Definitely better than any 5Star Hotel The activities offered at The Lodge were incredible. Fellow guests guided us to spot leopards in their natural habitat, which was thrilling. We also enjoyed fishing, night walks, and even got hands-on with local jaggery production—such a unique and enriching experience. This place is nice and clean. The view from the bedroom window and the living room gallery is awesome. You can see half of Diu from the bedroom window. The help Jignesh was proactive and always enquired about our requirements. The neighbourhood aunty prepares decent food but I felt Jignesh kind of oversells it. I would say experience the food in Diu but if you are tired and want to have food at home you can ask the neighbouring aunty to prepare the food. It is homely and the aunty is always helpful. One issue I found in the flat was that there was no working water filter so we had to be dependent on the aunty or mineral water for our water. Would have appreciated if there was a working water filter. Another issue is parking your car is outside of the premises so be aware of that. The place is right on the border of Diu in Gujarat. So it is peaceful still you can enjoy Diu. All in all it a decent stay and would stay here if I ever visit Diu again.
