καλύτερη θέα του αγίου νικολαου πάνω από την λίμνη που το συστήνουμε σε όλους ανεπιφύλακτα. Μείναμε παρά πολύ ικανοποιημένοι με όλα, σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε!!!

Modern, well designed & equipped condo. Great location within walking distance to waterfront and many good restaurants. Reserved covered parking is a bonus. Gad is very responsive.

Ich habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Apartment ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet, modern und doch sehr gemütlich. Praktisch und mit wunderbarer Dusche. Die Kommunikation war immer sehr zuvorkommend und hilfreich! Ich komme gerne wieder.

Prachtig uitzicht, rustig, alles op wandelafstand, met oog voor detail ingericht. Heel erg lieve hosts: lekkere honing, confituur, kaas, boter en eieren, granaatappel, koffie, thee, drankje, goeie tips voor resto, bar, strand,...Fantastisch terras en aparte patio bij inkom. Aanrader!

Die Unterkunft war ihr Geld definitiv wert. Es ist ein Airbnb im „Hotelstil“: es gibt eine Rezeption mit der wundervollen Maria, die für alles eine Lösung kennt (danke dafür). Dazu gibt es eine super fleißige Putzcrew. Ansonsten hat man seine „eigene“ kleine Wohnung mit so liebevoller und detailreicher Ausstattung, dass man sich wirklich wie zu Hause fühlt. Unser Bett war soooooo bequem, dass wir jeden Tag lange schlafen konnten und der absolute Gamechanger für uns war die Waschmaschine. Das Airbnb ist etwas außerhalb, wir hatten leider kein Auto gemietet und sind daher viel zu Fuß unterwegs gewesen. Dadurch trafen wir auf viele Restaurants und Cafés, in denen sich die Locals aufhalten statt nur „Touris“ um uns zu haben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder ❤️ mit Fahrzeug :) Danke für alles. Nettes Apartment, sehr schön mit Retrozeugs (z. B. Computerspiele) dekoriert. Blitzsauber, sehr gemütliches Bett, großzügiger Balkon, alles Wesentliche gemütlich per Fuß zu erreichen. George ist ein großartiger Gastgeber, hat immer sehr schnell auf Anfragen reagiert und uns viele hilfreiche Empfehlungen gegeben. Jederzeit wieder

Excellent séjour chez Manolis. La résidence est magnifique, paisible, bien agencée. Accès à un rooftop partagé vue mer pour manger ou chiller. Balcon au dessus de la piscine. Le logement est à 10min en voiture de Rethymno. Facile d'accès et pour se garer (ce qui n'est pas le cas de la Rethymno!). Bel endroit pour découvrir Rethymno et ses alentours et les plages du sud à 40min. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés et seront heureux d'y revenir. Et Manolis est d'une gentillesse telle qu'il est difficile de partir.

Beautiful well thought out airbnb with everything you need. 20 minute walking from the old town and great hosts!

Ottimo appartamento in zona tranquilla, ma ad un minuto a piedi dal mare e da una zona con molti locali affacciati sul mare. A 10 minuti dalla città vecchia. Appartamento con piccolo terrazzo con ottima vista mare (2 sedie e tavolino), piacevole soprattutto la sera e la mattina. Altro ampissimo terrazzo coperto con tenda, attrezzato anche con barbeque. L’appartamento si presenta bene con tutti i comfort. Pratico e piacevole il soggiorno. Host puntuale nelle risposte e nei suggerimenti. Molto apprezzato. Parcheggio per auto disponibile nelle vie limitrofe ma sempre a massimo 2 minuti dall’appartamento. Noi in 4 (due adulti e due bambini) siamo stati benissimo sfruttando poco del grande spazio a disposizione.

Прекрасное расположение апартаментов, возле пляжа. Очень чисто и уютно. Все рестораны и магазины находятся на улице в минуте от апартаментов, но при этом никакого шума . Очень понравилось. Также удобно добираться до лучших пляжей Крита, если арендовали автомобиль.

Un soggiorno perfetto! Abbiamo trascorso le nostre vacanze estive in questo appartamento e siamo rimasti entusiasti. La casa è bellissima, estremamente pulita e ordinata, curata nei minimi dettagli. La posizione era ideale per visitare le attrazioni della zona e godere di momenti di relax. Zoe è stata eccezionale: sempre gentile, disponibile H24 e pronta a fornire ottimi consigli su cosa visitare e dove mangiare. Grazie ai suoi suggerimenti abbiamo scoperto spiagge meravigliose e ristoranti che hanno reso la nostra esperienza ancora più memorabile. Inoltre, un gesto davvero apprezzato è stato permetterci di effettuare il check-out alle 17, ben oltre l'orario stabilito, visto che la nostra partenza era prevista in serata. Questo ci ha consentito di godere appieno dell'ultimo giorno senza fretta. Non possiamo che consigliare vivamente questo appartamento e ringraziare Zoe di ogni cosa!

