This was our second stay at Lisa's home. The home is always clean and well stocked. The beds are comfy! The location is perfect for us... close to all of the gyms our daughter plays in during the NACA basketball tournament. This home is the perfect place for us to relax and unwind between games. The goats and chickens are a hoot! Our kids love feeding the goats and collecting eggs! We are looking forward to our next trip!

We used Karen's house for some family that came in for a wedding at Macedonia Meadows. The space was beautiful and probably the best equiped Airbnb that I have ever been to. We couldn't have asked for anything better!

What a wonderful getaway! The house was just as the pictures show, and pristine clean! The bed was comfortable with very nice linens. The decor was right out of a magazine! So nostalgic with fun colors. There was a nice selection of hair care, body washes, lotions and potions. The town square is only a couple of blocks away, and definitely walkable with better weather. We discovered Brother's Restaurant and Tavern, located on the Square, and visited 4 times in 3 days! It was THAT GOOD!! We'll hopefully get to visit again some day. Definitely recommend.

Birchwood! We felt at home at Birchwood. Egle is excellent, kind, and very responsive. The property was stocked with everything you would need! We enjoyed the coffee bar and the variety of coffee options. The kitchen had a plentiful supply of plates, bowls, and glasses. If you enjoy cooking, there are cutting boards, knives, baking bowls, baking pans, and pots and pans. There are plenty of bathroom towels, toiletries, and cute extras. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Our senior dog also felt at home and enjoyed the big fenced backyard. The neighbors are also friendly. The living room is very cozy, especially when the weather is bad and you want to watch a movie on one of the various streaming platforms. Egle thought of everything! Laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, garbage bags, and bathroom tissue were stocked. We'll rebook this property!

Katherine’s Airbnb was very cute, located in a beautiful and peaceful area. Would recommend staying here if you’re in the area!

This place is named the “ The restful retreat “ and that it was. Unfortunately I only stayed two nights but when I return to visit my family in Crossville I can assure you I’ll attempt to stay here. It felt like a home away from home. Thanks Jeff!!

My second stay at this rental, and again, no disappointment(s). Super clean, exceptional host, comfortable, convenient ... and more. The only suggestion I have would be nightlights. I am an accident waiting to happen walking around in the dark, but don't like burning up electricity by leaving lamps/overhead lights on. Thank you for providing a place to stay that makes you not want to leave. Peace and Blessings!

Lovely place! It was raining while we were there and it was so peaceful hearing it hit the water

We enjoyed ourselves so much. We were warmly greeted, and given a tour. We opted for the morning farm chores, and they were fun and educational. It was my husbands 60th birthday, and he milked a cow for the first time!! We were offered Bible study after the chores, and Brynne did a great job. Brynne was our farm chore guide too. She was excellent at both. At night, I opened our window, and the ladybugs greeted me, and I could see the stars from my pillow. The weather was perfect. I’m very happy with my stay, and would recommend it. We were about 45-60 minutes from Chattanooga, where our activities were for the weekend, but it’s an easy drive. It was so quiet and peaceful, that you forget there are animals right near you. My husband had a great birthday weekend!!’

This house became my home. As I walked out I felt a piece of my heart was being left in the hot tub. Not only was the home clean and spacious, it was welcoming and kind. The hot tub was my safe space, it was clean and warm and everything I needed for my week in Tennessee. The view was IMMACULATE and exceeded every expectation I had. The community pool was not yet open, however the hot tub was everything I needed and more. Also, the Airbnb was as close to the community pool as possible so in a summer season this is the PERFECT spot! Also, the screened in porch really came in clutch and allowed us to have beautiful scenic family dinners every evening. Smithville is a beautiful, quiet, friendly small town. All the boutiques had kind and lovely owners. I genuinely cannot imagine a better spot that we could have spent our spring break. The only downside was that we had to leave. Overall, a great place to stay while we went to Nashville and surrounding state parks!

Great place to stay to get away from traffic and crowds. Some what isolated (which we wanted) so we came prepared with food and snacks. Pool and hot tub were well maintained and my kids enjoyed hours spashing around.

This was a wonderful place to gather with family for Christmas. Kitchen was well stocked and you can tell the owners treat it as their own.

Host was super responsive and friendly. Beautiful and quiet location. Enjoyed a relaxing holiday vacation with my family!

We were not disappointed! The cute little cabins are tucked in the mountain with absolutely gorgeous veiws! Property is well maintained. It's quiet and peaceful there. The only issue we had was parking. But if the other cabin had read the simple instructions it wouldn't have been an issue. The cabins were well stocked with all the things you may forget you need. Bed was comfortable. Shower had plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Which was greatly appreciated after a day a Fall Creek Falls. This cabin is not meant to entertain, but it is the perfect place for a couple to get away from the hustle and bustle of life.

Great Host! Enjoyed the stay! Was there for a race and enjoyed the ease of location.

Stacy was super responsive, all through our stay. The house was well presented and we had all the place for our little ones to run around. The location is amazing, we also got a chance to do some stargazing since there was absolutely no light pollution. overall the house exceeded our own expectations.

Lana was a wonderful host, and had a wonderful cabin! We would love to come back!

This place is awesome! I loved the views and waking up to see the horses every morning! Visited a couple of the breweries and those were great too! I want to go back and spend more time in the area. Also the best hosts ever!

I really enjoyed my stay at this rental! It was the perfect little get away for the weekend. Everything matched the description and photos. Definitely a place I would stay at again!

This was the perfect place for us to stay while exploring the state parks in the area. Very peaceful and has a great view from the hot tub on the balcony.
