Escape to our riverside retreat, a spacious cabin perfect for families and groups. Nestled on a scenic spot of the Caney Fork River, this cabin sleeps up to 18 guests in 5 beautiful bedrooms. Enjoy an open-plan living area with soaring ceilings and river views, a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy spaces with a stone fireplace. Outdoor features a private dock and boathouse with a designated fish cleaning station. Features include high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, washer, dryer, and ample parking.

Caney Fork River House

House has 1,560 sq ft, remodeled in 2018, located on the Caney Fork River with 100 ft of waterfront, covered front porch, covered/screened rear porch overlooking the river, swim/fish from dock, covered pavilion on the river's edge, launch your boat 2 miles from house onto Caney Fork River then tie-off at back yard dock (up to 25 ft), water ski/tubing/wake boarding. River is also kayak/canoe friendly. House is cleaned between guest stays following CDC and airbnb COVID-19 guidelines.

Relax with the whole family at this beautiful house with direct access to the Rocky River where all lake activities are possible. Five separate porches and decks (one screened in, one with a hot tub) allow for the family to enjoy tree tops on the water. Inside a stone fireplace, large dining room, and brand new kitchen allow for great entertainment. Four bedrooms and four baths sleep 12 people on 7 beds.