Abbiamo soggiornato per 9 giorni in un bellissimo appartamento, pulitissimo ed attrezzatissimo. L’appartamento si trova a circa 10/15 minuti dal centro di Chania, davanti ad un supermercato e a nostro parere, si trova alla giusta distanza da tutte le spiagge più belle (1.45h max). L’ordine, la pulizia e l’attrezzatura dell’appartamento ci ha consentito di viverci il soggiorno al massimo! Vorrei riservare un grazie speciale alla carinissima Chrysoula. È stata gentilissima, socievole e disponibile a rispondere ad ogni nostra domanda. È stata la prima persona del posto che abbiamo conosciuto e ci ha veramente scaldato il cuore conoscerla…grazie! Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie mille!

Rundum hat alles sehr gut funktioniert. Auch die Technik und der Zustand in der Wohnung waren einwandfrei. Britta hat uns mit Ihrem Mann persönlich in Empfang genommen und alles in der Wohnung gezeigt. Sie hatte uns vorab einige Links zu Restaurants und Frühstück Cafés geschickt. Diese waren sehr hilfreich. Die Gegen erschien mich auch sicher zu sein und Mittwochs findet ein Wochenmarkt vor der Haustür statt. Der Weg in die Stadt war sehr einfach und gut zu meistern. Auch Ausflugsziele wie Balos Beach, Kourtaliotis Schlucht, Kournas-See und Elafonissi Strand waren mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wenn wir in Chania nochmal Urlaub machen, würden wir uns sehr gerne wieder bei Britta aufhalten.

Wij zijn 10 dagen verbleven in het appartement. Het is zeer vlak bij het oude centrum van Chania wat wel wat omgevingsgeluid opleverde, maar dat vonden wij niet storend. Ook het strand is op loopafstand. Om de paar dagen werd er schoongemaakt en werden handdoeken vervangen, dit was prettig. De jacuzzi is geweldig, er ontbreekt enkel een handleiding. Al met al een mooi appartement op een uitstekende locatie met voldoende privacy. We zouden het aan iedereen aanbevelen.

My husband and myself had stayed a week in September 2024 in Chrysa’s apartment. We absolutely recommend it, it was a true five star experience. The apartment is beautiful, well furnished (not only standard IKEA-like funuture) it has absolutely everything in it. It is comfortable, large, bright and in a nice and walkable position for Rethymno (about 15 minutes to the city center and the main beach). Also, it was spotless clean. We really enjoyed the terrace. Chrysa gave us some good hints for restaurants and bars. Also, she was extremely helpful when I unfortunately had some health problems and needed an ambulance. If there were six stars, I would give 6 stars to Chrysa as a host.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare una notte in questo angolo di paradiso ed è stato meraviglioso. Kostas è super, ci ha anticipato tutte le istruzioni per entrare già dal momento della prenotazione ed è sempre stato a portata di telefono per qualsiasi informazione o assistenza, con tempi di risposta di secondi! Che dire, il posto è meraviglioso per staccare la spina e rilassarsi circondati dalla natura e dal comfort. Pulizia perfetta, ci siamo sentiti a casa e siamo tornati rigenerati. La prossima volta staremo più giorni! Grazie per tutto Kostas!

The location is ok. Stuff is friendly and helpful. 🫶

Everything was exceptional! Katerina was very helpful. The apartment had everything we needed for our 10 days relaxing stay, right on the beach (1 min walk to the golden beach). Katerina provided fresh bed linen and towels half way through our stay. There are only 2 apartments in the building, 2 penthouses. Very quiet and peaceful! No lift but not too bad, easy stairs. 2 supermarkets are very close, 10 min walk, and the other shops are within 2 min walk from the apartment. The bus stop is 1 min walk. By bus 21 is 10 min to Chania, 2 EUR pp. Taxis are a bit pricey. 14 EUR. Thank you Katerina for everything! We recommend this apartment.

We had a fantastic 7 night stay at Villa Life. The apartment was spotless and well-equipped and the pool and outside areas (including a mini gym which we weren’t expecting) were excellent. Antonis and Eleni were friendly and responsive hosts, sorting us out with a superb value car rental and responding to all queries very quickly. Plenty of parking and a short walk to lovely restaurants. Overall fully recommend!

Everything was excellent. The nearby hotel that works with this AirBnb was very helpful. It’s good to remember that the second room is more of a nook with two sofas that could be used as beds and that if you want to use the toilet you would have to walk through the other persons room. Great for a family, even better for a couple. The jacuzzi and mural out back were lovely.

Amazing room and amazing host. The view is breathtaking. Would recommend!

We feel fortunate to have found this apartment. The location near Sougia gave us 10 minute access to Dougia town with it's excellent restaurants and beach. The view from our deck was stunning and a perfect place for more ing coffee and sunset wine sipping. Reception was about the best we have ever had. Check in was seamless and the reception lady was so helpful. We love Sougia and the AirAirbnb
