My 3 dogs and I were very comfortable at Nadine’s house. I felt relaxed and safe and we slept very soundly that night. I experienced car mechanical issues and Nadine recommended names of 3 mechanics to help me out - really appreciated that assist! The Spar was located just a few minutes away so that was also convenient. And Nadine’s kids were friendly and kind to my dogs. Great stay, thanks, again.

Cecilia und ihre Familie (besonders Hendrik:)) sind die besten Gastgeber die man sich vorstellen kann. Sie ist immer erreichbar und ihr ist sehr daran gelegen, das man sich wohlfühlt und eine wunderbare Zeit auf ihrer Farm hat. die Farm liegt etwas abseits, ist wunderbar ruhig (mit ganz vielen Blumen) und genau an einem Fluss gelegen in dem man baden kann. Auf der Farm gibt es Hunde, Katzen, Schweine, Pferde, Hühner, Gänse und Kühe. Perfekt für Kinder ist, dass es ein Trampolin gibt und ganz viel Spielzeug. Auch die Drakensberge sind nur 45 Minuten entfernt und perfekt für eine Wanderung. Hendrik gibt eine tolle Führung durch die Farm und ist sonst auch immer da für eine nette Unterhaltung. du kommst als Gast du gehst als Freund. vielen Dank für die super Zeit! wenn es 6 Sterne geben würde würden wir 6 Sterne geben.

auch bei diesem 2. Besuch war alles perfekt und wie besprochen. Die gemeinsame Zeit war wieder toll. David und ich lieben die Natur und deshalb gibt es viel gemeinsam zu unternehmen. Unterkunft und gemeinsame Zeit waren wieder sehr schön. Naturfreunde sind bei David gut aufgehoben. Danke für die schöne Zeit. Liebe Grüße

Idyllic setting with the Tugela river flowing in front of your stone chalet. We participated in a local running event so it was so lovely to come home and rest our legs in the pool whilst we did some incredible bird watching.

This is a must for any traveler .. stunning views .. peaceful and some time to relax .. highly recommended .. bucket list visit

I love this place, my 4 year old kids were able to roam freely, two smaller non local dogs did intimidate them slightly but we made friends with Rex, a local Bull Terrier that walked with them wherever they went, sometimes exhibiting guide dog behaviour, absolutely wonderful. Reminded me of growing up on the farm as a kid, pure bliss, needless to say, Rex was adopted by us during our stay. I was able to overlook a few things that I would not normally overlook, purely because of the freedom my kids were able to have and even though the bed wasn’t the most comfortable, when I left I felt completely rested. This place is soul food.

Belinda was supervriendelijk en erg flexibel. Dacht ontzettend met ons mee en gaf een hoop tips. Er stond zelfs wat wijn en melk klaar in de koelkast. Heel erg vriendelijk en ruimte heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Zeker aan te raden!
