Stayed here because we were searching the area for a future vacation home and a home for my daughter. It's ahead of the main season so it was pleasantly quiet in the neighborhood. Views are great and close enough to the water. Sunsets are great and as advertised. We found ourselves trying to make it back to the house before sunset so we could watch it from the deck. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and had all the amenities for us to feel right at home. We liked the area so much that we put an offer in to buy some land right up the street and for my daughter for a nearby home in Smithville. This is a very easy spot to go into Smithville in about 15 min. Highly recommend Smithville Donuts and Twisted Oaks for food. You're only 20 min from the Walmart to get groceries. Caitlyn and James were great hosts and we would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful. Great view, and spacious. The game room and hot tub added the perfect touch of entertainment. We had family in town to celebrate my daughters 6th birthday, and it did not disappoint. I will warn you of a steep hill for the driveway and parking spaces. Otherwise perfect.

This house became my home. As I walked out I felt a piece of my heart was being left in the hot tub. Not only was the home clean and spacious, it was welcoming and kind. The hot tub was my safe space, it was clean and warm and everything I needed for my week in Tennessee. The view was IMMACULATE and exceeded every expectation I had. The community pool was not yet open, however the hot tub was everything I needed and more. Also, the Airbnb was as close to the community pool as possible so in a summer season this is the PERFECT spot! Also, the screened in porch really came in clutch and allowed us to have beautiful scenic family dinners every evening. Smithville is a beautiful, quiet, friendly small town. All the boutiques had kind and lovely owners. I genuinely cannot imagine a better spot that we could have spent our spring break. The only downside was that we had to leave. Overall, a great place to stay while we went to Nashville and surrounding state parks!

If you're looking for the ULTIMATE lake house retreat, look no further!! "What A View" is absolutely stunning and exceeded all of our expectations, offering the perfect blend of relaxation, entertainment, comfort, and unbelievable lake views!! The hot tub was a huge highlight for our group of ten; perfect for soaking under the stars after a long day of outdoor adventures! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and there were tons of board/card/arcade games for everyone to be entertained for hours!! We also enjoyed the great quality and large TV for watching the Super Bowl with our gang. :) Andrea was an incredible host and was proactive in every way possible! We highly recommend "What A View" on Center Hill Lake and we easily give it a 10/10! (BTW - We can't wait to come back in the summer to try out the beautiful pool!). Thank you!!

Probably the best experience with an airbnb I’ve ever had! Absolutely loved the house. It was perfect for our bigger group. The outdoor spaces were fantastic and so was the kitchen and living room. I would be happy if it was my house! Would love to come back!! Took a drive to rock island and hiked to some waterfalls which was a great addition to the already perfect weekend.

This was a wonderful place to gather with family for Christmas. Kitchen was well stocked and you can tell the owners treat it as their own.

Great spot in quiet remote area. I'm from a big city so this was EXACTLY what we needed. no traffic, no cars, no fumes. Cardinals chirping every morning. great view we loved the big swimming hot tub. Free firewood was provided as well. Many great waterfalls not too far.

The perfect place for US to spend our Christmas with the Grands. Totally surprised by the beautiful tree that was up and made our time much more special. We live 6 hours from the grands and it was so nice to walk in to a place that felt like home. We will be coming back again !

This property was exceptional! It was impeccably clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything one could possibly need. We particularly enjoyed the fire pit and the back porch, which provided a wonderful space to relax. The hosts thoughtfully provided all linens, sound machines, soaps, and additional amenities that enhanced our stay. My family & I felt extremely comfortable and well-cared for during our visit. Although the property is located on a busy road, it did not significantly impact our experience. We are looking forward to returning soon! Meagan (host) was super nice as well!

Great stay, about 30 min to fall creek falls. So peacefull and the home was just in pristine condition. Everything basically brand new.

This house was absolutely everything we needed and more. The space was serene, beautiful, and quiet. I knew the space was perfect when my friends were in awe of the rooms and the deck on the water. The beds were a party favorite and the kitchen was fully stocked. Even the little things like sharpies, tape, and batteries were provided. We seriously had everything we needed. The space was perfect for my party of 12 and our 7 cars! That was a major plus as well! The hosts were awesome and super friendly. We think this will definitely be a space we stay at again and I would recommend this space to anyone who needs a relaxing getaway with family and friends.

There was an issue at check-in, but Tina took care of things immediately. The place was as described. It was mostly clean, but the floors were sticky. I think the hot tub had too much chlorine in it. We all had skin and eye irritation after being in for 15 minutes. Nice views and peaceful. Overall, a good experience!

It was a spectacular experience. From the towels to the bed sheets the house was packed with everything we needed. Attention to details was outstanding! It has been the warmest and most peaceful Airbnb I have stayed on. Would definitely book here again. Zonda is an amazing host!
