I have to say thank you, thank you, thank you! After my Airbnb at another property in Michigan informed me that they overbooked and I could not check in until a day later than I anticipated, I was put in a difficult situation, scrambling to find a place that will allow me to stay for one night. Jim was amazing in allowing us to come in and stay at the HollyWoods for the beginning of our trip. I wished I had found his place 2 months ago when I booked our entire week vacation The HollyWoods was far superior to where we ended up for the rest of our vacation. The hiking trails on the property, the fishing pond, the landscaping, the house, the kitchen that included everything you might need, exceeded all my expectations. The HollyWoods turned out to be better than any other Airbnb at which you've stayed. I highly, highly recommend The HollyWoods!

Robert was very responsive to messages and made check in easy. The duplex was fantastic and a short drive from town. The location was nice and quiet and very clean. Would stay here again!

Yellow Ranch Retreat was the perfect home away from home for my family . The spacious and extremely cozy home had all the amenities required for my family to enjoy our stay (i.e. WiFi, steaming service access, cooking utensils ). Additionally, the host Barbara-Yvonne ‘s attention to detail and responsiveness was impeccable. My family and I look forward to our next stay .

Terry provides a clean home away from home for anyone staying in the area. Plenty of activities and every convenience that you need is nearby.

We were in Benton Harbor for a wedding. Hotels are expensive and there are a ton of Airbnb’s that use that to their advantage when they price. Mollie’s place was perfect! Great size bedrooms, comfy beds, and everything was simple and clean. Great value and I’d book again!

Hosts were very responsive. The house was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we would need. We felt very at home here. If all airbnb's are like this, I won't stay in hotels anymore, it will be airbnb's for me (this was my first airbnb experience).

The Lamb Guest house was magnificent. Each room upstairs has its own en-suite bathroom. The main floor attached bedrooms were spacious and all mattresses were so comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with high end appliances including a kitchen aid stand mixer! We highly recommend this house for a large family gathering.

This is our 3rd year in a row to come for an extended Labor Day weekend and bring our kids and/or grandkids. We love the setting. The pool is perfect for the younger kids and the adults appreciate the beauty of all the surroundings, including at poolside. If we could change anything at all we would add another bedroom as we can't quite get all of our extended family here at one time. That said, we would like to return for a 4th year at Labor Day weekend time next year. The combination of beauty, privacy, amenities, condition (always in great shape!), and proximity to lovely South Haven can hardly be beat!

Phoebe was wonderfully responsive! The small issue we had with the sink was taken care of quickly and efficiently! Her home is beautifully decorated, and she was wonderful to work with as a host! We felt so comfortable and excited to share in the amenities her beautiful home offered

The home was as described and very clean. The house was near to the beach, hardly a 10 minute walk to the beach. Loved the place!

Anna was attentive, always available, very open and reasonable with all requests. We came into town for a family gathering and she made sure we had everything that we needed and more. Expectations are transparent. Their home is absolutely gorgeous and so welcoming. I would stay here 100 times over.

We had the best experience at Russ's place! The unit was extremely clean and we felt right at home! It was easy to find and in a very nice little development We enjoyed playing the games and and watching movies and playing some old games on the PlayStation! ! We rented bikes downtown and it was a short ride back to the house. It was a quick trip in to downtown, and there was plenty going on! It was also just a couple minutes to the grocery store as well as the beach. We took advantage of the Kal Haven trail as well as Van Buren state park. We were outside the window of being able to use the golf cart but that would have been a blast! If you are there in the summer, they have everything you would need! I would definitely stay here again.

First time in South Haven! Loved the close proximity to the shore of the Lake! Sunsets were amazing every evening, and could walk to see them over the water. The place was clean, bed was comfortable, plenty of towels, and the temperature was comfortable. We brought our dog, the fenced in back years was perfect for him. Neighborhood was quiet, safe and comfortable. Would return again for sure! I was able to check in early and host was very responsive to my request! Highly recommend staying at this place!

Kari and Mark were very responsive and flexible with our check-in. The cabin was cozy and very private. We only spent one night so we weren’t able to explore much but did manage to go on a short hike in the property that was recommended by Mark. Overall great experience and would definitely stay here again!.

We had an excellent time as a family at David's cabin. Everything was as advertised, and more. David was very proactive in communicating with us and responsive to any questions we had. The cabin was really, really beautiful, with peaceful surroundings and all the comforts of a well appointed home. David was clear about the pet policy and our dog was clearly welcome in the home. David left really nice touches for the humans as well, with cookies and muffins on our arrival. The house was well stocked with everything we needed, and we are particularly impressed with how well everything is labeled...light switches, cupboard doors, electronics, etc. Very, very well done. We enjoyed our long weekend, winter escape!

We enjoyed our stay at Heather's place. We were remiss in not reading the reviews left by other guests that stated that the place was located on a busy street. This was not indicated in the listing. The fact that it was on a busy street meant that we did not have to travel far to get gas nor get to local mini-malls. As long as you don't mind road noise, this is a great location. The decor is unique and the kids loved the spiral staircase.

We greatly enjoyed All the Waters. Very clean, comfortable, relaxing house and grounds. We loved the private beach and enjoyed the view of the lake and sunsets sitting on the bluff. The 5+ minute trek to and from the beach was no problem for our geezer legs or our adult children carrying their toddler. We had plenty to do in the area on a rainy day.

We had an excellent stay. The house was spotless up and down, with a great view of the lake. Walking distance to all the restaurants and in a very quiet neighborhood. Mary and I enjoyed the comfort and uncluttered layout. We will be coming back, and Debra Sue's house will always be our first choice. Great value.

Myself and 3 friends stayed here during the winter for a weekend when it was sub 32 degrees. Pros: A nice home with all the amenities listed in the posting. The living space and the bedrooms were really nice, and had plenty of space for plenty of visitors. The hot tub was a nice feature (and the host provided beach towels for it) especially during the cold weather. Bathrooms had everything needed to take a shower (so towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner), and multiple bathrooms were useful. Kitchen was spacious and had all necessary appliances. Check in/Check out was really easy! Cons: The fire pit wasn't useful during our stay in the winter as it was gas and didn't emit much heat. Kitchen didn't have any hand towels available (that we could find) so we had to dry hands and pots/pans with paper towel, which was a minor inconvenience. Only one half size baking sheet available (so bring your own if you need to bake multiple items at once). Overall a great place to stay!
