My friends and we stayed at this place for one night and this honestly was one of the best accommodation experiences in Asia in my life. Everything was so nice. The house is awesome! It feels like home. All rooms were clean and Jay prepared everything what we needed. Also he was open for our special requests, but we didn’t have one. Highly recommend this place in Ha Long! There are also many restaurants around, you can walk there - the surroundings are beautiful as well. Thank you Jay for this beautiful place!

I had the pleasure of staying at Minh’s apartment at Best Western Sapphire and was thoroughly impressed. The apartment was exactly as described — modern, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. Minh was an exceptional host, demonstrating excellent communication and genuine care throughout my stay. The location is also excellent, with many great coffee shops and restaurants nearby, all while being in a quieter area away from the more touristy parts of the city. Her responsiveness and attention to detail made the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend Minh’s apartment to any future guests and would gladly stay again.

This host made our trip truly memorable! They were super friendly, quick to respond to any questions, and went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. Huyen’s place is absolutely wonderful. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It offers a gorgeous view of Ha long bay day and night. The area was very quiet as it was low season but many coffee places and restaurants were still open. And everything was 5-10 minutes from with a Grab ride. I definitely recommend it.

Great place with a great view. Would recommend and stay there again.
